Needed to have taller toilets installed after a horrific car accident. Bought them from Lowes and used the installer service. Plumber came at quoted time and quickly installed the new toilets. Even repaired a broken flange I wasnt aware of. Both are working as needed/expected. I will say, if your person height is on the shorter size, the taller toilets with the seat cause your feet to be tip toe on the floor unless you are wearing shoes the give a bit more height to you. Just an FYI a plumber in the store warned me about this but I didnt fully understand what he was saying about the taller toilets.

Informed by the City I had a water leak. Called the plumber who found a leak and said there were more but they were not able to find them. Called American Leak Detection and they came out quickly and found two more leaks right away. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again if needed. I was also able to use their documentation to get my water bill reduced. Win-win!

These guys lived up to the company name. I got four companies to come bid on repipe of the whole house. They were the lowest bid and the most detailed about what they would be doing. They helped me with finding a financing company. They were done in a day and a half.

I recommend American Leak Detection. I didn’t know I had a big leak until I got a very high water bill, I had American Leak Detection come out to find it. Their Technician Zach Henry was very thorough and found the leak under the concrete driveway. I also had them repair the leak.

Can recommend this company for dealing with an outside water leak. Fortunately the leak was not too hard to find and easy to repair. The reps. they sent were friendly and professional. They responded quickly but a second visit was needed and took a bit longer. But then again, it was around New Years Holiday. Josh was a good guy to deal with and he was effective.

5 stars! I searched for several weeks to find my in-ground Gunite pool leak without success. I fully expected a bad experience when I called American Leak Detection here in Pensacola. But was surprised to find they scheduled me for the very next day, called ahead and showed up on time. JAKE spent 2 hours searching using various tools, explained everything he was doing and found the leak! He then advised how I could fix it myself and offered to perform the fix at no additional charge. $300 total for 2.5 hours of work. Very professional and the fix comes with a 30 day warranty. GREAT JOB!

Seller didnt disclose a slab leak but American Leak Detection was there to resolve the problem. Leak discovered after I received an enormous water bill the first month after I moved in. The slab leak was not part of the home inspection. American Leak Detection found the source and due to its location had to run new water line. They were very professional and explained everything thoroughly before and after work was performed. Highly recommended.

I have been with this company for a few years now and they have always done me right!!! First Joel who did all my bathroom issues, excellent job. Now had issues in my kitchen and again excellent service first Preston and Burger came on Monday but I needed a different fawcet, again very nice guys and today Joshua put new fawcet in and had to deal with some other issues. He was also very nice professional and fixed everything! I always have quick responses and excellent service from office to plumber!!!Thank you guys🤗👍
