I cant even begin to tell you how amazing Tim and Josh are. My original plumbing place wasnt able to assist so they gave me Tims number at American Plumbing and Rotor Solutions. They were able to come out that same day to look at my kitchen sink.Tim was so professional. He introduced me to Josh who he works with and explained what they were going to do and if they needed to do more he would discuss it before just doing it.They spent over an hour trying to get a clog out of my pipe but was unsuccessful. Without hesitation Tim pointed me to Rotor Rooter and gave me the same of three people he would recommend asking to come out and look at the issue. He was thinking it would take the Jet to clear out the pipe. It was discovered that it wasnt a clog, but a cracked pipe that needed to be replaced.I called Tim back since wed already discussed this being a possibility and scheduled a time for them to come out. They had to dig up my tile floor and cut away my wall to get to the pipe, but after it was all fixed they did an amazing job cleaning up. They also finished ahead of their original timeline which helped reduce the final bill.I strongly recommend American Plumbing. You will get professional, honest, and amazing service.

We had a very difficult type of plumbing issue. We have had many out to look at the job. It was just too big. A crushed line under a retaining wall, then they discovered it was more then 9 feet to get to the city connection in the easement. The heat and air unit in the way and a retaining wall on its last legs didnt scare Tim and his crew away. They worked miracles with this 1 1/2 year long nightmare. Im so happy this is done.
