Great company and great team members!! I had originally and unknowingly had my deck constructed by a local builder who stated they were “fanatic” about backyard projects. Well…they completely screwed up my deck and cost me a ton of money, aggravation and time. However, we were very fortunate to find ZMD to help recover from the terrible job the previous builder had done. They had to completely tear out and replace entire deck as well as installing a French door leading to the deck area. Everyone from the owner, project manager and team members were fantastic. I will definitely be using them again!!

I needed major excavating in my back yard in order to install an above ground pool. My house was built around 1950 and the back portion was a landfill in the early 30s. It was not an easy task considering tires, water fountains, cement blocks and multiple other items were uncovered in the process. The crew was very careful unloading the excavator and skid steer so that the descent portions of my yard were not destroyed in the process. Shoutout Zac, the owner of ZMD Construction and Justin, the project manager - for also taking the time to give me ideas on leveling the pool.

I had many professionals thru this house to do reno and repairs. I was never over impressed. I had a first experience with ZMD Construction, and I am very impressed with the service and employee knowledge and professionalism.They showed up on time, covered the project problems and options and then did the project in less time than anticipated. They also pointed out several options for an additional projectthat would improve the performance of the house long term.Todd and Kenny were a valuable source of structural and building house information needed for this project. They were considerate of my home, furniture and cleaned up .... vacuuming dust from the project.These ZMD employees are an asset to the company and every customer who has the chance to work with them.

Excellent work and communication throughout the project to install a new sliding glass door in an exterior concrete brick wall. We had two projects proceeding at once in the same room, and ZMD coordinated boundaries and overlap with the other contractor with a great attitude.

We hired Upon Grace to a ton of work. We have an old house, and we hired them to do wallpaper removal, plaster repair, a complete bathroom remodeling, bathroom ventilation rerouting, crown molding installation, floor repair in my old work shed, and a whole bunch of other odds and ends that significantly improved the livability of our home.Zac and Brittany are responsive, and we enjoyed having the site manager (Steve) and his crew around while they did the work. I was impressed by the quality of their work, their speed and their professionalism.I may hire them again as we work on improving this old house!

Zac has made the process is super easy for the home remodel as he is a licensed contractor for general work, electrical and plumbing. Theyre great with communication and extremely hard working. They do a phenomenal job and are truly passionate about what they do. I highly recommend Upon Home Grace to anyone looking for home remodels or home repairs theyre amazing! This company is great! Through the process of giving an estimate, scheduling & presenting a contract (thanks Brittany) to completing our projects, was hassle-free. We had Upon Grace finish our basement into full living space with a bathroom and HVAC. It was a large project and Upon Grace did an incredible job! All their crew (shout out to Justin, Sam, Kenny, Delmus and Todd, etc) are absolute professionals who do impeccable work and communicate clearly at all times.The owners, Zac and Brittany are also fantastic. Again, communication was clear and all our dealings were completely transparent and fair.Wed choose them again for any future projects and they will certainly be our first call when were looking for a contractor.

Upon Grace completely remodeled a bathroom that was long overdue for updates etc. The project was done above and beyond what I envisioned. So happy with how it turned out. Also,took out old carpet in most of the home and installed new flooring. Looks great! The team that completed these projects were very professional. Upon Grace installed 18 new windows for us. The guys were on time and worked super hard for 6 days. My windows look great and I could not be happier with the service. The young men were very professional and knowledgeable about the installation and were able to answer all the questions I had. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again this summer for new siding and guttering!

The best company we have ever used! We called several companies to try to get assistance changing my parents bathroom after a health issue to be accessible. We picked them because of their quick response time. On-site within 24 hours for an estimate and commenced work 24 hours later. The team performing the work provided the best service we have ever received from any company (on-time, professional, hard-working, courteous). I cant explain in this post how great the service was. It was the first time I have ever seen people do so much to go out of their way to be so helpful. If you are looking for a contractor, look no further. I would never pick anyone else.

Upon Grace Construction installed a much needed roof cap on our home to help alleviate the summer heat on the top floor of our home. Zac, the owner, was courteous, on time and professional. While I was more concerned with it being completed, he wanted to be sure our shingles matched the vent - showing the attention to detail. The crew at Upon Grace did a fantastic job. No debris in sight after the work was completed. I will definitely call again.

From the moment Zac arrived and delivered the estimate to the last finishing touches this company went above and beyond to deliver exactly what me and my husband wanted they made sure every permit was pulled, and every inspection was passed one of the only companies in the area that would even pull permits, or could even pull them. You can tell this is a very streamline well, put together company that truly knows what they’re doing, and in this field with previous bad experiences, I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else or look anywhere else. Zach and his employees replaced all of my flooring, added a tile backsplash in my kitchen, painted the bedrooms and kitchen, and installed ceiling fans. The floors look amazing (I have recieved several compliments) and all of the work was done in a timely, professional manner. I was given updates throughout and the estimate that I was given for the work was accurate. I would definitely use Upon Grace again for any other remodeling needs.
