Jimmie & Jordan Lyons have a excellent work ethics. My son needed a new HVAC system. Jordan had a estimate to us the very next day. They had the new unit in place in a day and did a great job. Have not actually used their services, but my cows got out one day and someone in a Lyons truck got out and helped me wrangle them back onto my property. Very grateful for the help. We are building a new house soon and Lyons is at the top of the list when the time comes.

Reached out to these guys on Christmas Day as we had a pipe bust in our kitchen/dining room ceiling. We were able to shut off our main water line quickly with minimal damage. They were willing to come out Christmas Day to make the semi minor repair. We opted to wait til the next day and a technician was here around 9am. **In and out in an hour.**Excellent service. From one business owner to another… thank you for the care you took to help in a stressful situation.

If there were more than 5 stars this company deserves them all! We have been extremely blessed to cross paths with Jordan and his team. Childcare Network has 14 locations across Arkansas so historically we have come in contact with many other companies for HVAC or Plumbing needs and none of them compare to the service we have received from Lyons. I speak for all of my team when I say thank you for making our children and staff a priority!

They were so professional through the whole process especially while answering the many questions I had. What a relief to know I have them to service my new unit in the future. Jake showed up EXACTLY at the time he said he would be here. Navigated around my kids and pets with grace. Fixed our problem in under an hour and was so polite and professional. My fiance was at work, so he explained everything he did before and after he did it so I could understand. It was the best experience one could ever ask for. On a Holiday Weekend you folks made room in your schedule for us. The young man that came out was very, very good at his job. After listening to all the things that I had tried before calling, he already seemed to know where the problem most likely was and after checking the Capacitor and fan we had to replace both. It took him no time at all to completely change them out and we were back in business! Cuddos to the Young man that serviced us that day.

Found leak in water heater coming from the top where pipe fittings had badly rusted. Leaked into electrical components so I knew I’d have to for sure replace it. Started calling numbers to plumbers but no one could come out same day as they were all still busy from the bad winter storm.Found Lyons during online searching and saw they had good reviews. They picked up first call and they could come out that afternoon. I went and got a water heater for them to put in. They were prompt, professional, and up front about cost. Very pleasant to talk to and they explained what was going on and answered all questions.Would highly recommend. Excellent service all around.Will likely be switching my HVAC business to them as well.

No one wants to have to call a plumber but if you have to, you want Lyons. Theyre beyond professional, work quickly, and understand budgetary constraints. They even recommended I *not* proceed with a particularly large job as it wouldnt be worth my money. And to be frank, they never spoke down to me because Im a woman.I would Lyons to anyone.
