I would highly recommend their services to those looking to get a charger installed. They are responsive, professional, well priced and responsible.I needed an EV wall charger installed and they were very prompt with their response. I contacted through the Thumbtack app and sent them pictures of what I wanted and they provided a quote not long after.The installation they recommend doing was very similar as one of the better ones I asked other vendors for as they didn’t compromise to connect it off the garage sub panel but off the main electric panel and give it its own 60amp breaker.The pricing was very competitive and they even included to do all the paperwork to get the inspector to check and sign off of it. Most quotes don’t include it or if they were to they would need to add a few hundred dollars

Dalton at Harris Electrical did a perfect job in installing my EV charger. I found Harris Electrical via Duke Energys referral system, and they were the lowest price by several hundred dollars. Their communication was super prompt, they were able to send me an estimate and schedule me very quickly. Dalton, my technician, was very friendly and took his time to explain the process to me, and they completed the inspection with the town quickly afterwards. They handled the entire permit process and sent me an invoice broken out per Duke Energys specifications. It was a perfect experience!

They email you that the job is scheduled, when someone will be there and then send you a digital breakdown of what they billed you for as well as an email asking how did everything go. It was a bit difficult getting my appointment scheduled i.e. there were delays in receiving responses to calls & emails. However, the team that did was installation was professional and friendly. They were quick to schedule; we had the owner out for a quote within the week.Once there the owner gave a very reasonable quote. Despite the construction of the house making the job take longer than expected, we were charged the quoted amount.Such integrity is something to be commended. He was friendly and actually early (asked if he could come early due to an earlier opening in his schedule). He fixed it quickly. It was something that was immediately evident to an electrician but I would never have figured it out on my own. It was worth paying an electrician to have it done right. Highly recommend. We were having a problem with a circuit breaker randomly tripping. I found Harris on Google. To be honest, I was a little leery of their reviews because they were all 5 stars. I contacted them and had them come to take a look. I explained what was happening along with a few concerns I had about some remodeling work we had done as a possible cause. The easiest thing they could have done was replace the circuit breaker, but the technician went into the crawl space under the house to check wiring, looked at the wiring in the wall switch plates and outlets, and then concluded it was the circuit breaker which he replaced and we haven’t had a problem since. These guys definitely went above and beyond, and for that reason they earned my 5 star review!

Harris Electrical has my HIGHEST praise. We had electrical problems due to a lightning strike. Among the problems was a fried wire inside a wall. The problems were diagnosed quickly and accurately. The issues were repaired, without tearing out walls or any other damage done. Even cleanup was done thoroughly. And workers were friendly and extremely helpful step by step.I highly recommend Harris Electrical!

Harris Electrical was hired to replace an older, cramped electrical panel with a new panel containing additional space. This was not a horribly difficult job but it did have its challenges given the age and state of the the electrical panel and meter. I was very happy with the resulting job and am so relieved that these issues have now been handled.While having a job completed to satisfaction is truly enough; it was the professionalism and friendly service that made this experience outstanding. Starting with the owner, he was upfront during the initial examination and had a very reasonable quote ready within hours of his visit. He answered all of my questions and understood my concerns, and provided a solution that addressed them all. Furthermore he explained the process for cutting/restoring power from Duke Energy and made sure that all of this work would be done in one day.Secondly, the team that came out to the house to perform the work were exceptional. They were extremely professional and capable, and were also very friendly to talk with.I hesitate to recommend many companies, but I do recommend Harris Electrical and will call them if I have any electrical needs in the future.

They were able to come early and put up all the lights and they cleaned up after themselves. Quick and efficient job. There was some miscommunication between Tim the owner and the Tech about the light over my dining room table, but Tim followed up with and arranged to come back out and move that one light fixture free of charge. Good experience overall, and I would recommend Harris electric.

Got in touch with Harris Electrical Contractors on a very short notice project that I wanted to complete prior to having cabinets placed in our kitchen. Everyone is feeling the shortage of staff and so was surprised they were able to fit me in the time frame I had. Ran into some onsite issues that I was unaware of with positioning of (2) new fixtures but able to talk through and make the most sense of placement. A medium sized piece of drywall had to be removed an the electrician without asking made as little impact in placing back on the ceiling so the patch job should look seamless. Throughout the process I felt comfortable in what we were trying to achieve and that I was a valued customer in the process. As someone who enjoys a good DIY project I am glad I hired Harris Electrical Contractors to complete this job for me. Thanks!
