    Absolutely wonderful experience! We found a plumbing leak right before Christmas and were forced to turn off the water to our hot water heater so as to avoid further damage to the line and worse damage to the walls and floor of the utility closet. Christmas is not a good time to be without hot water.Chesser plumbing responded via text very promptly to our voicemail! (We were fine with a text or phone response) The text response was from a real human, not some useless bot!! She inquired about the problem, asked for our info, and had someone scheduled to come see us ASAP! The appointment was set for the day after Christmas; which is fantastic! I have no doubt that if our situation had been an emergency (rather than stabilized and under control) or urgent due to a house full of guests, etc.; they would have sent someone ON Christmas! Better still, the window for arrival was only a few hours. We were not on house arrest for the day. Overall communication was fantastic. We received appointment confirmations and updates about progress via texts from REAL HUMANS! A very nice gentleman showed up EARLY and resolved the issue in about 20 minutes. He replaced the leaking inlet line as well as the outlet line since it was the same age. He went above and beyond by correcting some bad piping that had made it necessary to have tighter than ideal bends in the copper lines. Which is what led to the the damage over the course of years and caused the leak. The price was VERY reasonable! Chesser plumbing is our new go-to!

    I clumsily destroyed my bath tub spout by dropping the shower hose attachment head right on it. The plastic pipe inside broke in half right at the wall. I hadnt needed any plumbing services in my home yet, so I didnt have a go-to company for this kind of repair, but I do now. I searched plumbers near me and Chesser was the first highly rated local result. I called and had a wonderful chat with their receptionist, who was friendly and informative, and she got me a call back from their service tech Jaxon within a few minutes. Only an hour later, he was at my house for a free estimate. After explaining perfectly what he would need to do for the repair, he gave me a very reasonable quote. He had to gain access to my tubs pipes from the opposite side of the wall. Unfortunately my fumble couldnt be fixed from the tub side. Jaxon ran quickly down to the nearby Ace Hardware and purchased an access panel so we could avoid having to do any drywall work after his repair. Overall, I think the work he did took 30-45 minutes, then Jaxon showed me the pipes, that my tub spout was working and how to use the access panel he installed. He cleaned up all the cut drywall as well! Chesser plumbing is highly responsive, quick, and affordable, and I will be using them for any plumbing needs I have in the future.

    Called them with a rush replacement of a water heater as a requirement from my insurance carrier. They worked with me (out of state) and my tenant to get in there ASAP and provided EXCELLENT communication, as well, as did a great job. Left the jobsite clean, tidy, and did clean work, all for a very reasonable price. As a landlord, Im always looking for the best price, the best service, and the fastest speed... I think we came as close as it gets to the trifecta on that for permitted work wich Chesser Plumbing. Thanks!

    I have been meaning to write this review for a long time. I should have wrote this back in late January or early February. I am just not the type of person who typically writes reviews unless I have a 5 star experience. Chesser Plumbing absolutely checked all the boxes with their professional behavior, quality of work, and fair pricing that they offered. I HIGHLY recommend Chesser Plumbing. There is no need to read further unless you want to know details of my experience with this company.I am an Industrial Electrician by trade so that pretty much means I don’t know much about plumbing. I should also mention that I’m the type of person that will try to do things myself before I call a contractor. I have been doing some home renovations and upgrades over the past couple years and used multiple contractors for various projects such as plumbing, carpentry, roofing, HVAC, and much more. Out of all the contractors I have Encountered over the years only two companies acted professionally, offered fair prices, & did quality work. These are things I expect when hiring a contractor but unfortunately that’s just not the case most of the time in todays world. Chesser Plumbing hit on all three boxes each time I called them. They were actually the third plumbing company I have tried and they will be the only one I use from now on. I will not name the other companies but I will say that they are the two largest companies in my area and the work was very amateur at best and the bill did not match up to the work that was performed. So I did what most people do and went to Google reviews and I seen that Chesser Plumbing was a small company and in my area. I called them a little late in the afternoon so I figured it would be the next day before they could make it out. However, he said he could get to it later in the evening after his appointments were done. When they got here he looked over the job I needed done and got right on to re-routing and soldering some copper pipes. He was fast and efficient. He completed more work in 30 minutes than the other plumbing contractor did in two hours and the quality of work was 10x better. I decided to call them back a about week later for a another project and they managed to come back out that same day again in the Evening after they were done with appointments and stayed until the issue was resolved. Most companies would charge a ridiculous fee to come out past 5pm and Chesser may have only came out that late because they could have been in the area at the time. All I know is that they are very respectful, professional, and do quality work for a very fair price. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this company.

    Wow! Very impressed with Jaxon and his coworker (didn’t catch his name). They were such kind souls! Very respectful and hardworking, just all around pleasant people.     Great experience from start to finish! I called around midday and Nick stopped by two hours later to give me an estimate on a tankless hot water heater install. He was very professional and explained all of the work while getting me the cost estimate the next morning. The estimate far surpassed three other quotes I received and Nick was able to get me on his schedule the following week. The finished product was done right and on time at a fraction of the cost of competitors. Great communication throughout. Ill be using Chesser Plumbing from now on and highly recommend them.

    We needed our sewer line replaced from the house to the city main. These guys came out immediately to give us a quote which was very fair. We called them back after reading other reviews online. They showed up promptly at 8 am and completed the job by 4 pm (100+ foot sewer line). They did an excellent job and even protected our sprinkler system. They cleaned up the site thoroughly and were extremely professional. Ill use them again in the future and would recommend Chesser Plumbing to anyone.
