I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I’ve used them repeatedly since 2013. Recently they saved us $6000 on a drain system repair that was misdiagnosed by another company. Today they came out and quickly unclogged a drain for us on short notice with a house full of guests. Friendly, reliable, affordable and professional!!! Two thumbs up!!!

They totally saved our butts! I manage a small hotel and one of the guests put grease down the sink of the biggest room which is an apartment.. 😡😖 and it clogged up the entire hotel ! Jason was there within an hour even though it was after hours! I highly recommend them! Fast efficient and they stand behind their work.

Moving into a different homes sometimes a challenge,but when a problem arose we call this locally owned, company, 35+years they have been serving Casper residents. I called plumbers all over Douglas for 2 weeks. After no one answering except one, he recommended Roto Rooter out of Casper. I called them and they were prompt, professional and got our sink unclogged. If we ever have drain issues again, we wont call anyone else. Thanks guys!

I have use Roto-Rooter over the pass seven or eight years and find their serviceis excellent. They come and do the job and I am very happy with the Technicianthat come to service my plumbing. He is was very nice. I will continue to use Roto-Rooter.

The response time was very fast, (with in an hour). Both technicians were very professional and friendly. They not only removed the clog like all the other pipe cleaning companies I have used in the past, they actually took the time to find the REAL problem.I have had (3) other companies come out and clear this same clog in the last few years and none of them used the camera to find out what the actual problem was. I had one of them tell me that a large section of the old cast iron pipes where the issue and that they needed to be replaced. So taking there professional opinion I hire them to the tune of $980.00 to fix the so called issue. Here we are again 6 months later having to deal with the same problem.The issue was that they used the same design as the original plumbing which had the wrong type of elbow creating the blockage. Now I know the problem and the fix will only cost about $150.00. Had a pretty heavy leak from my toilet. I called Roto-Rooter and they were there within 45 minutes to fix the problem. The plumber was very informative, made a point to show me everything so I understood the problem and what he had to do to fix it. After he fixed the toilet, he found another severe leak under the floor in the basement I didnt know about and proceeded to fix it. The leak was flowing into a slop sink so I never saw it. Helped avoid a more costly repair in the future. Very neat also, very little cleanup for me after he left.

Have to give Jake a big atta boy. When I talked to him he said approx 1 pm for appointment time. He showed 15 minutes early an fixed my clogged toilet in maybe 15 minutes. He’s very personable an did outstanding work. He gave me some products info to use to help preclude this problem from happening again. My hats off to him for his professional work an attitude.
