    At the time of this review, my wife and I are in the process of purchasing a home and we hired Triton Plumbing to perform a hydrostatic test on the sewer lines to verify repairs made by the seller. He treated us with an incredible amount of courtesy and respect. He reached out to me at the onset to ask some important questions regarding the test and because of his due diligence in inquiring about important details, we were able to avoid what could have been some serious issues by forwarding them to our realtor to have them resolved. James is an honest guy and operates his company with a high level of integrity that makes him trustworthy to fullest extent in my opinion. After this experience, Triton Plumbing will be the only company I call for any and all of our future plumbing needs. Thank you, James.

    James and Triton Plumbing were great. While other plumbers in the area were unresponsive or unable to do the job I needed done, Triton Plumbing was very responsive. James was also honest with me by letting me know that the job was much less then I thought it was going to be saving me time and money. Would definitely use them again.

    James came out to flush my 2…Rinnai and did a perfect job and exam report. He was more fair on this extreme expense than others. He checked on something long standing in the guest room and gave more permanent advice that has also worked out well at his next visit ..a cartridge change out from Kohler sent free. He helped cure the water flow in the guest bath.✨I recommend his long standing experience and professional tone very much. Very trust worthy and humane professional.

    James has been patient and thorough in his troubleshooting for my loss of water pressure. He had to correct a few issues that were created by previous plumbers we have had out to the house. He not only fixed the issues, but he also allows opportunity for education as a home owner/renter. He explained what he was doing, why he was doing, and why he had to fix the work from the other plumbers.James was respectful to our timeline and our financial situation. Seeing how excited he got once the pressure was restored, you can tell he was not out solely to make money but instead to take care of families.I was referred to Triton plumbing by a colleague/friend, and I am glad to refer this company to my close family and friends.     I recently had the pleasure of hiring James, and I couldnt be more satisfied with his service from the moment I called to schedule an appointment. James was courteous, professional, and punctual.James is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our water softer and throughly inspected other plumbing in the home and found a leak. James helped get it covered under warranty and explained the necessary repairs in a way that was easy to understand. Not only did he fix the issue promptly, but he also took the time to offer tips on how to maintain our plumbing to prevent future problems.What impressed me most was the level of care and attention to detail.     I had a toilet/pipe blockage and leakage emergency. James accommodated my emergency in his busy schedule and was able to come the same day. He guided me over the phone to avoid further water damage. When he came, he cleared out the water line and took care of the toilet seal redo. When I work with him there is no question that he has his customers best interest at heart while at the same time having the skills to solve plumbing problems and remodels efficiently and the right way! New plumbing outfits pop up all the time, but lack the attention to quality. Triton however is already in high demand so book them now if you want the best.

    Best Professional plumber in town 😁and a veteran 👍 he went above and beyond again to take care of my situation. He left his house at 11 o’clock to be at my barbershop at midnight, knowing that he was gonna leave that morning on Saturday to go spend the weekend with his wife, because it was their anniversary. When I found out at 1:30 in the morning, after doing the best we could to remedy my situation, I found out what he was going to do, and I asked him why he help me out. He told me that it was because I was his customer, and I knew I needed to help. 😉 This is a man with integrity, and a true love for his craft. He’s not cheap, but it gives you peace of mind, and that’s worth way much more.

    Had lots of problems with our water heater thinking wed need to spend thousands of dollars to place it but Triton Plumbing came and fixed it without 5 minutes! Its like they had the magic touch haha! Definitely would recommend them to anyone in San Antonio. Customer service is 20/10 and theyre a small business which we love to support!     On the day before Easter I broke off my exterior faucet. I was panicking because on Easter I was hosting our Easter dinner. I was calling every company and Plummer I knew but noone would even answer the phone. Finally one Plummer answered my call but couldnt help but he gave me the number to James with Triton plumbing. I called James and he answer right away. I told my my problem and he said I can come over right away. I found James to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful.     Have never ever bin so impressed by a plumber like Mr Romos, because of my bad back, I’m unable to replace a simple wax ring from my barbershop commode! There is way more to replacing a wax ring on a commode and just pulling off the old one and putting it in the new one. After seeing all the detailed work that he did, and telling me that the previous contractor, whoremodeled, forgot to lower the intake a few millimeters causing the toilet to be unbalanced. He also replace the washers on the tank itself from corrosion that would’ve caused another issue later on down the road anybody else might’ve let it go and came back to do another call at the expense of the homeowner and or business owner. Would 100% call this gentleman back if anything goes wrong with my business and or my home.
