    December 6, 2024⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I wish I could give 10 stars because Military Plumbing deserves it! ⭐️🇺🇸 From the moment I called to the end of the service, this company proved why they are a shining example of what an American business should be. Chris, the receptionist, was incredibly kind and friendly! 💯 He made the whole process smooth and welcoming.The owners are former military, and most of their team proudly shares that background. 🇺🇸 Our technician, Clint, may not have served in the military, but he’s a young man filled with patriotism and pride for this country! 🦅🇺🇸We had a partially clogged toilet that wasn’t working properly and needed a rebuild. Clint got everything back in perfect working order! 🚽💪 The level of service, repair work, and overall customer care was outstanding. I am more than pleased. 🙌Though I never had the honor of serving in the military, my heart is filled with pride and gratitude for those who do. Today, as I write this on December 7, 2024, I am watching Michael Bay’s movie in remembrance of those we lost at Pearl Harbor 83 years ago. 🇺🇸🙏Military Plumbing is a true American company serving Americans with the spirit of excellence, integrity, and care that makes this country great.     My biological dad was an 88 year old veteran that I met through Ancestry.com. We purchased a tiny home to convert into a fully ADA compliant home for him. MILITARY PLUMBING donated all their services to plumb in the entire house to make his move in possible. We love the folks at Military Plumbing Because of their dedication to their customers, and veterans. We could not say enough good things about them.

    No one wants to have a plumbing issue and waking to no hot water is terrible but calling Military Plumbing was a great experience. I got around 8:30 AM and Mr. Chris Reeves was at my home 10:30. Chris looked into issue at no charge and offered multiple solutions with pricing details. He made process painless and professional. My new hot water heater is installed and we are fixed by 1. Thanks so much Military Plumbing and Chris Reeves. Plus, they gave a veteran’s discount.😜

    Military Plumbing has been my go to Plumbing company for 20 years. Great work, wonderful people, family owned and they treat you like you are part of the family. I’ve watched their kids grow up, get married, build houses, have babies, all the good stuff. Kim and the team stay up with my family as well, which is just a wonderful personal touch. They come to Dallas all the time for service calls, so don’t think they are too far away. They always get you in quick! Happy customer for life! You won’t regret it!

    We had a plumbing back-up on a Sunday morning. We initially called around 10:00 am, was told their emergency tech was currently on a call, and would come by as soon as he finished. He was here by 12:00 took care of the issue and was done by 12:45. The technician was very kind and respectful and even went above and beyond and took care of a secondary issue caused by the backup.For a Sunday Emergency call, and with our veterans discount, the price was fair too.We really appreciate Military Plumbing coming out so quickly and taking care of us!

    I couldn’t get my shower to shut off so I called Military Plumbing to help me. They were there within the hour. A part had to be ordered, and they had to come back the next day. I had two doctors appts so my availability window was small, but they came at the beginning of that window and got it all fixed. Very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend. Five Stars.

    My situation didnt start out good at all! Unfortunately we cant always control the actions of the people we employ! The Whitworths saw and resolved the issue!     Called on the weekend with a septic system backup. My issue was not able to be resolved at the time, but the company worked with me and showed integrity with how they dealt with me. Employees were courteous, quick to respond and manager Aaron is an example of how a manager should act. My interaction with this company showed me that some companies do still work with pride in the way they treat their customers.

    I can’t say enough good things about this company, more specifically, Chris. We had a pipe bust and within an hour, Chris came out and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. We are so glad that he was able to help us out on such short notice.     Absolutely unparalleled service and work. Came home at lunch to find I was without water, did some looking and found the mud puddle at my water box in the front yard. Called and talked to Aaron at the office, who was prompt, professional and assured me he could have a tech out in 2 hours.. MAYBE an hour later, Jacob pulled into the drive. He quickly assessed the issue and knew he could get it repaired for me. Worked his backside off in this furnace of a Texas August, and got it done in very little time. I’m a DIY type of guy, but plumbing has never been my jam… glad I don’t have to worry about it ever again. Anytime I have plumbing needs, Aaron and Jacob ensured I know who to call without question. The owners, Jeff and Kim are remarkable folks as well. LOVE that it’s family owned and operated. Being local to us in Caddo mills makes it ever better!     Military plumbing came highly recommended from many members in our community so after having the frustrations of not getting our service inquiries returned by other plumbers in the area we reached out to them. So glad that we did. They were able to rapidly respond to our request for service and showed up within the service window that they had quoted. Service was fast and easy and the pricing was completely fair, he even offered us a discount. Not sure why, but we appreciated it.My favorite part was after the service was completed he took me through the steps of everything he did taking the lid off of the toilet and explaining which parts were faulty and worn and showing me what he replaced. He guaranteed his work with a 24 month warranty and said that he would come back and take care of any issues in the next two years should they arise.You have to imagine that small businesses like this can have a hard time getting their customers to take a moment and say something nice online so I wanted to make sure that right after the service was completed I hopped online to share my honest opinions on the matter. Hope this is of some value to anyone out there reading who is considering calling them for service.

    Great people they are fast at getting back to you, always helpful, and done a great job. We have used them many times from fixing our drainage line, shower faucets, and reseals for the toilets.     Aaron installed a replacement tankless water heater for us. He was professional, friendly, and helpful. We learned during the installation that we needed an outside replacement cover for the heater. He got some of the guys and they brought back *two* covers for the other heater (which is ready to be installed), just so the two would match. Super service, super company.

Over the next couple of days he resolved the drainage problem.     I had sewer lines under my slab home rusted out and collapsed they dug and replaced my sewer system with minimal damage to the inside of my home and basically performed the repair from under and outside my house and kept me from going without bathrooms the entire time. I also signed up for a military protection plan for yearly maintenance and services on my home. So Im a forever customer!

    Love and recommend Military Plumbing!They’ve been active in our community for years. Family owned. They always have come literally same day and quickly the few emergencies we’ve had.     After trying to work with local plumbers and being very disappointed we reached out to Military Plumbing. From the very first contact we felt that we would receive the help we needed.Cody arrived at our home and immediately assessed the problem with our sewer line. He told us what needed to be done, gave us a price quote and information on how far out they were booked.My wife and I discussed the price (which we received the military discount being veterans) and decided quickly that they were the company we wanted to do this huge project.Cody returned to our home as he said he would do to let us know how the project would be started and that they were responsible for getting the city permit, contacting the excavating crew and line locates as needed.Cody and Aspen replaced the sewer line in a timely manner, passed the city inspection without any problems, and continued to monitor the project to completion.It should also be noted our neighbors (husband is working overseas) from our recommendation decided to use Military Plumbing for their plumbing needs and have been very pleased.We will continue to recommend this company to our friends and neighbors.     Military Plumbing was the best experience I have ever had with a major home maintenance issue. They were super responsive to our request for service and arrived at the perfect time! Daniel and his partner were very professional and friendly. Once here, they checked out the issues we presented them with and had a plan to fix each issue quickly.     Had a nightmare of a slab leak. They handled everything quickly and professionally. A big shout out to Aaron and his partner who also fixed an issue with our water heater (which we had been living with) when they were performing diagnostics on the slab leak. It was by far the best experience we have had with a plumber since we bought our house in 2008 (and we have had a lot of plumbers out to the house over the years).     We have had continuous sewer stoppages throughout our new to us home in mesquite and couldn’t understand why. We called military to come out and clear the lines and perform an extensive sewer inspection. What they found was mind blowing. At that point we decided that a full recipe was absolutely necessary. Blake came out and walked us through the entire process and what was to be expected. He also ensured us that if we had to be left without plumbing for an entire evening he would put us in a hotel. After reviewing the 3 other estimates and overall scopes of work. Military gave us a price we couldn’t refuse. More importantly they made us feel extremely comfortable about the task at hand. After the digging was done,Chris miller and his team came out and had our entire house repiped in 12 hours. Once they started they didn’t stop!We just couldn’t be happier with the performance and customer service of military plumbing.

    I needed a gas line ran for my generator. Jacob Whitney, a job site estimator, came out to give me a quote. He was very professional and explained everything that would be needed to complete this project including some electrical needs.     Our water pressure had been noticeably low for quite a while but we weren’t aware of what was causing low pressure. It wasn’t until we went to sell our home that we were told our water pressure was unsatisfactory at inspection. We called Military Plumbing and they promptly came to solve the problem. They determined that we had a pressure reduction valve that we never knew about because it had been buried with dirt and sod placed on top. After locating the valve box and adjusting the valve we now have the pressure level we need. We are very pleased with their service and highly recommend them. They are very prompt, courteous and know their business well.

    All the drains in the house backed-up at just before midnight, and we called their 24-hour service. The poor guy had to drive from a different town, and worked to do a temporary fix that early morning. A crew came out the next (or later that) day, and did an under-the-house diagnosis. Gave us a choice of a sort of patch, or a complete under-the-house drain pipe fix. We chose the fix, and they dug under the house, and replaced the sewer line. Showed us the completed repair, and when we accepted it, completely filled in the trench under and outside the house. It wasn’t cheap, but they gave us a very accurate estimate before starting work! I recommend them without hesitation!! Very professional work, and they kept us informed all the way about both what they intended to do for repairs, and what it would cost! tk

    Something ( most likely a toy) was flushed down our guest bathroom toilet and I couldnt get it out or broken up enough to get it to pass through. Military Plumbing came out and had it cleared in 10 minutes. I highly recommend

    We have been suffering from what we thought was a sewer line leak, under the concrete slab flooring of our home. Two different plumbing companies were unable to accurately locate the source. Meanwhile, we dealt with obnoxious odors inside our home. The third company I called was Military Plumbing. They found the source within minutes. It was not a sewer leak at all, but a propane line leak under our house. Unfortunately, Military Plumbing can not repair the gas line. They are natural gas certified, but not LPG certified. I wish they were, as I wouldn’t hesitated in hiring them. While they were here however, they did clear a clogged sewer line from one of our toilets. As they were leaving, I attempted to hand Daniel from Military Plumbing my credit card. He said “nope, no charge. I’m sorry that your family has had to deal with this odor for so long. You are lucky that your home didn’t explode.” Who does that this day and age? Military Plumbing will get all of my future plumbing business! Our LPG is off for now until I can find an LPG certified plumber. And yes, I will be buying LPG detection alarms for our home! Thank you Daniel and Military Plumbing!

    We had a leak and had to deal with the city and well turns out it was coming from the house. We spoke to Jeff and Kim from Military plumbing and they told us next step as we had to have a dig crew come out to get to the leak under the house. I was worried about my grass being torn up as I have dogs and who loves mud in the house. They took all day to get it dug out. I didn’t expect to have water that night but Jeff came out about 6 and fixed the leak so we could have water again. They told us the dig crew would be back to fill the hole the following day. The were able to quickly fill the hole and they did an amazing job. They had prep the grass to put it back when they were done so my yard didn’t look like a mess. Thank you so much!! I am so grateful. They are truly a blessing and took care of us.

    I woke up at 4:30 Christmas Eve morning to the sound of water pouring out of the main bedroom sink. Had to call the fire department to turn off the water at 5:30. Called Military at 8 and was scheduled for service. Chris and Aspen arrived at 11:45 and fixed the problem within an hour.     Daniel made a very difficult time for us much better than I could ever have imagined. No one wants to have to replace their main line to the house.     Military Plumbing is the best! They are prompt, fair and reliable.My mother and father had a plumbing nightmare involving the drain line going from their kitchen to the main line. Basically from one end of the house to the other. We originally called another plumbing company out, they gave us a quote which I thought was fair price until the tunneling process began. They collected $2k before they begin to work. The digging crew started at 8:30am, took an hour lunch, left at 1:30 pm and never returned!!! They left a 4 foot hole on the side of the house. My senior parents didn’t have access to their laundry room kitchen sink, dishwasher, etc…. After a week of chasing them down they agreed start back up but the price tripled. We were shocked and started calling around to other companies. Thankfully my sister asked Facebook for any recommendations. That is where we found Military Plumbing and I thank God we did. They are a Christian based company and extremely trustworthy. Jeff (the owner) came out and ran a camera inside the pipe. Not only did he show us where the break started, he took the time to explain the entire process. He was very upfront about the price. He had one price per square foot, period. No “hidden fees”, no “extra fees”, no “add ons”. Simply one price per foot for the job. We were amazed how honest and kind he was. He started the following day. The digging crew went to work…… rain or shine, they were there every day. They worked late and cleaned up their mess every night. Jeff does all the plumbing repairs himself so there was no question that it was fixed properly. He completed the repairs in one day, city inspected the next day and the backfill process began. Words cannot express what a smooth process it was. I am so happy we found Military Plumbing. I highly recommend them to anyone that has any plumbing needs. Warning: There are so many companies that will low ball you to get in the door but once they start the job, the prices and fees go up. Way up! You almost feel obligated or stuck, which happened to us. Jeff and his wife Kim at Military Plumbing were so friendly, not only did we find a fantastic plumber but gained friends/family in the process. Call Military Plumbing first, save yourself the nightmare that we went through.

    This company is great! I really can’t believe some of the negative reviews. I’ve never had any issues with the owners or employees. Everyone has always had respect for me and my home. Every time anyone ever had to go outside, they would put new booties on before they came back in. My last issue was fixed no charge. I can’t find one thing to complain about. The good reviews outweigh the bad. Give them a shot! They won’t disappoint. Definitely recommend!!

    Me and my husband had just moved into our home and discovered that we had a leak. After being treated awful by another plumber we where sent to Military Plumbing... What a God Send these people have been!!! They came out diagnosed the leak with a machine that Jeff is trained to use and thy got to work the next day tunneling approximately 35 feet under my home to fix a leak. Daniel made sure we knew exactly what was going on with the repair every single step of the way. And whenit was done they kept making sure we where ok. But the best part if this is, our insurance company denied our claim and when I told Kim she was incredibly sweet about it and walked us through other avenues :) my husband is a disabled veteran, and they treated us with the utmost respect , we will never use anyone else other than military plumber in our home... Thanks Military Plumbing you have made this experience not as horrible as it was and we appreciate you so much

    We had terrible sewer gas smell, it got unbearable to the point I was ill. My elderly mother is living here and I almost got a motel room for us. Luckily Military plumbing came 8 am the next day. Punctual, communicative, pleasant,friendly yet professional . He checked a few extra things even before he left.
