Placed my water heater and repaired the pipes and gas line. They were fair and explained the pricing. They were only called in for an estimate, and they did the work same day. The technician Pablo was very professional and patient. I would give them six stars if I could.

They were able to get us in right away for an estimate on our water heater replacement, and then back the next day to install. They were running early the day of installation,but had no problem giving me an extra 30 minutes to finish a work meeting I was in to get home. They were very professional and took the time to explain the warranty and the next step for us as far as maintenance. Overall, an excellent experience.

I had someone come out and fix and outside faucet, but not replace. The technician was super nice and knowledgeable. He fixed it without problems and answered all my questions. It was a bit pricey for a faucet replacement, but I don’t really know what they charge per hour etc. it just seemed like a lot. Otherwise pleased with the end result. I’d hire them again. They even came out the same day.

I have used this company twice now in just 3 months time. They installed a complete new HVAC System the first time and recently replaced my water heater. I couldnt be happier with both of these installations! Very professional, vigilant, and zeroed in on both projects. Communication was excellent from time scheduled to completion. Pascal has amazing reviews and ratings for a reason; they really are a 5 star business. I was incredibly impressed by how quickly they responded to my call and were able to send over a technician to do an estimate for our water heater and HVAC replacement within a few days. Daniel Minton was our technician for the estimate and he was so professional - he explained everything in a way that was clear and understandable. He prepared the quotes on site and I was able to ok proceeding with ordering the needed equipment for the replacement. I was even more impressed when they were able to come the same day to replace our water heater! Our HVAC installation will be next week and based on the excellent job done by the water heater team, I expect nothing but excellent service.

The serviceman was very helpful and considerate. He explained the problem and because of the problem, I actually had to do the repair because it was not unit related. But he didn’t put the small rubber hose back on correctly and the heat stopped working in about 30 minutes. I went and fixed it so we are good. That is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.

From the beginning to the end they exceeded our expectations. Friendly and professional at every turn.Our home was constructed in 1906 with an HVAC system installed in 1996. It was time to upgrade.There were a total of 11 guys (that we saw) who worked to replace our entire electric HVAC system and built ducting to make our outdoor wood furnace more efficient. They had to climb around the hot attic and belly crawl all over under the house. Yet, they took the time to put drop cloths over our furniture and flooring to prevent mess and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each of the 7 day project.Everything installed works right and looks good. In the places where drywall, plaster and paint were damaged as the new vents were placed, they repaired and painted to make it look as though nothing had been done.I seldom take the time to write reviews but these guys deserve kudos for a job WELL DONE!Thanks to Chris and all these guys for completing this project in grand fashion.

While I am unhappy with the prior service on our HVAC system that necessitated the request for a technician on 11/16/22; my husband and I were more than happy with the technician who came to the rescue. Bryant was the name of the technician who arrived at our home to determine the cause of our brand new HVAC system tripping a circuit breaker 5 times in 4 days. Bryant was able to ferret out the problem, an incorrect wiring during the installation of correctly sized heat strips for our system by the previous technician. Bryant communicated to my husband what had occurred and what was done by him to correct the problem and went out of his way to label the electrical boxes on the HVAC unit to make working on the system in the future. Bryant is a definite asset to Paschal.
