    Just want to say that I was definitely pleased and happy with the 2 plumbing techs that came out to my Building here at the Island House Hotel. Randy and Jonathan were both not only professional but communicated with me at all times when completing each job task. I would definitely recommend these 2 for any and all plumbing issues

    Recently had a backed up sink with some possible grease build up. Elite sent out 2 guys first and they were unable to get the job done. Pretty upsetting. Normally a good plumber will keep trying until the job was done. They had to call in the best of the best, Jacob. He was super helpful and patient with the issue and came behind the first 2 guys to complete the job in no time. He was super friendly and made the experience better. My 5 stars goes out to Jacob and his awesome effort.

    Im the neighbor using this company. My doors are open and I hear just fine. These guys are doing an amazing job ! Everyone is very friendly and professional. I have not heard anything disrespectful in anyway. Also Id like to add I would absolutely use this company again!

    Our kitchen and foyer flooded, and our maintenance team was unable to resolve the issue. They called out Elite Mechanical Systems, who in turn sent out Jonathan and Randy. These two gentlemen worked diligently to fix the issue. This job was a challenge that they tackled with above board professionalism and knowledge. They had to dig, cut, dig some more and were eventually able to repair our plumbing issue. I give each of these guys 5 stars because they were AMAZING!! Thank you, Randy and Jonathan, for a job well done.

    I had a great experience with this company over the past couple days. My entire home sewer line backed up. Jacob came out and unblocked the line. Jonathan and Randy just got done running a camera down the line to conduct a final inspection. Everyone was very professional and I couldnt be more pleased. Great crew!

    Very prompt! Would give Elite 10 stars if I could! My HVAC unit went out unexpectedly in my rental property. Had to have immediate service for guest. Elite sent technicians, Lucas and Jeffrey, on site within three hours. The HVAC was 19 years old and had to be replaced. The next day, Elite had Lucas, Jeffrey and Jamarcus at the condo installing a new unit. The guys were very professional and hard working and cleaned up before leaving. I will definitely use Elite Mechanical again, not only for my HVAC needs, but also for my plumbing. Call them today! Service was A+!!!!

    4/7/23 Had Trey and Jimmy replace my bathroom shower faucet handles to become one single lever. We absolutely love it! They also replaced our kitchen sink faucet with one we picked out. Superb work overall!4/1/23 Had Trey come back to fix my bathroom sink valves and spout. No more leaks under the sink nor bad water pressure!3/31/23 Plumbing services. Ask for Trey and Jimmy to have quality and quick work done! Also getting a quote for some other work. Will definitely call again for future work as well!

    Over the course of two months they made three trips to our home to do various repairs. Ronnie and his crew were outstanding. Today WesleyPaterson came to repair our heater. He was friendly, professional, followed our requested COVID protocol and despite having to make a two hour trip to get the part finished the job and was on to another.I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Gulf Breeze and Pensacola area.     Extremely pleased with the 2 plumbers, Randy and Jonathan, that came out to fix our leaky pipe today. They went above and beyond to get our water leak fixed in our old East Hill home. It was a challenging job and they told us they weren’t leaving until we had water! They were very professional and kept us updated on the progress of repairs throughout the day. If we need any plumbing services in the future, we will definitely be calling Elite Mechanical and requesting both of them for the job.     I needed a valve replaced on my hot water heater. I called Elite Mechanical and they responded within 1.5 hrs. This was after hours. The techs name was Jonathan.     We had a leak with our plumbing for weeks due to a really bad cold snap in December. I didnt notice until I started hearing some hissing in one of our bathrooms. After calling them over at first to inspect the problem they gave me an estimate saying that the house was going to need a complete repiping. I was completely dreading the amount of money and time that was needed, one day though I got a call from Joseph saying that he could come over and give another inspection to look at the problem again. After the inspection, I felt complete relief when Joseph said a recipe wasnt necessary and it could easily be fixed! The price was not bad at all either! They gave me some details on what needed to be done and they did the job quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Joseph for any problems with plumbing, thank you once again.

    They Are A Blessing! My air system stopped producing cool air and I had a company come out to look at it, they told me that I had to get an entirely new system in which I couldnt afford. As a last result, I contact Elite Mechanical Systems in Pensacola Florida, to see if I could receive any type of help. I have a Severely Autistic 22-year-old son that couldnt understand why the house was so hot and why he had to be confined to parts of the house in order to be cooled by just a floor air conditioner, this was very uncomfortable for him. The owner of Elite Mechanical Systems sent a very loving and kind Technician to do the job, he located the real problem (in which turned out that I didnt need a new system after all) and fixed it with honest and amazing service. As a result, my air is working perfectly and the owner of Elite gave me an unbelievable blessing of a discount. May God be with him, his workers and company forever.
