We had originally just planned to replace our roof but we loved the work so much we also changed our siding, installed new gutters and a new front door. Topline installed 2 windows and replaced the awning above the bay window. I visited the store on Utica avenue to see windows and doors - the lady was very friendly. Nick sold me the windows. He explained the window features, was patient with follow up questions, was excellent at giving me updates after I placed the order, and followed up after the windows were installed. It took about 5 weeks between ordering and installation. Luis and his team did a fantastic job installing the windows/awning. I appreciated that the crew cleaned up afterwards. Overall, I am happy with the windows and would order again from Topline. Excellent customer service, professional, and quality workmanship.

After receiving quotes from other well known HI companies with fast talking sales pitch, a friend recommended Topline HI. Mike came out and surveyed the job and quoted me a price that was almost $6K cheaper to do the very same thing the other companies doing. I was given a 6 weeks timeline to get the windows but they came sooner. They arrived on time to start the job and Juan and his crew was very professional and respectful. I love love love the new doors (and the pets love looking outside all day), and especially the workmanship that went into the installation and reframing. Amazing service. Highly recommended.Nick came by and walked us thru the options including what he suggested and what we were thinking. All pros and cons for each option in order for us to make an informed decision.It wasnt as cheap as home depot or lowes, but the service and quality is definitely much better. He even suggested we go with a cheaper version that was better for our needs as opposed to making the sale.We ended up delaying a decision and Nick was very patient until we finally decided, constantly answering questions and concerns we had (although he probably thought we werent going to finalize).The morning of installation came and they showed up. Did half the job in the first day, came back for the rest on second day (multiple windows on multiple floors) and cleaned up EVERYTHING. No mess anywhere. Additionally, my kids left a mess and they worked around it all. Moved furniture as needed and back afterwards. Very impressed.This was a few months ago.I waited a while to see if the job would hold up thru all seasons before posting.True to their word everything was as he said.If you are thinking of updating any home improvements, only use topline.Real customer, real experience, really satisfied.Pro-tip: dont go into the showroom without Nick. 😉No pictures because we were at work during installation. Had a total siding job with new gutters and 3 windows installed a month ago. I am very pleased with the work. Antonio and Pascual were outstanding! Did a professional and detailed job with the siding. There were one or two things I pointed out to Antonio that had to be adjusted, and he worked to do them seamlessly. I had bought paint to refinish one of the gutters, but he said, no, Ill clean it. I was skeptical, but he cleaned it so well, the gutter was sparkling when he was done!I cant say enough about those two guys. Tom sent his best team and they did a phenomenal job! I had been scheduled to leave on vacation, and Tom made sure the team came and completed the job before my departure deadline.Tom and his office staff were always available to answer any questions.Would use this company again.

Got my gutters done last year. My father in law asked for my guys number. Well, I recommended TopLine very easily based on my experience. He did my neighbors house next door. They were quick, neat, and the job came out excellent. They did less work on my house, but it was treated just as important. TopLine showed up, but I had an early appointment for work, so I didn’t meet with his actual employees. Mike gave me an estimate and instructed his crew according to my homes damage. Everything was already done when I got home. More than highly satisfied.Everything was repaired but there was no evidence, they were there. They were very tidy. Being that I was able to recommend TopLine to my family and also took the number from my neighbor; I figured on leaving this review as a thanks and appreciation for their professionalism. Had a leak by the flat roof ended up replace the flat roof but the leak came back. Call TopLine and Jimmy came out and assessed it and then by a week his guys came out to fix it and tell why it was leaking in the first place. So far it have rain and no water marking is visible. Thanks Jimmy. I would definitely use them again for future projects. Their price was fair and they are very professional and also give you recommendations.

I was contacted again three days later saying the job will be completed the following week.The job was done better than expected. The workers were like expert carpenters, they removed my old garage door, frame, old tracks, disposed of it, then installed a new door and opener. The whole install took around 4 hours.I was totally satisfied in their work.

I recently used Topline to install new siding on my home after my home was damaged by high winds. Thomas was a gentleman and showed up on time for appointments, offered advice and did not try to up-sell me on things I did not need. Although he was firm with his pricing, he threw in extra services at no charge. Juan and his crew are experienced, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. When the job was completed, everything looked great and even the caulking was extremely neat, which shows attention to detail. When I called about a gutter that I felt was crooked, they came down and corrected it no questions asked. I had a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. I would use them again and I would recommend them.UPDATE: Not too long after the work was done, we had our first rain. I noticed water dripping from the top of one of our windows. I called Thomas and he sent his crew down to check it out. They isolated the problem and fixed it. That is called customer service and excellent support. I am extremely satisfied with their service.

The ceiling was leaking in the bathroom and the bedroom, the gentleman who came by for the free evaluation and estimate was very honest and professional. Got a great price for the job, and so far so good. Will definitely be using them again.UPDATE: So the leak in the bedroom wasnt completely fixed, and I was told from the start that it was a crapshoot. There was another option of having to open up the ceiling from the inside and checking it out. So I reached out again to schedule option 2. However, I was told by the gentleman who initially came out, Mr. White, that they would go back up on the roof again with a fresh set of eyes, for FREE!!! And so far the ceiling has not leaked, knock on wood. So thank you Topline and Mr. White for going above and beyond for such a small job, thats very good business practice. I will always recommend you guys.

I used topline to do my windows and my doors in the past. Recently I had a huge problem with my roof. I called every licensed roofing business in my area and I kid you not, not one place would come give me an estimate. I made appointments and got no showed by 2 businesses. I called another and they said it would be a 2 week wait for someone to come. My husband told me to try topline again because they recently got into doing roofs. Wish I would have called them from the start and saved myself the headache. The very next day Jimmy came and inspected my roof. He gave me a fair price. Their crew was AMAZING!!!!!!!! They removed all the layers of shingles, replaced wood, put up a whole new roof in one day. They also protected my neighbors houses on both sides and left the place spotless. The Cement Board Hardie siding of my building was ripped off at the second story level by a passing truck that caught a FIOS cable strung across the street. For almost a year during the Pandemic I tried to find a company that would do this repair. I finally called Topline and they were willing and able to complete this repair quickly, accurately (it was difficult to match the exact siding size, shape, texture and color) and efficiently. I was extremely pleased with the speed, cost, and quality of the work that this company provided. They would be the first people I call if I ever need a similar repair. Highly recommend.

I would recommend Topline for window installation. From their in-home sales consultation to the install of my windows, Topline was totally professional.The in-home consult was done respectfully, no sales pressure, and the pricing options were explained in a clear and concise manner. The prices were affordable. The turn around time from contract to install date exceeded my expectations.The window installers were respectful as well and demonstrated the confidence of experienced window installers. The installers performed a pre-check of all the windows. I was immediately informed of the installation process that would be done in my home. The installers prepared the room area to protect my furniture. The open window area was cleaned and prepped as well. After the windows were installed, the workers insulated and sealed the windows thoroughly and neatly. I was completely satisfied with the work that was done on all nine windows.Last, but not least, the new windows enhanced the look of my home both on the inside and outside.
