    Jayson was exceptional. Repaired clogged drain fixed previously by two different plumbers. His throughness gives me confidence it is truly fixed. We discussed the merits of a camera inspection and he was not pushy trying to upsell me so we decided to avoid this potentially unnecessary expense. He also fixed a leak under the kitchen sink so all is well at our house. I only give 5 stars when there are no issues and this is the case. Parker and Sons will be my go-to plumber from now on.

    We had a pipe burst this past Sunday and every place we called, there would be a waiting list of up to a month. Thankfully I was able to get an appointment with Parker & Sons. Tito & Edgar came out Tuesday and did an incredible job. They went through the process step by step and explained what they would be doing and also explained to us what exactly happened. They were extremely professional and hard working. They stayed till late until they fixed the issue when they could’ve easily made it a two day job but they got it done. We are so thankful for them and the job they did, having to be without water is the worst when you have small kids. 10/10 would definitely recommend this company and especially Tito & Edgar.

    I was very happy with Parker and Sons - they got back to me on a slow-leak in my shower head within 24 hours and had it fixed the next day under 1 hour. Pricing for the job was transparent and very reasonable. Erik and Matthew were very helpful and professional. I will certainly call them again in the future for any repairs!

    We have used Parker & Sons for various plumbing jobs ranging from small to huge/emergent over the years and have always been pleased! Most recent experience was no exception, they were responsive and on time, fair pricing and guys took all of the appropriate precautions for our current COVID-19 environment. Fast and did great work. Would highly recommend!

    Parker and Sons were great. We had them out after an inspection on our house revealed some leaking around the hot water heater. They came out promptly and determined the tank on the heater had a small leak. They replaced it the same day. During final walk through, a small leak was discovered. Turns out there was a pinhole leak on a pipe coming from the tank. They were there the next morning. And since they serviced the tank last, they had no charge for the follow up. Great service!

    These guys are the BEST. I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. They replaced all the pipes underneath the house. Their communication was on point. All the technicians that came by the house were professional. Erik and Yolanda from the office were awesome as well. Hopefully I never have another plumbing problem but if I do, Parker & Sons is who I am going to call. Do yourself a favor and contact Parker & Sons. As soon as you speak to Yolanda, Erik, or Jayson, you know they will take care of you.

    I am caring for two relatives in Fair Oaks Ranch who needed a water heater replaced. I do not live in Texas. Therefore, finding a reliable and trustworthy plumber was important. Jim was immediately responsive, and remained excellent in communications throughout the process. James came and did the work. My Aunt reported that James was very friendly and seemed excellent and professional in his task. The water heater was installed without issue at a very fair price. I dont know about other reviews, but for us, we could not ask for anything better. We will not hesitate to return to Jim and Parker & Sons Plumbing for our future needs. Thanks to Jim and James!

    The guys from Parker and Sons were awesome. They showed up early and took care of our water heater issue. They also noticed our water softener needed to be drained and took care of it for us.     These guys were great. They handled a very complicated, difficult job following a foundation repair where several pipes were broken in hard to get to places. The pipe layout of my house is really unusual, but they figured it out and were excellent at diagnosing and tracking down where the problems were, and then did a great job fixing them and testing their work. A special shout out to Matt and Junior, who worked out all the plans and supervised the repairs and never cut corners to get the job done quicker. I felt they repaired my house like they would repair their own or a family member’s house. It was a big job but the price was fair. I will definitely be using this company again and recommend them without hesitation for any job, big or small.

    Could not be more thrilled to find a business that is honest, reliable, responsive, and on time! Called Parker & Sons to replace our water heater after getting a quote from Home Depot. Left a message and someone called me back within 3 minutes! I told him what the problem was and he gave me a quote right over the phone which was far better than Home Depots. We didnt get nickeled and dimed they took care of everything and honored the price after they got here no matter what had to be done.The technicians were knowledgeable, worked fast, didnt make a complete mess, were sweet and had a great sense of humor!.     Mark Gonzales did a great job performing a sewer static test on our older home. It was a complicated sewer system and he patiently took the time to explore options and completely explain the procedure. He was very professional and courteous.     We called Parker & Sons on the fourth day of the snowstorm in 2021 and they were there same day, despite the treacherous weather conditions. Our technician Anthony was highly experienced, professional, honest and friendly. He was extremely dedicated to finding our leak and took his time in locating and repairing it.     My husband and I were having some trouble with our hot water heater where it would trip almost every other day and were left with very cold water - which was completely unacceptable when trying to take a shower...We called Parker & Sons, they came out the next day and identified a leak in our unit.     I am the Executive Director of Shavano Park Senior Living. A few weeks ago we had a copper fitting that busted on our water heater. Our kitchen needed the hot water and our residents needed hot water to shower. It was a Saturday before Cinco De Mayo. I tried several different plumbing companies. Everyone asked for a credit card number or they asked how we were going to pay for it. They werent interested in helping us solve our problem. They were all worried about how they would get paid. Parker & Sons didnt ask any questions except what our address was. They were out there in no time, assessed the problem, repaired the issue and got us back up and running. They were more concerned about getting us taken care of and less worried about how they were going to get paid. They invoiced us and we paid them in full. We were both satisfied.     Jim Parker and his plumber Tony provided the very best service with our plumbing issues. This company is honest, has fair pricing, and treats customers with respect.The price was exactly what was quoated, with no surprises.     I am a long time customer and fan of Parker & Sons Plumbing (see my video testimonial on their website). They always do great work, and their latest job involved hooking up our second fireplace to the houses gas line, installing a new fire log unit, finding an electrician for a grounding job and getting the necessary city permits and inspections for gas work under the house. I called on a Monday, Jason was here on Wednesday to assess the job and give me a proposal, and the next week Parker & Sons, the electrician and city inspector had come and done the needful.I recommend the company to anyone looking for experienced and efficient plumbers who are personable, polite and polished professionals: they do Parker & Sons Plumbing proud.

    The kitchen drain was backed up at a rental property. I had another plumbing company come out previously and they ran a snake and let me know that the pipe underneath the house is broken. I called Parker and Sons to give me a second opinion. I was very impressed with Dezs work. He was punctual, professional, and patient in explaining the diagnosis and the recommendations. He made sure to answer all my questions and did not make me feel rushed. I highly recommend their service.

    I called because I had low pressure coming out of the gas starter in my fireplace (discovered after I bought gas logs and flame very low). Anthony was right on time and very knowledgeable. His assessment is that there’s not an easy fix to this as the line is probably crimped in the wall. However, he gave us some other ideas and spent quite a bit of time explaining things. It was worth the price of the service call. I would definitely use this plumbing company again.

    Parker and sons is awesome; i will never call anyone else! I tried two other big name companies the did bad work and charged a whole lot(dont trust all the commercials). Parker and sons replaced all my drain pipes and vent pipes; they did great work and came back twice when workers here messed up their work at no additional cost. Parker and sons kept calling the city for 2 and a half weeks to help us get our flood plain permit and kept us in the loop on how it was going.     Excellent! My fiancee had a plumbing problem and Im working out of town for awhile. You can imagine how hard it would be to find a trustworthy plumber.She works long hours and its very hard to schedule anything. These guys were fantastic!     I needed a short-notice inspection of the plumbing system on a house I was closing on. The challenge was to find an available plumber in the San Antonio area the week following the deep freeze that damaged plumbing in numerous homes.     Jacob and Gene swapped our old water heater for a tankless heater. He also installed a pressure/cutoff valve and took out our old water. Softener replacing with a new model designed for our extremely hard water. All jobs were done very well and their professionalism and expertise was very evident. Both Jacob and Gene exhibited great skills and pleasant attitudes throughout the project. Jacob returned the next day when we requested and he made adjustments to the pressure and temperature settings. We are very happy with the entire project and highly recommend them as top notch plumbers.

    I’ve used other plumbers in town and Parker and Son’s are by far the most professional plumbing service! They are not on commission and have very fair rates. Not the cheapest but if you want the job done right go with them period. I had a small issue with drain pan under hot water and they came out no questions asked. I would recommend them to anyone and I was not paid for this review.

    I cannot say enough positive things about Dez. He went above and beyond and even adjusted our water heater out of the kindness of his heart so that we didnt have to go 3 days without hot water. Who does that?! Anthony was great, too, and found a complete break in the system that had existed for 14 years when the house was built! The dig crews are some of the hardest workers on the planet! They are coming back to level out the excess dirt from the excavation. Last, but not least, the administrative team didnt keep us in the loop a few times which caused some confusion on our end, and the dig crews usually left without letting us know the status or what to expect next. However, I believe some changes were made internally because communication improved and was superior by the time the project was done.Our home was in good hands with Parker and Sons, and although I hope to never need them, Id hire them again in a heart beat. 5 stars!

    Anthony came out and gave me no bs. He told me what needed to be done and gave me a quote which was very much lower than most plumbers Ive had out in the past. For some reason my leak stopped while he was here and I told him that I would call to make an appointment if the leak started again and told him that I want to pay for the service fee which he told me they dont charge a fee. Wow! Ive paid over $100 for a plumber to show up with no work done. Parker and sons is how plumbing service should be done. 5 star for sure!

    EXCELLENT Customer service! Quick to respond to our problem that needed addressed with our a/c. We came home from work one evening and it was 85 degrees in our house. All we had to do is call and they sent their tech out to fix the capacitor. While the tech was here, he also serviced out A/C unit and made sure everything was working properly.
