    Called Allen E. Power at 8am for a corroded galvanized pipe that began to leak the night before. The customer service woman took my information and advised they would have a plumber out between 11 and 2 the same day. She sent me a text to confirm. By 9:45am I had received a second text that a plumber was already on his way. Dan arrived shortly thereafter and walked me through the work needed and gave me a quote. It was a fair price and he got to work right away. Dan was personable, professional and did excellent work. He communicated well and was done in less than 2 hours. From start to finish this was an extremely pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Allen E. Power and will use them again for future needs.

    Frank was our plumber and we had a difficult faucet issue. We got quoted from another place and it was much more expensive and with a risk that our pipe could break and cause significant complications. We called for a second opinion. Frank mentioned none of these issues, took care of the problem in less than 30 mins, the price was very reasonable, and we were even called and asked if he could come early, which worked great for us. Best service you could ask for.

    I e-mailed them on Sunday evening they reached out to me on Monday morning. Gave me a rate for the repairs I needed and set an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. Their technician Dan was polite, worked quickly went over the services he performed took a few minutes to show us everything was working properly. He then went over the charges which matched the quote from the office. This is exactly how in home repair should be performed. A pleasant experience Id highly recommend them.

    This is our new go-to place for all things plumbing and HVAC. First, we love that they are local, second they have AMAZING professionals working for them who are so friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond for their customers! Their pricing is also super reasonable and they offer coupons too. From the initial phone call to the actual job, their transparency and customer service are top notch! Reminds me of the olden days when you could actually know what youll be paying BEFORE they show up. Dan and his apprentice were phenomenal!! I wish could give then more than 5 stars!

    Allen E. Power is the place to call if you have any plumbing issues. I have been using them for 20 years in my condo and as a new homeowner called them out again recently. They were able to come out the same day. He arrived on time with a mask on and quickly took care of the problem. He answered all my questions and gave me a fair quote on another repair. They do excellent work and are very easy to work with.

    They came out right away to replace our hot water heater that failed suddenly. They were very competitive on the price 70% of the price I was quoted from another place here in town (Riverside Plumbing).I think theyre terrific! My experience was great-pretty much totalIy seamless. I just read these past couple negative reviews from the past couple months, but my experience has been the exact opposite. I highly recommend them.

    We had an emergency outdoor drainage problem (tree roots blocking drainage pipes) during a weekend rainstorm. Powers weekend emergency telephone service - speaking to a real, knowledgeable person - was uniquely great. She was able to schedule and have someone out within hours who diagnosed and did an immediate fix, in the rain and mud, on the spot. For that alone Power gets 5 stars and our appreciation and future business. They then proposed and bid a larger drainage installation project for a needed permanent improvement, and did quality work. Will use them in future and highly recommend.

    Kevin is the best! If you ever have any heating problems, ask for him! Our boiler pump broke last weekend and he came out on a Saturday not once, but twice, to make sure that we had the parts we needed to get the boiler up and working again so we would not be without heat in this miserable cold!We ended up deciding to replace the boiler with a new high-efficiency space saving wall-hung unit and he and Jerry worked for 2 days straight getting it up and running and we could not be happier! It honestly looks like a work of art and works great and will save us $$$ on our monthly bills!Excellent knowledge, excellent service, excellent product, excellent experience all around!

    Greatest experience ever!!! Joe was my technician that came out to take a look at my water boiler. He was super knowledgeable, and quick to assess what needed to be done. Prices are very reasonable. If I ever have any other boiler/plumbing issues I know who to call for!!!

He was delayed with a job before ours and came and stayed past business hours on a friday to complete the job. He was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and the work site was neat and clean. Thanks Joe!12/21/2020 we had the pump needed for our basement toilet replaced but there was a complication due to age so they were able to reroute the piping to avoid cutting into the wall where the hidden connection had been buried. It spared us a lot of hassle and cost to replace drywall, paint, etc. Good job!

    I have used Power Plumbing for many years. In my old house, they put in a very complex steam boiler in a pretty confined space and did a great job. In my new house, theyve drained backyard flooded areas out to the street and installed underground gas lines to power my generator. Always prompt and courteous I highly recommend their excellent work.

    I’ve been a long time customer. I use A.E. Power to perform an annual power rodding of my sewer line. I do this as a preventative measure. I gave them a try after a bad experience with someone else. And I have been happy ever since. They are quick to return calls as well as being able to keep their appointment window. The plumbers that have come through have all been professional and quick. They come across as honest and very knowledgeable as well.

    I tried to do a simple replacement of a washer for a leaking outdoor spigot before winter came. I screwed it up and broke the valve. I called Allan Power Plumbing and they were able to come that same day. Plumber replaced the spigot with a new one and installed an isolation valve. Person was very professional and cleaned up after himself. Also was tolerant of my curious 9 year old watching him closely.

    Our service was all we expected. Our plumber arrived only a couple of minutes outside of our scheduled time. He brought with him the tool he needed to clear our clogged drain. In a few minutes he fixed the problem, tested the drain and was out the door. We are satisfied.

We had an issue in our basement that needed explanation for a closing that was supposed to happen THAT DAY. Dean came out, got the report ready and sent it to us so we could close in a matter of hours. If there is one thing I will miss about brookfield it is the local businesses that keep everyone in that neighborhood strong, especially AEP - thank you to Dean and the ladies in the office for solving what could have gone really bad if we didnt have their support. I dont care what kind of negative reviews there are here - they are good people who do right by their community.

    Very knowledge plumbers invest in themselves having the right tools at their disposal. I toyed with the option of fixing it myself but not having the right equipment I knew it would be an uphill battle.     Late friday afternoon and the saddle valve of my humidifier water line began spraying water. i was able to contain he leak to a serious drip, but could not let it go over the weekend. Called Power for the very first time and they gave me an over the phone quote, told me where the plumber was currently and expected ETA. They later called and reported that Dan was on is way and should arrive about 435pm. Dan called rthe condo front door at 440pm. In less that an hour we were repaired and leak free, also BTW under the quoted estimate. What more can one ask for?Roy Schroeder

    Called for emergency plumbing service at approximately 8pm, they had a tech show up within the hour, cleared clog and got pipes flowing, next week had another issue, again after hours, they showed up within 1 hour and determined the problem, temp clearing the of clog, will still need additional serous repairs but at least they responded and found the issue. Out of 10 plumbers called they were they were the only plumbers who answered, responded and discovered the problem for our condo building. Not cheap but for emergency response what do you expect. Will defiantly use again hopefully next time not in an emergency.

    The staff at Allan E Power are excellent. The scheduler quickly found my service record and arranged a service call at my convenience. The first team that came out determined I needed a toilet replacement. Ten days later, another repair person installed two toilets with no issues, on time, and took away the old toilets and packaging. I trust Allan E Power to get the job done. I hope I dont need more service in the future, but if I do it will be Allan E Power I call.

    After needing help with an urgent issue at my mothers home, we contacted Allan E. Power Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. We had always seen their sign on 47th Street. The office staff was very helpful and had Dean out for an estimate the same day. He was extremely thorough in diagnosing the issue and how it could be repaired. We received a quote the following day. I am happy to say the job is now completed. We are extremely pleased with the work and the company overall. From the customer service to the professionalism displayed on the job, we will definitely keep them in mind for any future issues. We have already recommended them to a friend.

    When our 14 year old AC failed, we contacted several HVAC companies regarding repair and replacement. Allan E. Power outshone the competition, Their technicians and staff were prompt, courteous, clearly explained our options for repair and or replacement, and were very fairly priced. We plan to look to the company for our regular servicing and plumbing needs as they arise. We could not be more pleased.

    On January 29th we had a gas leak at one of my buildings on a condominium complex. The leak was discovered after hours. NiCor came out and shut off the entire building including the heat in very frigid temperatures. We called Power plumbing and they were out in less then an hour. They worked hard in extremely cold weather and in the dark replacing over 20 of gas main. They were determined to get everything completed so our residents could have their heat restored. Thanks for all of your hard work especially in such awful conditions. Our residents were extremely happy to have the heat up and running!!
