We had Central Wyoming Services come out to take a look when one of our pipes was backing up. Mike was very helpful, friendly, and hard-working. Its not often that you see a tradesman dedicated to educating the customer, but Mike took extra care to explain what was happening to make sure that we understood everything going on. He directed us towards the people we needed to call to fix the issue, and he even helped us explain to them what was going on. I would highly recommend Central Wyoming Drain Service. We had wat we thought was a backed up drain in the basement of our Airbnb which had guests at the time. A plumber had some out and recommended to call Central to assist. They came out, were courteous, prompt and honest - determining that we didnt even have a clog but that the sump pump had blew our breaker. They helped us reset for no charge. Super grateful and will be calling them again for any future needs.

Late Sunday I had my kitchen sink clog. I tried my hardest to snake it myself but to no prevail. First thing Monday morning I called around to several companies, most didn’t answer, one couldn’t fit me a time that would work and finally I got in touch with Central Wyoming Drain Services. Mike was on time; getting to me within two hours of my call. He was super friendly and took the time to explain things to me about the drain system of my home. He took care to clean up after himself and got my kitchen up and running. Literal life saver. I definitely recommend Central Wyoming Drain service and I will be calling them for my annual sewer clean out and any other drain misfortune that will inevitably befall my home.

They were available for same day service and arrived at the stated time. Sewer main line was backing up. It was, of course, the weekend and a significant snowstorm. Very few companies were available on the weekend and the one other I found was afraid to come because of the snow. Mike was amazing! No complaints about coming on the weekend. My favorite part is that we set a time for the next cleaning and he will call me to set up the appointment to get it done. I have used others in the past that were less expensive but they aren’t available on the weekend and they don’t schedule future appointments. So I’m on the schedule for later this year. Thank you so much for your kindness even on the weekend and in a snowstorm.

My husband and I had toilet issues. We live in Glenrock and Mike asked all the right questions and came fully prepared so he didn’t have to make 2 trips and charge us extra. What to do when you have sewer issue in your home? That is a question that every home owner and renter often face. This question came up recently for my mom. She is 85 years old and owns her own home. She had used Central Wyoming Drain Service awhile back. Recently her drain backed up in the laundry room and affected the shower in the bathroom. It was not a fun time. She placed a call to Mike with Central Wyoming Drain Service whom set up a time to come by. He was prompt, professional, and worked until the sewer was running clear and free.
