First of all, to find someone who will help you with an emergency on a weekend, is unbelievable. The fact that they responded on a weekend (twice because we had two blockages) was exceptional and the technician worked tirelessly to make sure we were comfortable again and he worked until he got the blockage out. On Monday, our AC went out and water heater started leaking from all areas at the same time. I called Blue Frog in a panic after being referred by several people in the neighborhood, including Mark Oswalt. Gigi answered the phone and she was so kind, informative, and answered my many questions! She originally gave me a 4-5 window, then texted me shortly after with an even earlier one! I relayed the info to my husband who met the plumbers on site. They were quick and professional with their work. Overall, we are very pleased with Blue Frog and will now join the long list of people that refer them in our neighborhood!

Great customer service! Received a call literally within seconds of putting in my request for service. The tech (Jeremy M.) came out, dressed very professionally with company logo attire and was very friendly, honest and easy to speak to. He did a check on my kitchen plumbing and articulated the work to be done in a friendly and professional manner. Also, in case you were wondering, he was wearing a mask for his and mine protection (COVID). We all have different views of masks and was happy to see that he showed up with one out of respect and safety. I would highly recommend Blue Frog Plumbing without any reservation!

I used BlueFrog Plumbing of NE Dallas to unclog a laundry room floor drain. Marco Campos and John Simmons did an excellent job... arriving on time, explaining how they were going to address the problem, solving the problem quickly and doing so without making a mess. They protected my floors, were very courteous and professional and used state-of-art equipment in identifying and solving my problem. Mark, the GM, is running a first class operation and his pricing is very competitive. I will definitely use BlueFrog Plumbing of NE Dallas again and will not hesitate in recommending them to my family and friends.

Bluefrog Plumbing is a top-notch company. More so, David Roth and Colton are truly squared-away plumbers. The company is not only great at their trade, but ethical, professional and very friendly. David and Colton just make the whole experience more noteworthy, as they are not only exceptionally talented, but down-to-earth and “just good guys.” No one ever wants to call a plumber, but when you need to, I highly recommend Bluefrog. And, you would be remiss if you did not ask for David and Colton; they are some of the best in the business and great guys to be around.

Bluefrog Plumbing is amazing! Last week due to the storm we had 5 separate leaks. Our techs were Marco and Charles. Both were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. They were there 2.5 hours, located and repaired all 5 leaks and answered all of our questions. Bluefrog charged their regular rate, no price gouging with this company. They now have a customer for life!

We considered several companies to help install and exterior tankless hot water heater. Im so glad we went with the company with the funny name - Blue Frog. From Gigi that takes the calls and coordinates the schedule, to David that manages the crew, to David and Colton that performed the work - Blue Frog is top notch. After installation we noticed the smell of gas outside our house so we called Gigi. She got David and Colton back on site very quickly. The leak appeared to be unrelated to the work they had done but they did not hesitate to fix the issue at no additional charge. Oh, and it was in the middle of a rain-storm. Neither David nor Colton complained, both had a great attitude and genuinely wanted to help - and they did. Awesome guys. I highly recommend Blue Frog.
