Liyana did a brilliant job refinishing the rear facade on our four story row house in brooklyn. They also repointed select bricks, repaired stucco, replaced a drain leader, and flashed the facade back into the roof. They also carefully painted our fire escape. They worked efficiently and cleanly, even while other contractors were working on other parts of the building. Billy is professional, clear, and wants to ensure quality. Highly recommend. We looked at three companies and while they weren’t the cheapest, they showed they understood the scope better than the other companies which is why we chose them. and i’m glad we did.

This was our second project with Billy and the Liyana crew and we really appreciated their work on our house. We have a landmarked house and Billy worked closely with us and our architect to complete the project with care to conform to the specifications approved by the Landmarks Preservation Commission. Billy completed our repointing and resurfacing project promptly and left our 100+ year old house looking like it had a brand new facade. We will definitely work with them again if we need anything else.
