Peppermint Plumbing has been a literal Godsend to me! They took my ninety year old family farmhouse and tore out all of the outdated plumbing and replaced it. The genuine care in which they worked was so touching to me! While in the crawl space under the house working, the guys alerted me to a couple of issues I needed to address (having nothing to with plumbing just letting me know) I can strongly recommend Peppermint plumbing for safety and care to your home, honest pricing and a company with integrity! I highly recommend Axis Plumbing and Taylor. We called him based on a recommendation because we were having water issues with the house we had just purchased and moved into. He came with in a few hours because our water was out completely, even though it was after normal business hours and was able to get our water back running again. Taylor was the one that serviced my home remodel needs. I’ve been knee deep in major home remodel repairs so I needed plumbing hook up for 3 sinks and washer and dryer hook up as well as garbage disposal installation. My granite guy recommended Taylor and I was not disappointed. He is knowledgeable, personable, and didn’t try to upsell higher priced items. He was real and practice which is what I desperately needed after many thousands of dollars of remodeling. I now have a new plumber that I can call that doesn’t break the bank. -

Taylor, AXIS Plumbing, is hands down a BETTER quality of professional plumbing services.We had a clogged kitchen sink which would clear the water slowly over 24 hours. Went through our homes warranty service provider (large company #1) to have them snake and clear the problem. 45 minutes later, large company #1 is informing us they will need to tunnel 10 under the house to access the pipes and clear the blockage. We contacted a second large company #2 to try to clear the same issue and get a different independent assessment. Large company #2 comes to the same conclusion, tunneling under the house. We are talking about $xx,xxx level estimates which are not covered under insurance or home warranty.Based on a recommendation, we reached out to Taylor for a third quote to tunnel under the home. It was refreshing to hear him say he wanted to start by having a go at the clog before proceeding with other work / quotes. And, this is where his professionalism and quality of work started to stand out. The other large companies started their trouble shooting below the sink and within 45 min were packing up their equipment / providing their diagnosis. Taylor on the other hand stepped back and reassess the home, drain lines, and possible drainage path to come up with a secondary remediation plan working the line from the outside in. Both larger companies saw the same clean out access point, but neither attempted use. An hour later the clog was cleared.As for pricing it was more then fair at $xxx, right in line with the larger companies initial visit cost which started and ended under the sink, and ultimately saved up THOUSANDS. Best of all, Taylor reviewed with us what the obstruction was, what may have caused it, and provided preventative maintenance tips for the future.Cant recommend him enough, and already unsolicitedly sharing his contact information with friends and family in the San Antonio area.Once again, he saved us THOUSANDS on un-needed work. He will be our first call going forward. -

Very grateful for the knowledge and expertise of Taylor with Axis Plumbing. My daughter is highly sensitive to chlorine and could no longer shower or even wash her hands without an eczema outbreak. I called Axis Plumbing to see if there were any water filtration products that would help our situation and he not only knew what would help but was able to get it installed that same week. She has not had a single eczema outbreak since! -
