The technician arrived promptly and installed foot coverings before entering our house to keep the floors clean. He diagnosed the issue, performed the repair, and got our air conditioning running again all within an hour. Since it was a simple fix, he took the extra time to look over our AC components to ensure everything else was working properly. I will call Shearer again for my HVAC repairs - very satisfied!

My husband and I just bought a house with Copper pipes. we had issues of clogging and had called 3 area plumbers and no one could come out or help us so we fixed it ourselves with help from family and friends. We ran into issues again and called Shearer Plumbing. They came out the same day they said they would and was able to fix the issue at a very reasonable price. We appreciate your service!

We’ve used Shearer’s for years and have always had good experiences. Just this past Wednesday night (06/14) our water heater failed, no heat and was leaking. I shut off the water and gas that night. We called Shearer’s first thing Thursday morning and had Zach on site by noon with a new water heater in tow. He had the old water heater removed and the new one plumbed in and lit by 2:00pm. He was super personable and excellent at his job. Well done Shearer’s! Thank you.

Great staff. Very professional! They went above and beyond to help us find, fix, and replace our furnace. I highly recommend this company. They were very helpful and very friendly. They explained everything to a T. They remained on top of this job and made sure it was completed and fully functional. We were treated as a priority and felt very confident in their work. I had an emergency AC issue. The girls in the office were very friendly and helpful. The tech called me when he finished his other job and was ready to head to me which was very helpful. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. I now have a new company to use when I have issues! Thanks Shearers!!

There was a major water leak that flooded my aunts basement Saturday night Easter weekend in Bryan . It shorted out the furnace. Her neighbor told her to call Carl at Shearer Plumbing & Heating. Called their office number around 10pm for emergency service. To my surprise Carl called us back within 10 minutes and was at the house 45 minutes later!! Carl was able to fix the leak drain the basement and get the furnace working before midnight! To my surprise I found out later that Carl is the owner and president. He did an outstanding job and gave us a reasonable price for everything he did. Best plumbing service my family has ever used!!!!!

We have used Shearer Plumbing on multiple occasions and every technician has been professional, hard working and they cleaned up after themselves. They just solved a complicated clogged drain problem we were having, and they previously installed a new sump crock, solving our leaking basement for good. I can’t say enough good things about them! Highly recommend them!!!

I had the pleasure of having Duane Kunsman as the technician performing the plumbing service for me today. I couldn’t have asked for anyone more personable, knowledgeable and conscientious. Duane did an excellent job and conversed with me as if we were the best of friends. I truly enjoyed having him in my home and felt completely confident that he was handling the job with the utmost professionalism. Having to hire work to be done in your home is often a painful experience in many ways, but Duane made this hire a pleasant experience.
