    We had some issues with getting insurance to respond.So, we went ahead and contacted these guys and they were so quick to get the job done. And the rate was beyond reasonable. It was hundreds less than Woolace & Johnson and other companies we had called.Very pleased with their service and will definitely use their service in the future. Had a water pipe rust that was 3ft underground outside of the house and water started gushing from the ground. They got it fixed quick and our water back within 24 hours of contacting them.

    I have purchased my central air conditioner with them and have them perform my bi yearly check ups. Yesterday I found out my furnace will need a part and as a female I had no idea what to do.     There is so much praise to say regarding this company!!     Very grateful that they came out to help with my flooded basement. However he had to guess at what was causing it and assumed it was pumping out the water because he heard the sump running. I came home the next morning to check and all the water was still there. I had to go in and check around the pump to find the problem and tell the technician what the problem was. Also, it shorted out our Geothermal so the AC is out. He said hed order the part and get it fixed. I called two days ago and the secretary said she was waiting to hear from him. Forward 48 hours and still no update on if..or when..we may have the part and or any calls from the office. Living in this weather without AC has been miserable for my pets and I.7/3/24I am adding to my previous review to include the follow up appointment. The technicians were amazing and efficient. We needed a little flexibility because we were going out of town but they made everything quick and easy. After the fix of the Geothermal they ran extra tests to make sure everything was running efficiently. I am very grateful to Ascend/JMS for getting my problem resolved.

    Called and spoke with Violet. She was polite and took care of my needs in a timely manner. Blake was our technician whom was very knowledgeable. Blake explained everything to us. He went into great detail to make sure we understood what services were needed. He took the time to inform us about the yearly maintenance benefits. Highly recommend this company!

    We had our kitchen drain plugged and it was overflowing out of an air vent because our drain line is relatively long. Technician ran a medium cable machine through the pipe to solve the issue. After a day I noticed a small puddle near the same area of the basement floor. I was concerned that the issue may not have been resolved. After placing a rag on the puddle it dried up and no issues since. The technician was knowledgeable about the water pipes that we had so there was no problem with EPA.

    My ac wasnt working and its almost 90 degrees outside. I called to get someone out and at first they told me they didnt have anyone but then called me back shortly after and had someone who was available to come out immediately. Blake came and fixed my AC. Seems like a great company with good employees.

    Friendly and efficient. Had no water and with 3 young ones at home; recovering from the stomach bug that is going around, we needed water. With a total time of about 2 and a half hours, they figured out that the well pump was cracked, had the old one out, got a new one, installed it and I had water again. Would recommend!

    Every worker we worked with from JMS were beyond professional and courteous! From the call to have an estimate done for AC work to getting us in within a week and having the job completed within a few days of having the estimate done, they were simply amazing! They even returned timely to fix a present on our thermostat that I could not figure out myself! No hidden fees either, your quote price is the final price and communication over all was an ease through and through! They even went beyond and ensured they always had boot covers on when in my home, something that made their service simply that much more superior. We will definitely be customers for life!

    I highly recommend JMS Services. Jim and Chris were wonderful. In the middle of the night Jim talked me through how to keep my furnace heating until Chris could come at 8:00 am. Chris quickly found the problem and resolved the issue. Repair cost was very reasonable and service was excellent. I appreciated both Jim and Chris knowledge, kindness, courtesy, and helpfulness. Their dispatcher was also kind and helpful when she took my call around 1:30 am.

    I can only praise this company, the owner and employees. They installed a new heating system in my home when my old one failed. Yes, they were professional. Yes, they were knowledgeable and took them time to explain my needs. Yes, they gave me options of how my needs could be addressed. Yes, they were transparent in providing estimates and proposals for my choices of systems I could use. Yes, they met my needs while I was in a state of emergency. The temperatures in the weather were at or below freezing and my home was quite cold. Yes, they came to my home at 10 PM to help me, and arranged to have a new system installed within 36 hours Yes, they removed the old system as they installed the new. Yes, they met all of my needs and expectations.But there is something about this company that is different. There is an aura, a sense of compassion and caring that is missing from other companies. JMS honestly cares about the well being of their customers. They have installed an air condition system, reworked all of my plumbing, and most recently, installed a heating system. My home was built in 1900, and needed extensive work.This company embraced me as a fellow human being whose needs they could meet. I was more than a contract, more than a number. For that, I am most grateful. I highly recommend this company. Profound thanks to owner, Jim, Coordinator/Manager Aaron, and employees (resident heroes) Caleb, Chris and Cam.Please be at peace when choosing JMS. You will be pleased.

    Had to call a plumber to auger and reseat our toilets. I will say the first guy didnt quite get the augering job done. Not sure if it just pushed things further down the line and got stuck again or what. About a week went by and it all stopped working again. Anyways, I called them up, they sent their guy out immediately. They got everything working good and proper that time. Very nice people to deal with throughout the entire ordeal. Even though there was a small hiccup I still recommend them and gave the full 5☆ because they made it right and got it all done right.

    I was having a doozy of a time trying to replace my shower valve cartridge and ended up having it break off. I called JMS and they were able to get me in and showed up within 2 hours of my call.While working, several hidden complications showed up and Jon worked through each one making sure that everything was done properly and professionally.To top it off, the start of the call, I was given a price and despite the job taking 4 hours and those complications, the price was still the same, and very reasonable for the work done. Jon was excellent to work with and I will definitely use JMS again. A large thank you to them!

    Wow! Is all I can say! I called my old service that I have had for more than 20 years and I pay for Service Plan every year, to come and check out why my AC was not working properly. They told me they could not make it out for at least a week. This was in the last weeks heat. My friend recommended JMS Service. I called JMS Service and they came out that evening... FRIDAY evening! They showed me what was wrong, when I asked...gave me several options, then when I asked...gave me their opinion. I knew my system was over 21 years old. My husband and I decided to purchase an entire new air conditioner, furnace, and all new venting in the attack. I was so pleased with all the professional information that they provided me with so that when I researched the price I could make a good decision. They were not only on time, but they worked in the heat and attack, they worked diligently, and they cleaned up their mess! They were kind and responsive when I asked questions. Very professional and never made me feel that I was in the way. They made sure that we were pleased and confirmed that if we had any further questions or concerns to just phone. They had the entire system installed and up and running a day before the other company could even get out to look at it. Oh, did I tell you, they traveled 40 minutes from their office to my home and the other company is less that 5 minutes away and could not make it out for a week? Yeah Wow, wow, wow, is all I can say. I will be staying with this company and I learned that you Cant buy good SERVICE! I waisted a lot of money buying service plans with the other company. I look forward to telling everyone I can what a professional and service oriented company this is. In todays world its OUTSTANDING!     I had a kitchen sink clog. The clog was pretty bad. They had to send two associates out to get it working. We didnt think it was working so they came out the next day to check the vent and somehow the clog was finally gone. They explained everything in detail.     Courteous, professional, efficient, and reasonably priced.I had a minor plumbing issue that my repair attempt on an old valve turned it into an urgent issue. JMS was able to arrive and fix in a timely manner.

    I called because my AC fan will stop working seemingly after sitting and the unit is getting too hot. I had the system off so the stuck fan or whatever didnt ruin anything too much if it was fixable. When I called I didnt realize the fan had to be in the not moving state in order for the tech to be sure what is wrong. He ran a few tests and told me its working. I got charged $109 so that he could look at it and tell me its working right now and could possibly be a bad fan. Its very much not worth it.Update: The owner contacted me after all this and we discussed what the problem was. Another tech was sent out immediately and the units fan motor was replaced; ever since the unit is working.

    On a Friday afternoon, I realized that my mothers furnace was not working. We tried to call the individual who installed the furnace, but had no reply and I found JMS Services online the next day. I can only say good things about the owner and Aaron who arrived very quickly (45 minutes) after I had talked to the owner. The owner and Aaron both were very helpful, polite, and professional. And most importantly of all, Aaron was able to fix my mothers furnace and get her heat working again quickly. He provided helpful tips on how the furnace needed to be maintained and identified and fixed other issues which were previously unknown but causing problems. My mother, based on her first urgent experience with this company is going to rely on them in the future for maintenance and any other repairs that are needed in the future. Thank you for the superior, prompt service!

    Hot water wasn’t working, so we checked our pipes to investigate. Downstairs, we discovered a low to moderate flow leak that was occurring towards the wall before the shut off valve. The city needed to turn off our water, so they sent an employee to turn off the water, then JMS sent a technician out to our home to make the repair. Aaron Gonzales replaced the part of our downstairs water pipe that was leaking. He was very timely and efficient. Explained what he did for the repair, and said I could call back if I had any issues when the water was turned back on.

    I have several rental properties and call JMS for anything needing fixed in their area of expertise. They are always prompt and communicate with me with anything they see.A few years ago, I was in Cleveland taking care of my sick mom. The weather at home was so bad that it knocked down a neighbors tree into the electric line entering my house, frying the inside of my furnace.     Had to have the filter frame replaced to accommodate a filter that is a common size. Tyler replaced the frame and serviced the blower. Job was quickly accomplished and it works great.

    They were timely, professional, and diagnosed our issue at the church with our AC. So glad it wasn’t a major expense. I also appreciate the insight that was given regarding the expected remaining life left of the unit.I will say, in retrospect, I wish there would’ve been a bit more consideration for it being a simple breaker that needed to be flipped and adjusted the charge accordingly. It by no means took an hours worth of work.Be that as it may, I foresee JMS being the first company I call next time we have an issue.
