    I called MasterTex with an emergency during a roof install. One of our crew members punctured an undetectable water line in a vaulted ceiling while installing the roof.Connor handled the problem with quickness and within 30 minutes we had AB out on our job site to fix the problem.Fast, Professional, Reliable service. And they didn’t charge an arm & leg!Would recommend to anyone!

    Connor was amazing! He got to my house promptly; he was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained to me what needed to be done in a way that made it understandable to me. He also gave me a couple of options, and gave me an estimate before he started. He did the necessary work and got it done in a very reasonable amount of time with no disruption to our schedules. If ever I need a plumber in the future, hes the one Ill call. I highly recommend them!

    John came and gave me an estimate on installing the kitchen faucet first. He was fair in pricing so I scheduled him to do the install. He was prompt and installed it easily. I also added on replacing the inside of my toilet tank while he was here. He was very easy to work with. I will call him again next time I have plumbing needs.

    Excellent all around from a repeat customer. MasterTex replaced our water heater with tankless in our last home and again when we moved to our new home. They dont cut any corners. The pipe work was very well done, they had specialists on site for all facets of the project- electrician, roofer and of course, plumbing. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable and we felt like we received very high quality, guaranteed work.

    We had a water issue and couldnt determined where it came from. I reached out to MasterTex via Thumbtack and they responded quickly. Initially they didnt have an opening for same day service but they called back and said they could fit me in.The tech arrived and worked to investigate but from his initial analysis he let me know that they prob wouldnt be able to locate the leak. Instead of just running a test, they were honest enough to know they couldnt so they didnt have me incur a cost.Rarely do you see companies be open and honest like this and I highly recommend MasterTex because they will let you know if they can help you and if they cant they will let you know. I will call them first for any plumbing issues I ever have the future and will recommend them to anyone I know.Thanks!

Tech Abt finished early and arrived at 5 pm to estimate repair at reasonable cost and repair expertly completed before 7 pm. That is 5Star.

    They came out to do a waste water leak test for me, but after hearing my homes situation, gave me some good advice to postpone the test until foundation work was done.     Connor was very responsive and gave me a fair quote to replace my 50-gallon water heater. One estimate I received from a big commercial company quoted me anywhere from $2900 upwards to $8600, totally trying to rob me to meet sales quotas and to take advantage when you are in a vulnerable place where the water heater has to be replaced. Connor sent his crew to my home within 2 days and got my water heater replaced in a timely manner.

    My problem was tree roots growing into our main drain line. MasterTex sent two younger guys to give an estimate to repair the issue. Both were professional, knowledgeable, personable and got right to the task at hand. They ran the camera thru the pipes to show me the exact problem and gave recommendations to solve the issue. They were helpful but unfortunately, we are unable to get the repair completed by them due to cost. As far as personnel and representatives for this company, we were very pleased with the service provided.

    At 9PM last night, our sewage began backing up into our downstairs bathroom and all over floor. IT WAS A MAJOR MESS and it was in the middle of the night!!!
