    My kitchen faucet failed. I called the plummer I have used before but they were not available for 2 weeks. I called Plumbings Masters, was very lucky and got a same day appointment.The plumber, Anthony, arrived slightly ahead of the appointment. He was pleasant, and respectful, efficient and cleaned up very well after the job was completed. He also politely answered many questions I had about the plumbing system in my old house.I will be calling Plumbing Masters for future plumbing needs I may have.Five 🌟 service today.

    Isaac was very honest and didnt leave me with a half fixed job. He saw the patch was not going to work on my pipe and took the time to replace everything that needed it. I highly recommend this company!!! Very impressed!

    This is the only place I will use. I had an emergency on Friday. I called them this morning and they were extreamly prompt. They were out in less then two hours. Mike was quick with the repairs. Their price was low compared to other plumbers I have used in the past.I highly recommend them

    I am so impressed. I had a clogged drain and my regular plumber would not get in until next Thursday. So impressed by Plumbing Masters. They were very professional and found the cause of my blockage. I will definitely use them next time.

    Plumbing Masters was prompt, professional and effective in fixing a totally blocked cast iron kitchen drain that ran under the length of the concrete floor in our finished basement in our 65 year old house and replacing it with PVC. They were great to work with! I highly recommend them.

    The best plumbing service in town, hands down! Each time we’ve had an issue with our water heater, they were able to come out the same day we called, and were able to troubleshoot and fix the issue within a few days.The kindness and professionalism shown to us from the beginning definitely helped us make our decision in choosing them to service our water heater.     Had a pipe break in the wall of my home last night. Casper weather, ugggh! Called a number of plumbing contractors here, and understandably they were all busy. Again, Casper weather. I clearly was not the only one who was dealing with this. I was referred to Plumbing Masters by a friend, so I thought, “Why not?” They were able to fit me into their schedule, even with all of broken pipes in Casper at the moment. Their dispatcher said Jake would be by at 11:30. Jake actually went the extra mile to help by making a quick stop by my house while he was waiting on another customer. He came in and high highly gidea of what he was up against. As soon as he got done with his first customer he made sure to come right back to my house. He stayed in contact through out the whole process letting me know what he was finding as he went. Sent me pictures of what the actual damage was, and then was so well prepared, he had the pieces on his truck to fix it right on the spot! On top of all of that, they were extremely fairly priced! Highly recommend Jake and the whole crew at Plumbing Masters!
