    Where to begin about Spencer Edwards at Harlow Plumbing? His desire to make things just right is exceptional. He is thorough and knowledgeable. We had two major bathroom renovations going on at the same time and drains were relocated and toilets were relocated as well. Both of these were from the original construction in 1952. We could not be more pleased with Spencers work. It completely met what we were hoping to achieve with the design! His attention to detail was so helpful to me as the designer of these projects, so that I could make sure he had all of the parts necessary to achieve our familys end goal. Without his guidance with that, I would have had no clue. He is the first plumber that I have worked with who took the time to go over all of those details with me. His communication is wonderful also so that we can be sure to know when he is arriving and make plans to be home. Spencers work is top notch and his customer service is as well. I highly recommend Spencer at Harlow Plumbing!

    We needed a new microwave installed in a granite backsplash in the kitchen.Big box store installers couldn’t/wouldnt do it after two attempts. Called three other people and finally found out that Harlow would do it.Wes and Travis came out two hours after I called, installed it quickly with smooth, professional skill and charged a fair price.Will call them again for plumbing needs and highly recommend.

    Recommend 100%. I had the company come to convert the tub to a walk-in shower with safety bars and a seat. Travis, Wes, Alex, and Jerry were very professional, respectful of my home and the floors were protected from damage, and cleaned up after completion. And they were done in one day! They also replaced a toilet in the same bath.Excellent, beautiful work! I look forward to working with Harlow plumbing again. They helped me set up my home for safety and comfort for many years to come.

    Used Harlow plumbing on four occasions that I can recall. Each and every time the job was completed as it shouldve been. On time and correct. The people that have been in my house from Harlow plumbing are courteous mindful respectful and explain everything to where it can be understood. They bend over backwards and do handsprings to make everything right and make sure youre happy.

    Harlow Plumbing came recommended through a friend and a man named Spencer arrived to address several leaks I had to my shower/toilet. I was blown away by the service I received. Spencer was very detail oriented, truly cared about my needs, had a very lively personality and was very professional. He even loved on my doggies. :) Not only was he efficient and pleasant to have in my home, he went over and beyond what was his job by cleaning up the mess that was made after the fact. You cant find service like that these days and I would 1000000% recommend Spencer to any and everyone need plumbing needs! You will NOT be disappointed. ☺

    I purchased my first home a few years ago. As a single mom I always worry that I could get scammed by service companies. Late last night I had an alarm go off for my grinder pump. I was terrified that I was going to have a huge bill as something was wrong with my sewer pipes. I called Harlow and they sent someone out later that day. A wonderful plumber named Spencer came out and gave me an education regarding my grinder pump. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what I could do to ensure a long life for my pump. He was able to fix it at a very reasonable cost. I felt really good about his integrity to ensure that I didn’t feel like I was going to have replace anything for a long time. If all of there employees are as hard working and knowledgeable as Spencer than they are a gold mine of a company. I would recommend them anytime.Thanks,

    I have never, ever, EVER dealt with a contractor like this. I requested a quote in Apr 2018. When I called they schedule for the very next day to come give me an estimate. They showed up, took measurements, considered the project, jotted down notes and handed me a precise, single figure, written quote for a new marble walk-in shower. They never once tried to upcharge me or try to convince me I needed more than I asked for. They also explained the process...4 days, Wes said. Day 1...demolition of the old shower and prep. Day 2...they would fabricate at their shop, so they wouldnt be at the house. Day 3 and Day 4...installation. We held off on the project because of work and summer approaching. When I called then in Aug, they scheduled as soon as my schedule permitted. They came in...Day 1...demolition and prep. Day 2...they didnt come to the house. Day 3 and Day 4...they installed a BEAUTIFUL shower. Jerry handed me the invoice and it was EXACTLY the amount they quoted me 4 months earlier. Not a single penny more. I cant express enough how incredibly impressed I am at the professionalism and quality. They did EXACTLY what they promised. These guys are great!

    The young gentleman that came to my rescue is not even out of my driveway yet , but I need his company and the public to know how responsive Harlow Plumbing is and Trace , the very skilled and most polite employee represents them so well . He took great care with my situation , he couldnt get the water to turn off at the main , and didnt want to cause an additional problem . I got the water company to turn it off , texted Trace and he responded quickly and came immediately after he finished the job he was on .     Nolan installed the dishwasher we purchased at Lowes. He arrived on time and had the dishwasher installed in about 45 minutes. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He let us know that we could call them directly for appliance installation to get on the schedule sooner. We went through Lowes for this purchase and it took about 3 weeks. We are very happy with the service we received.

    David came out and installed our new dishwasher .He was very knowledgeable and polite respectful of our home and cleaned up and it really didn’t take much time at all. He showed me how to use my new dishwasher. I was called ahead when scheduling and then called back confirming our scheduled appointment so I wasn’t sitting there waiting.     Exceptional service! Matt went to pick up my dishwasher at Lowe’s but they could not find it. He persisted until they found it. He communicated with me the entire time. Unfortunately my flooring made the install impossible, but we will have it installed in 2 months when we are redoing the kitchen. Matt is professional, knowledgeable and represents your company very well. Definitely we will call Matt and Harlow Plumbing for our future installation of appliances.

    Technician Matt removed and replaced old dishwasher with new model from Lowes. This technician did all the work alone and did it fast. Havent tested eveeything yet, but he arrived right on time, and, loaded and unloaded alone, and performed the task like a magician! Highly recommend Harlow and would definitely ask for Matt!

    We were referred to Harlow via Lowes when we decided to replace a toilet. We had quick communication and easy scheduling from initial point of contact. Got a call on the day of from Gage Kosmas who would be doing the actual work asking if it was ok to come *early* like YES OF COURSE! Gage was a total pro, informing me clearly of any potential issues or possible additional work that may arise (which thankfully did not!), did really quick work, a great installation, and on top of that was a super nice and funny guy. In addition to that, he gave me some good recommendations for future projects. In the span of about 30 minutes I went from not know about Harlow to them being THE people Ill call in the future for plumbing. (sorry again about the carpet, Gage!)

    We were having my daughters family of six in town and throwing a party for her on Fri. On Monday morning the plumber Lowes had assigned to us called and cancelled! Lowes got in touch with Harlow Plumbing and they stepped up and got the job done on Thurs, before our big party. They were so kind and so understanding of our situation. They did an excellent job of installing one huge vanity top and 2 sinks in the master bath and a standard top and sink in the guest bathroom! Cant thank them enough and they will be the one we call for anything we need. If you want quality work and nice people too, give them a call!

    My previous experiences with plumbers and toilets were nightmares. My experience with Matt from Harlow Plumbing was a pleasant experience. He was extremely courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.     Excellent customer service by David G. Literally saved the job from failure. Above and beyond service, resourcefulness, and kindness to my family and me. Background: ordered a wall oven from Lowe’s; Lowe’s messed up the delivery/install by not scheduling delivery prior to install. David G (working with support from Kyra) coordinated with Lowe’s after hours in the evening to pickup the oven from Lowe’s delivery and put it on Harlow transportation for delivery the next morning. David delivered and installed the oven without a hitch, and notified me immediately afterward. Absolute professional. Clear, honest, helpful communications throughout the job. I could not ask more, and my family and I are grateful. Next time I have a job within Harlow‘s broad scope, I will contact Harlow and look forward to thanking David in-person. Thank you!

    We used Harlow Plumbing to install a new above range microwave.Their guy by the name of Dave showed up to do the work. The microwave he bought with him which we purchased at Lowes had a defect in it. He called Lowes to inform them of the problem and they said they would replace it. Dave had already installed the original one they sent, but then he went to get the new one. It turns out the new one also had flaws or dents in the door of the microwave. Dave did not even install this replacement but did call it in and inform them of the problem. I then went to Lowes and purchased another microwave, which was another brand.Dave came over and removed the defective microwave and installed the new one for us. Then he returned two of the defective microwaves and made sure we got the credit we had coming. He then went further out of his way to come by our house and deliver the receipt.     Lance Tahosky did out installation on a new cooktop. He texted that he would be here, he arrived in the window provided, and he was helpful even though we had to have our granite guy come and increase the opening size. He gave us the new measurement we would need and he returned to complete the job in a timely fashion. I appreciated his advice and his concern about the inconvenience of having to get a granite cutter. I recommend this company if you need this kind of service.

    Since moving into my new (to me) home a few months ago, I have experienced a few plumbing surprises - a leaky sink valve, a plumbing vent issue, and a water heater that gave up the ghost. Lucky for me, I found Harlow Plumbing! A simple fix for them is just that, and they don’t take you to the cleaners. More involved repairs come with a written estimate, and you don’t get any surprises with the bill. What they quoted was what I paid. I have been helped so far by Mr. Chesser the younger, Mr. Chesser the elder, and Mr. Souza. All three have displayed professionalism, skill, and great customer service. All three also stand by their work, and have told me that if I had any further issues with the repaired/replaced items that I could contact them directly to make it right. You can’t buy that kind of reassurance!

    We had an appointment with another company to install a toilet for us. That company never showed up, and the store we bought the toilet from outsourced our install to Harlow Plumbing. Spencer from Harlowe called us the very next day (after waiting a week for the other company) and set up the install that day. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Turned out, the toilet we had purchased was the wrong size for our bathroom. He helped me manage the return of the wrong toilet, choose the right-sized toilet, and came back the next day to install the right toilet. All of this ended up costing way less than the store/other company wanted to charge us. I couldnt believe how professional and affordable this company was. We definitely plan to return to them when we need a plumber, and we plan to request Spencer. He was great!

He didnt act like Ive installed a 1000 sinks and this one is the same. No they are not the same and yes he followed the assembly instructions. Harlow plumbing and Gage has my business for any future plumbing work. My kitchen sink and faucet looks great. Gage cleaned up after the work and took all my old sink and faucet away.
