Not all jobs go smoothly. The owner of this company knows that, and makes it a point to satisfy his customers. We called this company on a Saturday to find a leak. The technician arrived within 2 hours and stated that the leak was under the slab, and therefore required a camera so he was unable to make the repair that day. When the owner of the company found out that no work was done, he removed the service call fee for us. Not many companies will reach out or even offer a compromise to make the customer happy. I will be sending all of my future business to this company for sure.

We had a blockage from a shifted pipe discovered on a Saturday, preventing us from using the toilets. The first two companies I tried wouldnt be able to come until Monday, but Holmans was able to come out within the hour. The job ended up being more involved than expected, but the crew was fantastic and professional and got us running until it could be fully fixed during the week. The only issue I had was that the second crew finished the job and left without knocking on my door, so I wasnt sure how to pay; I recently got an invoice by email. I thought the prices were fair and the work well done.

I used Holmans Quality Plumbing for the first time right after the big freeze to fix a burst pipe. I greatly appreciated the fact that, even though they were very busy, they called me right back to set up an appointment. The plumber came to my house after hours with no extra fee. Subsequently, there was another problem in July. The worker determined that the initial repair was faulty and the cause of the leak. He fixed it with no charge to me. Of course it is best to have the initial repair done and no further problems, but my point is this: this is an honest company that will take responsibility for any problems. I highly recommend them.

Jorge and Caleb showed up on time and were so nice and professional!! We had a nightmare of a plumbing issue that left us without toilets or showers/tubs for 2 days due to another company. After explaining what was happening and what the other company did Jorge and Caleb assessed the situation and made a plan. Within the first 10 minutes they found the problem and started the repair process immediately. Not only did they fix the problem they also explained where the issue was, what they were doing and why. Not to mention Caleb gave my husband pointers on how to correctly put something back he took off the tub that he shouldn’t have. With this being said, we really just wanted to express our appreciation of these two men and the company they work for, for getting the job done quickly and professionally. Tonight we are great full we can take showers and use the restroom in our own home!! Thank you.

I had a great experience with Holmans Plumbing. Although the first plumber they sent out wasnt able to figure out the problem (faulty shower valve), they sent out a new one a few days later, and Orlando did a great job. They applied what I paid the first time ($100) toward my new bill, which I thought was very fair. I will use them in the future; great work!

They always respond promptly, They just finished a job repairing two leaks at my house, and did the plumbing on a bathroom remodel last fall. I am always pleased with the work they do, the communication is exceptional and the employees have been knoweldgeable and respectful.

HQP recently replaced my water heater for me when mine went out. They arrived right on time as promised. Their guys really knew what they were doing and worked very efficiently together. They got the job done quickly and I haven’t had any issues since. I was very satisfied with the work they did and will definitely be calling them with any future plumbing needs.

I cannot praise Holman’s Quality Plumbing enough!!! Not only are they Professional & Knowledgeable in their field, they are NIce & Accommodating,. They are Reasonable & Fair. They renovated both bathrooms last year. A couple of days ago I had a leak problem, turned out to be from a clogging issue. I could have used my home owner’s insurance, but Unfortunately, they send me other companies’ people who are not as competent. Holman’s detected the problem and fixed it. Most of all Jared was extremely patient answering all my questions (Trust me, he was!!)Thank you Kristen & Hank for Your help. Holman’s has a customer for Life.

Phenomenal, professional, timely service for my Mom’s house; when she burst the pipes. I told her to drip the faucets smh... anyhow, Holman’s came to the rescue during this snow and saved the day. Would recommend to the entire Brazos Valley...if they were this good during this weather, imagine how consistent they are during the rest of the year.

💦 This year we decided to take the plunge and switch from a traditional full tank gas water heater to a new and improved electric “top-of-the-line” tankless water heater.🤓 When it came to options, scope of work and install, only one name came to mind… Holmans Quality Plumbing, L.P.♥️ When we called Holmans plumbing, they were professional, curious and detailed oriented when it came to explaining the process of “how” they were going to install this product for us as well as removing the old.😨 I may not have mentioned but our original water heater sat in our attic…LEAKING which we were unaware of, extremelye difficult to get to and right above the bed in the master bedroom which screamed “disaster waiting to happen”🔧 The plumbing crew was able to place our new heater in an easy accessible location for maintenance which put our mind at ease.. and boy oh boy does it 👀 “Sexy”🙌🏼 This water heater has been a blessing to our family as we now have peace of mind that:1: our water heater isn’t going to fall on us while we are sleep or leak through our ceiling2: we no longer have a lit pilot in our attic3: we have instant hot water at our fingertips📱 If you are thinking of making the move from a full tank heater to a “tankless” don’t hesitate… make the jump… and make sure to call Mike Holman so he can get you all fixed up!

Jared and Jack were dispatched out to our home for water coming from the downstairs ceiling, Jared was quick to determine where the water was coming from, the upstairs AC unit. They were able to fix the problem within 15min, even tho it wasnt a plumbing issue they were cordial and talked me through what they were doing! They were great and even informative on how to prevent any future problems!

Holman’s Quality Plumbing does exactly what their name suggests. We recently had a backup in our home and while we got a multiple bids to fix the issue, Holman’s was the only company who was interested in actually fixing our problem. They were relentless in trying to figure out the issue which took almost two weeks. Not only were they considerate, kind, and informative, but they also figured out the problem and fixed it all. I can’t say it was cheap but their work is quality. You get what you pay for, as they say. Thank you for your help in getting our plumbing issues addressed. Highly recommend.
