    I was in need of a plumber and fast. I was fortunate that I called MK plumbing. They sent Justin and Tray ~Truly a wonderful experience. I am truly thankful I called for their services. They are not only professional at what they do but also reliable and dependable the end result, exceeded my expectations. Justin and Tray ~ were so professional and courteous. You bet I will call MK plumbing again.

    I called to schedule a service call for what I thought was a backed up sewer line. They were able to squeeze me in the same day. The crew’s first attempt to clear the line wasn’t successful. Upon further investigation they were able to identify the issue was located at the septic (trash) tank. I have a single dwelling sewage treatment system. At this point they were not knowledgeable in this type of system and recommended a contractor who is. I appreciate the honesty. They refused payment for the service call, as they weren’t able to make repairs. What a reputable company.

    Called to get my furnace inspected because it was blowing cold air. They came out the next day! I received text notifications confirming my appointment and when the technician was on his way to do the inspection. Corey did a thorough inspection, quickly found the problem fixed itAnd everything is working perfectly! He was very polite and courteous! And the young lady that answered the phone and set up the appointment was excellent!

    Our outreach organization hired Corey and his crew to complete a project of ours, and in the end of the project we were totally satisfied.     I called the afternoon on 9/23/24. Cory called back and said he would be there the next morning. At 10:am he was here fixed the furnace and the AC. I have use MK before and I will keep using them. Prices great too.

    Im a DIY guy but 2 of my Boiler zones went out the week of Thanksgiving and I did what repairs I could but needed my new step down transformer wired properly since I fried the old one because the original installer did a custom wire job and I couldnt make head or tails of any of the mess. I wasnt familiar with plumbers in the area so I started calling around. One place had horrible customer service skills with a guy basically talking down to me and at one point yelling at me because he couldnt understand what I was trying to tell him. Another place couldnt come out for two weeks, but they suggested MK.Corey from MK came out first thing Monday morning after Thanksgiving. Up until Corey arrived, they kept me updated with reminders via texts and phone calls.Corey was super friendly and courteous. Took him no time at all to review my boiler schematics and wire the step down transformer properly. Now all my zones and thermostats throughout the house work properly. Hes very knowledgeable and even gave me some helpful tips for my expansion tank. The service call charge was fair and worth every penny! MK will definitely get my business the next time Im stuck.

    Two very nice guys came out promptly to help unclog toilet drain, after working inside for awhile it ended up being clogged outside, felt bad because it was a cold wet day out. For over an hour of working found the issue, baby wipes, oops. Very friendly and explained everything they were doing. The cost was very reasonable. We usually use Mk Plumbing and glad we did!!
