Shad was excellent, and along with his assistants Shane, Chris, and Adam they completed the project quickly and professionally.The scope of this unique project was to install a new breaker and extend 100 amp 3 phase power from a warehouse to a Controlled Environment Agricultural growing container outside. (Freight Farm.)A new breaker was added, and 150 feet of new conduit was installed overhead, then down to the point inside of the warehouse, threaded through the wall to the exterior and connected to the unit outside. All of this was done with the consideration of the very active business going on in the warehouse space over the 2-day job.After the power was established, it was determined that my brand new container farm had an internal electrical issue. Shad and Adam stayed to troubleshoot and locate the area of the short, and were able to explain to the manufacturer the problem.I highly recommend Ark electric for their thoroughness, professionalism, and care. Oh, did I mention, they were also the best price?

I’ve used Ark Electric for several projects in the past, but nothing as extensive as the project they just completed for me. I’m thrilled with it and with the job they did. It started with the owner, Bill, who came to see if I had the room to install a manual transfer switch and a new electrical subpanel. Bill has always been on time, professional and very knowledgeable. After we determined that the project could be accomplished, I had Adam come out for a more thorough review of the job and an estimate. The estimate, like all of their projects, came back as a fair and reasonable price considering the kind of work and outstanding service that they provide. Finally, for the installation, Adam was back with another very experienced electrician, Todd. Todd and Adam were always very punctual, extremely professional, very gracious, and most importantly, did just outstanding work on my project. When it was completed, it was clean, looked and worked just as promised, and it was a complete pleasure to work with those two throughout their entire time at my house. I have rarely had such an outstanding experience with an entire company from the first moment of interaction throughout the entire project. I can’t say enough great things about Ark Electric, their entire staff and Bill the owner. Hire this company as fast as you can as they will not disappoint.

Very professional, high quality work. Had an extra outlet in garage installed so I had more power available as well as an outlet installed outdoors by my front door. We are extremely happy with the work. I am aware Denver is short handed on electricians but had called 5 companys with zero call backs and one reputable guy who promised to schedule me only to leave me hanging. ARK was the only company to follow through and was over for a free consultation within days. No question to who I will call if I ever have any electrical needs or issues. Lastly, and most importantly ARK is reasonable with price. I had heard horror storys with pricing in the Denver area so was a bit worried but ARK did not price gauge me. Very reasonable.

Excellent service. Shane was on time (actually early which I love!) and fixed our whole house fan problem. It’s about 6 years old and had gotten louder and louder over the years. Shane went into the attic, evaluated the fan and fixed the problem. I contacted a few other places and they all said they don’t fix fans but they’d be happy to install a new system. Shane was wonderful to work with he came out to do an estimate for installation of two new fans in the townhome. He called ahead and let me know he was on the way I let him know my sweet but noisy pup would bark if he knocked or rang the door bell so he was kind enough to text when he arrived to avoid the dog alarm. He was so patient and kind listened and answered all my questions. He helped me make sure to know all that was going to be involved with the installation and let me know because of the height of the ceiling and the configuration that drywall work would be needed. No hidden costs or extras he made sure I totally understood the scope of the work. He was such a professional and respectful made me feel comfortable as a single mom having him come to my place. My swamp cooler was not working. I spoke with Heidi, she said she would have someone out approximately 8 the next morning, even with it being a very busy time. Adam C showed up right on time, he was pleasant professional and quick to fix my issue. I just purchased my first home and some electrical concerns re: GFCI outlets came up on my inspection. Upon recommendation from my realtor, I brought Bill out to do the work recommended. He arrived on time and actually confirmed that two of the locations the inspector had recommended for outlets were already protected. Putting a GFCI outlet in the 3rd location actually would be against current electrical codes and he confirmed it was not a safety hazard to not have that type of outlet where it was located. He was excellent at communicating this to me and when I offered to pay him for the service call and his expert opinion refused to change me. I will definitely be calling ARK for any future electrical needs!

We have Homesmart by Xcel energy. They sent Travis from ARK after the 1st tech from XCEL couldnt fix our AC. He was professional and Knowlegable about AC unitHe explained what he was looking for. And was very patient with my husband as he kept asking questions. I definitely would use them again if we have any electrical or HVAC needs!

A unique problem with outlets had us wondering if we would possibly be dealing with a fire. We were able to get scheduled the following day. Tony arrived as scheduled wearing a mask as we had hoped. He searched for the problem and eventually was able to identify the cause. He made the needed repairs, asked if there was anything else we would like looked at, and was on his way. He wore his mask the entire time he was in the house without being reminded. We highly recommend Tony and his employer.

I started having issues in my basement where certain breakers would flip randomly. I called one electrician who I wont name here who made the problem worse. I found Ark Electric and Todd came to our house. Not only did Todd fix the issues the first electrician made worse, he found the outlet which we thought was causing the issue. The problem was seemingly fixed and was better. Then my breakers started going out again. Eventually one of them wouldnt turn back on.Todd came back and painstakingly checked every outlet, every fixture in our basement until he found the problem- our radon system outlet had been incorrectly wired and the ground fused blowing the circuit. He replaced that and we FINALLY have consistent power in our basement. He also pointed out that another outdoor outlet wasnt GFI rated so he replaced that too.Todd was professional and I could tell he was determined to find and solve our problem. Will definitely use them again and recommend Todd specifically to anyone!

They went above and beyond - the City Inspector praised their work a few times during the post-work examination. All the electricians were highly experienced having gone through multi-year apprenticeship training and you could really tell the difference.

Ark Electric put in some electrical outlets and installed a fan at the top of a 16+ft vaulted ceiling. Putting in the conduit to do that required a tech to work in a very tight attic space when the temp outside was over 95 degrees. He did an incredible job. But this is the clincher for my 5 stars: We forgot to put out the riser so they installed the fan without it dropping it 4ft down into our room. We hadnt told them that we wanted it dropped lower and we didnt discover it until they were done. The tech didnt have time to correct our error that day. SO SCHEDULED ANOTHER DAY AND CAME BACK AND REINSTALLED THE FAN, BUT WOULDNT TAKE ANY PAYMENT FOR OUR ERROR!! I will never use a different electrical contractor!

We are very thankful that ARK was recommended to us through a Facebook word of mouth group. We had 4 or 5 electric companies come bid on our project - the ARK quote was reasonable and they did great work. We needed our entire electrical panel replaced and upgraded from a 100 amp to a 200 amp system. They did everything to code and are having Douglas County come inspect it in the next few days. Bill and Adam were great guys and I trusted leaving them at our house for a while. They seemed very experienced and well-versed. We will definitely use them for future projects to install canned lights and ceiling fans and such. Would definitely recommend.
