My husband and I met Ali; owner of Bhatti Pro Builders through a reference. Our house had been severely damaged after a fire. Ali and his team gave us the hope and comfort to rebuilt our home we had lived in for over 15 years. Bhatti Pro has a team of super professional, knowledgeable, humbled individuals. Ali’s proposal was the only proposal justified with detailed estimate, approved by our insurance company. Ali and his team were with us every step of the way. Our house was build much sturdier and had high end finish then before. It can be a challenge to find honest dedicated contractors. I highly recommend Bhatti Pro. The owner, Ali, is highly experienced as a contractor and so is his team. His teams attention to detail and craftsmanship were outstanding. I am delighted to share my positive review of Bhatti Pro Builders, who recently tackled an extensive problem with our building’s foundation. Their work was exceptional, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.From the very beginning, Bhatti Pro Builders exhibited a high level of professionalism and expertise. Ali conducted a thorough assessment of the foundation issue and worked with our engineer, explaining the nature of the problem and the steps required to rectify it. Our building is a coop, so even approving the project to start the project was difficult, but he helped us provide all the information necessary to our coop board and our insurance company.Throughout the project, Bhatti Pro Builders demonstrated outstanding craftsmanship and dedication. They meticulously addressed every aspect of the foundation repair, ensuring every detail was noticed. The team worked diligently and efficiently, completing the job within the estimated timeframe while maintaining the highest quality standards.What impressed me most was their clear communication and transparency. I was very frustrated looking for a legitimate contractor after my basement was flooded. The first contractor I hired was not licensed with the NYC DCA so I fired him after he lied to us. I met Ali from Bhatti pro builders through a reference. He is a recommendation for anyone looking for an educated knowledgeable builder. His team was able to assess my construction needs and design a well thorough proposal which helped me with my insurance claim as well. After Ali provided a comprehensive run down on my project, they started within a few days. My project completion date was within 4 weeks and was accomplished within 2 in a half week. The work was extremely high end. I will advise that Bhatti Pro is a bit expensive compared to other contractor’s proposals I have received. However, Ali’s price did justify the work he proposes. He did not lowball me to win my project. He was honest from the start on the material/labor/permits/insurance cost and was very straight forward. I was okay paying a bit more to save myself the nuisance some of these pervious contractors had put me. Definitely Bhatti Pro has become my go to contractors. Thank you Ali!

As a retired contractor myself, i can’t thank enough to Ali and his team for the wonderful work they performed on my mothers house. Im glad men like him still exist. He was honest and on point with the project from the estimate, to obtaining proper permits, his architectural team and getting my project completed within my desired timeframe.The customer service, communication and attention to detail was exquisite. We had worked with Mr. Ali before, on our new office built for security training office. We hired him again back in 2022 to work on our new purchase property to built a ware house. Ali and his team got my new built up within months, and excellent work done. Everything from permits, inspections, project progress was met with provided due dates.
