Eric responded quickly to do a septic inspection. He was courteous and professional and actually charged less than what was quoted on the phone. Most people these days would have taken the amount quoted, but he said the job didn’t take as long so he didn’t take the quoted amount. Now that’s an honest person with morals! Eric is great. He came early this morning and pumped our septic. He answered the phone on a Sunday Evening. That is rare to reach a human on Sunday. He showed up less than 12 hours later. Very nice guy and very reasonably priced. Professional and good at his job. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing this type of service.

We just moved in last July and we were having some issues with our toilet not flushing right. I was unfamiliar with the layout and operation of our system, this being our first house with a septic tank. Eric came out same day to inspect, in fact he was there with in 30 mins. He quickly identified the issue, cleared the blockage, and answered all my questions about the plumbing system. We had to wait a few days for the ground to dry up from all the rain to pump the tank. When the ground was dry he came out again and provided the same great service. I would recommend Eric and Superior Septic Service to everyone. Thank you Eric!

Very Pleased. We hired Superior to perform a septic system inspection and were very pleased with the knowledgeability and response. He was kind enough during covid, when we couldnt find anyone else in the far away land we needed service, to drive and promptly started working, knew exactly where the system was located (we had speculated incorrectly prior to his arrival) and explained things clearly. It was obvious there was a good bit of experience being applied. Very Pleased.
