I have been without a kitchen light since December (almost 4 months), worried it was a major electrical issue. Electrical concepts came out today and it ended up just being the light/fan fixture. The guys got it all taken care of installing the new fixture and even took the old fixture to dispose of it for me!! Such a smooth process from scheduling with Angie to having the very friendly and professional technicians at my home. Definitely recommend them for anyone needing work done.

I have worked with Electrical Concepts many times. They are very processional. I would not call anyone else. I have not ever met an EC employee that was not positive and happy. Yesterday one of the guys was cleaning out a gutter at one of my customers property because he was waiting for an Aliant employee to finish and he did want to just stand around and wait. Great people from the owner down to the newest employee!! There are not a lot of businesses that run like this one.

The technichan was prompt, polite and competent. Quick to diagnose and fix the issues and I’d happily call them again for any electrical issues.

Dennis and Tom are both great guys along with everyone else at the office! They were able to restore my garages power after a week and a half of it being shorted out. Highly recommend
