Update: Now theyve been out several times for different repairs weve needed, and well still give them a call for the next one. I like knowing that theres a trustworthy person to call who will get a crew out to handle whatever the disaster is this time.The guys fixed the sewer backup at our rental house on the same day, with clear communication before the appointment and a thorough explanation afterward. The temporary fix will allow the tenants to use their bathrooms for now, and well schedule the permanent fix with K&K as well. Even though I havent met them in person, the tenants have given me good feedback about them, and I really appreciate knowing we can rely on them when issues arise.

I had a major water leak that was emergent to fix and multiple other issues that that were nonemergent. Robert and Jared were amazing to get all my issues resolved. They exceeded expectations and were very kind and professional. The labor cost is a little steep but well worth using this company because of the quality and experience.

Very professional, crew came out when they said they would. Couldn’t get their equipment in my back yard so they had to hand dig from my water meter toward the house to find my leak. This picture was what cause my leak.The two employees who came to my house and the gentleman I spoke with when I requested their service and when I called to pay (same person) were very pleasant to talk with and were very professional with me from start to finish. I would recommend anyone that needs plumbing service to call K&K. If you are a whiner and no one can please you, still call and they will help you!Plus they are very reasonable! Bonus!!

I have known these guys for a while and knew they did good work. As you well know, plumbing work can be messy. K&K was very thorough in finding our plumbing issues. My wife and I had a sewer backup issue coming back up through the tub and from under the toilet the plumbing technicians pulled the toilet in the back bathroom and ran a camera to find roots were invading the sewer. They cleared the roots that was causing the backup and reset the toilet. The technician in charge let me know that would need to tunnel under the house to repair the broken places in the sewer due to the roots. K&K provided a reasonable quote to do the job. We got it done. The crew did a thorough job even through any issues they came across. They did an amazing job cleaning up the job areas to where you practically couldn’t tell where the work took place. The technicians did an amazing job not leaving the house messy. Really good job cleaning after themselves. These guys won’t try to sell you services you don’t really need. They will treat you like family.

On Memorial Day, I called them because I had a leak in the kitchen sink, evidently for longer than I knew. I really didn’t expect a call back on the holiday, but I was pleasantly surprised to hear the man call to check & see what I needed. I told him & he said he would have someone here between 8:30-9:00 the next morning. They arrived just as promised, in the pouring rain. Two very nice & polite young men. Looked at the problem & immediately went to work on it. They had to go to town & get more parts but we’re finished by 11:30 or so. I couldn’t have been more pleased with their work. I will definitely call them again when needed!

We had a dual sink issue in our guest bathroom the night before we had planned a barbecue with friends. STRESS!!! Both of our sinks were stopped up, and my husband was only able to clean out the drain pipes below the sink. We obviously had bigger problems!I contacted several plumbers, including a couple we had used previously and everyone was busy! STRESS!!A friend in our neighborhood recommended K and K plumbing. I called and spoke with Kevin. He was very friendly and professional, of course they were busy as well. STILL STRESSED!He would, however, contact me if there was an opening that day. I don’t even think it was an hour later, he returned my call and let me know that they could squeeze us in. He had service techs near our location. YAY!! They arrived promptly and both gentlemen were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and had a very good idea what the issue potentially could be. They fixed the problem and cleaned up their small mess in very little time, perfectly.Kevin had gone over the pricing with me, and naturally assuming the worst, I thought it was going to end up being quite a bit more based on the problem we had. As it turned out, not only efficiently completed it was all at an affordable cost. I would “highly recommend” K&K Plumbing to anyone who is in need of a “trustworthy” and “professional” service.

I contacted K&K Plumbing the first of March 2024, I had a serious plumbing issue and my Mother suggested I call K&K Plumbing. I spoke with Chris. They sent someone out within two hours to take care of my immediate problem, and; informed me there was also a major problem. A line was ran into an opening in my front yard and the plumber showed us on a computer screen exactly what the issue was. Within two days I was given a quote and I agreed to have K&K Plumbing do needed repairs. Due to rainy weather they were not able to take care of problem right away, but remained in touch with me explaining the reason why. On Friday, April 19, 2024 I received an email stating Plumbers would be out this morning by 8:30; I received a phone call and a text, (very professional) also. Two Plumbers arrived at 8:45 and got right to work. Work was completed by 2:45. One of the Plumbers told me what was done and assured me everything was taken care of. I was well please. On another note....I have lots of flowers in my year (which I love dearly) and not a one was touch. YEA!Sincerely,Betty Brown

Absolutely blown away by how great this company is. Not only did they quote us significantly less than another company wed called out for the same job, but they caught me off guard with how quickly they finished the work. Most importantly, the quote was a no-BS and straightforward plan, where we knew exactly what we were getting and why we needed it.The people were extremely friendly, to both us and our pets, and very professional during the time they were here. During installation they even changed a few of the little details to make our lives a little easier, and the extra thought was much appreciated. Afterwards, I took a peek at their work, and found top-notch craftsmanship on every portion of the install.All in all, I wouldnt be able to write anything bad about this company even if I tried. From step 1 of having the guy come out and inspect the house, all the way to them packing up and leaving, this was a 10/10 company. Great work done by great people. Thank yall for being awesome.

Fast, friendly, professional, & affordable. I had water bubbling up through the foundation in the laundry room. We shut off the water and called around. About 3:00 I left a message and received a call back in an hour or so. They set an appointment for the first thing the next morning. David and his assistant got right to work, found the leak and had it fixed in a couple of hours. The best part is they didnt have to ruin my flooring. They cut a few holes in the sheetrock and fixed it without cutting into the foundation.I highly recommend this company and especially David ( the other techs are probably good but I cant speak to that).

I called around for a number of plumbers during the February Texas storm due to burst water pipes. Well many groups were busy including k&k plumbing they were able to get out here as quickly as they could and their team did a wonderful job fixing the repair and getting water as quickly as possible and the price was very very reasonable. Will definitely use them again and definitely recommend them.
