I hired AtoZ Renovation to remodel my home in Brooklyn, NY. Folks, I try not to give a lot of five star reviews. This company earned it in SPADES!Joseph responded to our request for an estimate with a quickness and actually showed up early. He took a look at several areas in our home, the major one being a total kitchen renovation. The very next day, I had an on-line document with an exact total. As the job went on, due to availability of materials, it changed a little bit, and Joseph adjusted the price up or down as appropriate.The designer for A to z renovations has a well attuned eye and a keen attention to detail. More than that, she listens attentively to her clients and provides suggestions and solutions. I really enjoyed working with Ady and I would say it was a real collaboration as she incorporated some ideas I had and presented some compelling and unique materials and selections.The work was tip top and Max the job manager was very patient in explaining the process to us. A to Z renovations earned high praise from my neighbors for Mike & his crew courtesy, manners and good-will. I had my kitchen fully renovated at the end of 2023. I am extremely pleased how it turned out. One of my main concerns was to maximize space…the room now feels so much more spacious, and has a lot more storage. A dining nook was created, which makes dining at home a real pleasure. Also, the bench style seating offers more storage.😉A to Z are very professional. If I had any questions or concerns they responded quickly.Designing the kitchen was very well thought out.The quality of craftsmanship they provide with their in house crew, and licensed contractors is excellent.I am looking forward and feel confident to work with this team to renovate my bathroom this year.

Its no exaggeration – I contacted eight contractors while searching for someone to handle our modest bathroom renovation, and the range of bids was all over the map. I even turned down offers due to the projects small scale. However, conversing with atoz and particularly Joseph was an absolute delight. Right from day one, Joseph personally guided us through the entire process, explaining what his team would be doing. I was pleasantly surprised when atoz returned after completing the job just to replace our towel rack – that was an extra touch they didnt have to provide, but it exemplifies the kind of company they are! My MIL said Max the project manager always answered her phone calls and responded to her text messages promptly.My experience and that of people Ive spoken with is to have delay problems with contractors not appropriately scheduling materials, parts and/or supplies. Not so with Max and company! Everything was completed on schedule and the craftsmanship is impeccable. I am amazed at the quality of her remodel. A-Z did a great job renovating one of the bedrooms in my home. They came out and provided a quote the day after I contacted them, and within a week they were at my home doing the work. The quote was reasonable and competitive, the work was done quickly, and the final result was incredible. They put up drywall, a new ceiling, a new window, new doors, painted, put up trim/baseboards, a new fan/light fixture, and sanded/sealed the wood floors all in 6 days! The workers were very considerate and friendly, they were always on time, and the finished result looks great.

Their rep from A to Z Renovations came over and spent at least an hour listening to what we were looking to accomplish, inspecting the area we were remodeling, going into the attic to check out the beam that was going to be replaced, no other contractors were as courteous, thorough or showed such professionalism. Their competitive advantage as an organization is their responsiveness and the care that they take in ensuring their clients get an outcome that they will be happy with. We had a great experience with Shevy the office manager, Mike the foreman and executer on much of our work, and David and the rest of the senior management at A to Z. Our renovation actually had an issue which surfaced only after the work was completed and the A to Z team quickly came to help address it and make things right for us. They even paid us back for the out of pocket expenses we paid before we came back to them for help to fix the issue. This is the kind of client experience which they deliver. The only thing we would propose A to Z improves on is more transparency around the difference in quality across their materials. Overall we would be very happy to use A to Z again in the future. They had so many alternative solutions to spacing issues we had and I just couldnt be happier. They were reliable, always on time and communicated with us frequently. We will be using the atoz renovations team again for our kitchen project next year - couldnt recommend more!

AtoZ Renovations recently completed a full-scale remodel of our brownstone in the park slope area , and the results are extraordinary They were attentive to our needs every step of the way We wanted to make our home more open feel concept , and they helped us achieve that while still maintaining the historic features that we love. The project was comprehensive, including everything from structural work to final design touches, giselle and chaya our designers did a beautiful job designing our home and they completed everything on time and on budget. Their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the process, and we couldnt be more satisfied with the outcome.
