    If you are thinking about getting a stand by generator, I highly recommend using Specialized Power Services Inc. Their entire team is involved with making sure you understand everything during the process. They are very professional and keep you updated after every step is completed. I’m super happy with how the installation turned out.

    Excellent service on a new standby system. Mark with sales, Nikki followed up with scheduling and invoicing. Final install was cleaner and easier than I expected. Price was fair and worth every penny. Plumbing and electrical work was amazing and left one of the neatest installs I have ever seen!

    I had an exceptional experience with SPS and Mark Neumaier, the Sales Manager. Mark was the reason I specifically chose this company. I had three other companies come out. Mark was the most professional, took measurements with a blue Light, (which no one else did), came out twice to support every question I had. He sent the most thorough contract itemized in every detail. He answered every call when needed. I cant say enough about Mark in all the support I recieved.Also, this company does nothing but Generators! A Huge Plus!I appreciated the owner of SPS and his son, plus the plumbing company used to complete the project. They were all phenomenal in their expertise and professionalism. Niki the office manager has been wonderful as well.This was a huge and somewhat stressful expenditure for me in which I researched very well.     First class emergency Generac service!!!!Our Generac has been working like a champ for over a year providing all the emotional and electrical backup comfort we expected when we are away. Late yesterday while away on vacation we learned that our Generac was running when DTE said DTE power had not failed.Scott and his SPS team were ready, willing and able to get over to our house after hours and remedy the problem which was caused by MY fault, NOT the Generac. Proper service was restored and I was able to sleep like a baby because the SPS team promptly took good care of me and my Generac. Many thanks.

    I called 5 Generac service dealers nearby Ann Arbor for the maintenance service and this company offered the lowest quote and the customer service was great. Jason did a great job on the maintenance service on Dec. 6th, but there was some issues which Jason couldnt repair it. The customer service promptly scheduled the repair service on Dec. 10th. Today, Dale Koven, a service manager, came out and did a great job with good explanation. He answered all of my questions. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends.

    Just had a whole house generator installed by Specialized Power Services. The entire experience from Mark the salesman, Nikki in the office, John and Scott the installers was outstanding. I cannot say enough good about this company. Very knowledgeable of the product and answered all our questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend them!!

    I just had a Generac home backup generator installed. Working with everyone from SPS, Scott (owner), Mark, Nikki, and John, they were very professional and courteous, top notch company! Our township electrical inspector even commented SPS does great work. I had one other estimate SPS was a better price. I will use SPS for servicing my generator and repairs if needed. I will definitely recommend Specialized Power Services Inc.

    We were hit by a tornado and were without power for several days and on generator. Much to our dismay, our generator stopped working at 3:00 am. We made a call to SPS/Scott who helped us keep it going until he could get here by 6:00 am to make repairs! Very prompt, and the whole staff was very nice and professional.
