    Randy Mena, the owner of Mena Plumbing, provides the absolute best possible service to his clients in the Brazos Valley. Hes been looking after the plumbing needs at our home for three years now (including the replacement of our water heater in the attic with a tank-less water heater in our garage) and weve been 100 percent satisfied with his work. In fact, if Mr. Mena is not satisfied with the results, he keeps on working until he IS satisfied with the results!

    Outstanding service and work! Has replaced toilets, sink fixture, and multiple shut-off valves. Has repaired leak at water meter, bathtub valve, and sprinkler system. Arrives promptly. Repairs plumbing as promised and quickly. Leaves no mess. Rates reasonable and as promised. Courteous, friendly, genuinely nice guy.     Randy MENA with MENA Plumbing fixed a major water leak for me today. He was here within an 1-1/2hrs. The leak was in my front yard and very serious. He fixed it in 5.25 hours and was so personable and fair. As soon as he left I called the office and scheduled him to come back and update the commode tank β€œinnerds” on both of my commodes. I learned that Sharon is Randy’s wife. How pleasant and helpful she was! They are the best!

    Mena plumbing is VERY responsive. Even getting a return phone call from other places is spotty. Mena ALWAYS calls you back. Randy does great work and charges a fair and reasonable price. These are the folks to call when you have a plumbing issue in BCS!

    My wife and I have used Mena Plumbing several times as has my mother. We could not be more pleased with the service. Randy is a professional, always on time, honest, and does quality work. I have dealt with other plumbing companies and have found myself waiting longer than should be expected, paying way more than is reasonable, and stuck with less than quality work.     I highly recommend Mena Plumbing. Extremely helpful in walking me through shutting off a stuck water heater valve during a leak. Jumped through hoops to locate the propane water heater I needed on a busy Friday afternoon. Gave a prompt and competitive quote. Didnt even have an attitude when I ended up using another plumber. He was genuinely glad I was getting help--regardless of where it came from. I cant say enough. So much respect for how he handles his business.

    Best plumber in B/CS and some of the best people anywhere! and Mena Plumbing has been in business since the 50s! they fixed a leak for us same day and adjusted our water pressure (up, where it should be). Highly recommended

    Called Mr. Mena this morning with a busted cap on my sprinkler system and water shooting out.He called me back to check on my progress after I wasnt able to send him pictures of my problem. He then drove to my house braving the icy roads and was able to turn off the valve that went to the city line. We now have water in our home and are waiting for the snow to melt to assess further issues. Above and beyond service and a kind hearted man. Mr. Mena was my good Samaritan today.

    I called several plumbing companies before I called Mena and most didnt answer their phone, phone was no longer working, or they couldnt get to me until the afternoon. I had a supply water line leak to my home and needed someone asap as it had been turned off since last night. I spoke to Randy and he responded within an hour. I watched and asked questions about the 40 year old line I had and Randy was very informative about what he was going to do to repair my leak. After I informed him of the numerous leaks weve had over the past 10 years, I explained that I would likely be replacing most of the old line with a new one. He suggested PEX if I do that and gave me suggestions on how to cut costs. I really liked Randys response to my problem and his willingness to offer suggestions to avoid future problems. I will be calling him in the future for the line replacement job and any other plumbing issues I encounter.
