After a particularly challenging experience with another plumbing company, Root 24 was a breath of fresh air. We live in an old town with old pipes, and plumbing issues are common. Root 24 called us to schedule almost immediately, prioritized getting us in first thing the next day, and the plumber who came out was friendly, polite, and most importantly - fixed the issue within an hour that the other guys couldn’t fix in three tries. The plumber from Root 24 explained his process and made sure that the line was clear before leaving. We really appreciate their quick response and competency of the team members - they exemplify what every company should aspire to, in customer service and expertise. Highly recommend this company and will use them in the future for any plumbing needs we have!

Nick was spectacular. Came out late at night in freezing temps and had a smile on his face and positive attitude the ENTIRE time. The people I spoke with on the phone prior were responsive and honest and helped deal with insurance issues making everything smooth and easy. 11/8/2024The plumbing company ROOT 24 arrived to help with a really tough laundry room & bathroom blockage. Our house chores were at a stand still.Then CARL C arrived to tackle the job. Carl arrived at time agreed. Took a look. Went right to work. Knew confidently how to fix the problem. He was superior in getting the clog taken care of. He WAS VERY KIND, professional & left behind no mess. I would most definitely recommend asking for him at Root 24 should anyone have a clogged water problem in their home.Thank you SO very much Carl C for your stellar attention to assisting us!

Friday at 4pm my basement was actively leaking. It was a burst pipe. I was scrambling because the water was gushing in my basement. I remembered that I actually pay for pipe protection through American Water. I called American Water who called Root 24hr Plumping and they came out within 2hrs on a Friday night. My water was shut off and I was told they would be back tomorrow and it would take approximately 6-8hrs to fix the pipe. Well. They were on site the next day and the water was back on within 24hrs of noticing the leak. To say I was impressed is an understatement. I attached somePhotos of the work. They even made it look nice when they left. A++. Would highly recommend.

I can’t say enough great things about Root 24! They were my fourth plumber of the week to try to unclog my pipes - no desire to expose the failure of top plumbers in Camden County but I can’t begin to tell you the difference of Root 24! The first tech, Nick, was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing to clear a clog and how we can maintain our old plumbing. During the service, another issue was found and Gary and Carl came out to replace a pipe in the basement. All very thorough and did a great job. They even cleaned up everything afterward which was not necessary. Definitely recommend.

They snaked the drain and removed a huge root that we had growing. Giving 4 stars and not higher because the first guy who came to our house a few days before for the same issue was extremely unprofessional and didnt listen to us at all. He dismissed us and was in our house for maybe 5 min total. He also smelled strongly of weed.

Honest company with integrity. Roto Rooter tried scamming me by saying we did not have an outdoor cleanout pipe to unclog a drain and said we had a collapsed pipe outside under the sidewalk. They were going to charge us $8.7k for a new cleanout pipe and pipe replacement. Root 24 came out to our house in a couple hours and found our cleanout pipe that was buried under some dirt and grass and cleared out our drain. They ran their camera system and also found out that our pipe was fine and wasnt broken. Work was completed within a couple hours. They should get more than 5 stars.

This company saved me $6000.00 ,BECAUSE THERE HONEST AND DO A GREAT JOB ,HERES HOW. Five years ago I had a MAJOR PLUMBING promblem. It was a backup from basement sink,and roots from tree inside outside plumbing.I had insurance company involved, had to live in extendd stay for 10 days. I was told to call ben franklin plumbers. They used snake with camera 30 feet.they told me THAT my main line out side was cracked and it would cost $6000 plus. I got a second opinion from ROOT 24.THEY RAN THE SNAKE WITH CAMERA 80 FEET, AFTER CLEANING OUT THE ROOTS, THERE WAS NO CRACKED PLUMBING PROMBLEM. BEN FRANKLIN PLUMBER LIED, .Root. 24 INFORMED ME ABOUT GETTING AMERICAN WATER RESOURCES INSURANCE PLAN. Root 24 is amazing. My first call was on Christmas Eve and Mark and Nick (Santas helpers lol) came to scope my line, determine the issue, and temporarily clear the line. I thought having my sewer line replaced was going to be a nightmare. They were upfront about everything to expect and were spot on with their timelines. I peaked in on their progress on my Ring camera and saw my grass was dug up, concrete slab out of the walkway and a mound of mud as it was raining. This was part of what needed to be done to access the pipe. I thought, great, what a mess Ill come home to but I was pleasantly surprised. I came home from work to a fixed sewer pipe, the grass looked as if it was never even touched and the concrete was able to remain in tact and was placed and patched. They kept my mom in the loop as she was in the home. These men who worked on my property were fast, efficient, and thorough! Job well done, thanks Root 24!

I usually get a water bill for $50 a month. This month, I got a bill for $220. Placed a call on Thursday at 4 PM and Tim Austin was out the next morning. He called to say he was coming, called when he was close to my house, and then did an inspection to find the water leak. He found it under the house, took out corroded pipe and fixed it by 2 PM the same day. He worse a PPE mask, as did I, and kept my safety in mind while repairing my burst pipe! He was friendly, honest, and the cost was more than fair. I highly recommend Root 24/7 Plumbing service with a special thanks to Tim Austin. They will be my regular plumbers now.
