Although we were not ready for him to start any of these projects, we were informed that they have a bunch of the products we were looking to install in their truck already. (I’m tempted to call every morning and speak with the receptionist just to ensure I have a pleasant start to my daily routine!)They were able to fit me in the schedule the same day (they had a cancellation) and perform the job immediately.I can’t speak to price because I couldn’t find anyone else to show up to bid my project (due to the Deracho) for a comparison, but the value (total cost of ownership) was immeasurable.

Cooper came to wire up an ethernet port in my office area and moved my router/modem there too. The work was done well and the WireOne phone reps had great communication. It was $190 plus the $70 dispatch fee which I thought was reasonable especially including the convenience. Will use again if I need something else done!

Jason K, the individual who did the work, could not have been better though. He figured out how to get what I needed done and did it. He was very competent and professional.

Very knowledgeable and professional. I needed a tv antenna re-installed after storm damage. John did an inspection of the panel. He noticed that the gas lines were not properly bonded to the water lines and the water filter also needed bonded. He also installed a whole home surge suppressor in the panel. Great work! We will be using WireOne for any future electrical work.

Ron was the primary electrician to come to my home. This was his second visit. Both times he was exceptional. The first time he told me what needed to be done and gave me the price. I was so impressed with his knowledge, that for the follow up visit to actually do the work, I requested that he be the one to do it. Although Keith was the second electrician that came to my home that day, he helped make the process go more efficiently and quicker. I will definitely refer friends to WIREONE for any electrical needs!!!

We were having trouble with an outdoor outlet where the pump that was plugged into it kept overheating and turning off. We called Wire One on a Saturday morning to come out and diagnose the problem. Two electricians showed up within 15 minutes of my initial call which was fantastic. They quickly got to work and diagnosed that the outlet was worn out and corroded and needed to be replaced which they did.They also stayed for 30 to 45 minutes afterwards to offer recommendations for improvements to other areas of our house. Pricing was straightforward and although perhaps a little on the high side we knew what we were getting into before they even pulled out a pair of snips.I am happy with the punctuality, the competency, and the service. Highly recommend!

Jadyn was extremely professional, punctual and polite. He came by and walked through my laundry list of little repairs and upgrades and gave me an estimate in about 20 minutes. The price is high, but I qualified for financing immediately and pulled the trigger, because Ive had 3 other electricians come to look at the work and then fall off the face of the earth. After all, youre only saving money if the work gets done, and Im tired of waiting months and months for nothing to happen.Jadyn was already familiar with the city inspectors and seemed very knowledgeable about his work, so I felt comfortable in signing the work order. He immediately got to work on the most urgent of the tasks and had a whole room connected before he left for the day.I am eager to finally get the work done; its worth the extra money to move on with my life and have the peace of mind that the work was done by professionals.

He also provided education on a troublesome situation regarding our smoke detectors and then replaced one of our unneeded smoke alarms with a blank cover( this alarm was sounding unnecessarily when the oven door was opened). We highly recommend Wire One and they will be our first call the next time we need service.

Shawn Is an electrical genius. My fan was 25 feet off the ground. He was able to access the fan and determine everything was fine except there was no electricity coming to it. He identified every outlet that was associated with the fan and proceeded to determine why there was no power. Within just a few minutes he showed me a picture from inside the wall, where the wire had been cut years ago. Within 45 minutes he had re-run a wire and connected everything up perfectly. if your main concern is getting a solution to your problem these folks are the people to pick. It is absolutely seamless. Sean knew exactly what he was doing and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly.
