Adding to my previous review:Eric returned with another plumbing issue at my daughter’s house. What a super nice guy. Fast worker, extremely knowledgeable, professional and always gave me updates. Such a delight to work with this company. Thank you!Extremely impressed with this family owned plumbing company. Very prompt response and very professional service. I found this company by accident for my own needs (sump pump replacement). They responded the same day and beat competitor prices. Now my daughter used their services (toilet plug) and again…just as satisfied. Everyone is just so helpful with sound advice. Shout out to plumber Ryan who not only focused on the toy plugged toilet but showed compassion and care for my special needs grandson that was there to “assist” him. Thank you all!

This is our second time using WM. A ZACHOW & SONS for our plumbing needs. I just cant say enough about what a wonderful place this is between their quality, accuracy, professionalism and HONESTY regarding all they have done for us.I would like to give a special shout out to KEITH SHINE who was here today and was as friendly as he was professional.My next plan is to let all our friends and neighbors know that we found some EXCELLENT PLUMBERS! Had Eric out last week to add a shut off valve to a toilet and fix another valve on another toilet.Zachow plumbing is the best! Have been using them for 35 years at 3 different houses. They’ve done everything from a full remodel, to new bathroom construction, to installing a generator for us. They are timely, do excellent work and you can depend on the work to be done right the first time! Highly recommend!

Zachow is the plumber our contractor when we gutted a bathroom. They did an outstanding job. A walk in tub, new sink and vanity, new shower and new toilet. They had to drill through reinforced concrete to install the new tub drains and they did a really nice job. Very easy to work with, great craftsmanship and we will keep using them.

I changed out my bathtub from a cast iron claw foot tub (pretty, but not very deep) to a large acrylic soaking tub. I called at least 10 different plumbers and got quotes from five of them. Zachow Plumbing was not only the most afford quote, they were the only ones who said they could get it done on my timeline. Also, they were the only ones who didnt talk down to me when they were checking out the project. That really goes a long way. On the day of the project, they arrived exactly on time and would have finished on the same day if I hadnt purchased the wrong tub drain. The plumber we worked with was able to locate the correct drain, order it, and bring back on a different day. He finished quickly on that second visit. Everyone at Zachow Plumbing was great to speak with and work with, and Im delighted with the quality of their work. The new bathtub is pretty great!

We’ve used Zachow Plumbing twice now.The first time was a dishwasher replacement install because the old dishwasher had been installed in a way that rerouted our hot water supply away from our kitchen sink. Not only did they fix that problem so we have hot water in our kitchen again, but they brought our entire sink up to code. The previous homeowner had done the work himself and just plopped a sink basin in and hooked it up rather than creating the correct venting.Currently, we’re working on a new bathroom installation and chose to use Zachow again after our great first experience. I’m doing a lot of the construction myself and Jake, their residential remodel plumber, has walked me through the process and coordination of the plumbing work with the construction along the way to make sure I’m coordinated and informed as a non-professional. He also brought some pieces of our plumbing up to current code if he was installing a new component rather than leaving it as it was and just adding his own pieces to the non-compliant parts. Any questions I have had about the work have been answered enthusiastically and with a genuine desire to help me understand his profession.On top of being extremely professional, everyone has also been respectful of our home and our time anytime they have been over. We’ll be using Zachow for future projects we have as well.

Ive used Zachow & Sons several time to repair both outdoor and indoor systems. They are always quick to respond and have diagnosed and fixed the problem correctly the first time around (unlike other plumbers I have used). I highly recommend them.
