Hicks plumbing is dependable, reliable, and reasonable! Each time I have called Rose, she has sent out a licensed plumber quickly! She sends you notifications on the scheduled appt and Andrew or Austin will call if they find anything else that is not on the agreed upon bid. Andrew and Austin or very knowledgable and explain everything very thoroughly. I have hired both of them to do plumbing repairs on my own house and listings. They do exceptional work and their customer service is impeccable. HIGHLY recommend!

Tim was absolutely amazing! The warranty provider wanted me to put in all this leg work even though it their job to replace and supply the installation. They said the didn’t have a technician in my area to do it so I would have to pay for the installation and they would reimburse me. I called Tim at Hicks. And he did all the leg work and had techs at my house and even made the claim so I didn’t have to pay them aAmazing service

Our water heater went out. I googled who to go to. Saw Hicks had great reviews so I called to get on the schedule. Austin came and took care of it on Tuesday. Wednesday I noticed a little drip. Came back and fixed it no issues. They were a little more expensive than some, but they were great to work with.
