David was great! I highly recommend Surge Electric. I googled Electricians in Cabot and Surge Electric was the first one I saw and with a 5.0 star rating and theres a reason why. When I called he answered and was very polite. He wasnt sure if he could get to the issue today but ended up calling me back in about 10 mins to let me know he could fit me in around 4:15pm. He was very prompt. He called me before he headed my way to let me know how far away he was.You can tell hes very knowledgeable and thorough. I did appreciate that he was explaining everything to me before doing it. I was aware of all possible costs prior to the service. I WILL be using Surge Electric again in the near future and I WILL be recommending this company if anyone ever asks for suggestions/recommendations.

I hired Surge Electric for a loss of power in my bedroom. He troubled-shot and discovered a bad breaker. While he was here, he also took a look at a GFI that wasn’t working in my kitchen and replaced it. David was professional and finished in a timely manner. Not only did he fix the issue, he also went above and beyond by explaining and showing me what was wrong. This is one of the best experiences I’ve encountered with a contractor. I live in Cabot, and I lost power to my drive way lights around the same time an internet company buried a line to my neighbor’s house. I tried everything checked the light switch, power at the light pole and our electrical panel with no luck. I called Surge Electric, and they were out the next day. The owner spent about an hour tracing wires underground and after several system tests he located a severed wire. He dug it up, rewired the system and repaired our driveway lights. David, the owner, was prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable, he left my yard neat and clean, and all driveway lights working properly. I will use Surge Electric for any future electrical problems. I happily give David and Surge Electric 5 stars for their professional and expert service.

Very happy with my experience with Surge Electric. I was out of town when my tenant called with problems experienced with 2 outlets. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find someone to work with me since I was not available. David, was very helpful. Worked us in quickly, as I was concerned that these issues would be a safety hazard. He discovered all was well with my outlets and my tenants had a defective appliance.
