I bought a water heater from Home Depot and I contacted Jaykom, they came and did the install. At first there appeared to be a problem but after calling them back the owner himself came by and worked on the issue. He was able to address the problem. After about a week the water heater was not working as it should’ve and again I notified Jaykom and the owner again came by and he found that the issue was with the heater itself. I should’ve bought a heater from them instead of Home Depot. A part for the water heater was ordered and Jaykom will return to install it. I recommend this plumbing contractor to anyone who needs one.

From the first call to Carmella to the work that was done by Garrett and Brandon. Had my floors replaced in bathroom but only one bathroom. These guys came after hours to make sure I had a running toilet at the end of the day, I even spoke to Carmella on her day off. So impressed with this company!

We had a leaky pipe last night, 6/16 and after seeing the reviews for JAYKOM Plumbing, I called them today, 6/17. They came within an hour and fixed the problem immediately and efficiently. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing. I am a very happy customer and agree with the previous reviews.

JAYKOM plumbing is a company that you will keep for years. Jay, the owner, Lisa and Carmella are helpful, honest and are ready to go extra mile. Theyre definitely subject matter expert on Navien products. They are the only company I call for any plumbing heating and cooling needs.

Had a very small repair needed and everyone I called was booking a week out. They came the next day fixed it right then and there and charged me a very reasonable price. Wore gloves, a mask, and even cleaned up after themselves.
