Was recommended by Maltese Construction Co. in Plymouth, MI.Thank you, Thank you, thank you!!! Dealt with Evan Yates, he called me within 24 hours to discuss my issues and is an awesome and knowledgable guy! Every time he gave me a call back date and time he never disappointed...he and his team were honest and always prompt. They were respectful of my time and did an awesome, tidy job! You cannot lose with these guys. At a time in this world where you cant find help to get anything done...just know it doesnt apply to these guys! Kudos!!

This place was super honest! The 3 others called to look at the job just wanted to replace instead of fix for big bucks… they came out found the parts needed, and had me up and running with a week. Price was moderate.The worker was amazing, courteous, cleaned up after himself and was able to explain everything to us!Office guy was amazing as well!Highly recommend!!!

We had a gas leak under our house . The tech came out and found a rusted gas line. He had all parts with him and had us all fixed up in a couple hours. Office help was friendly and the tech was even friendlier. Fair price too.Called again to install 200amp service. Same experience and beat the competitions price.

Would highly recommend Ostlund a service company for all your home service needs! They sent one of their service techs to work on my A/C unit on one of the hottest days this year. He was very respectful and professional and took care of my A/C in a timely manner. If you have any heating and cooling needs I would strongly recommend Ostlund.

Ostlund helped us diagnose a problem with our water heater, figured out what parts we needed, directed us to a supplier for those parts and installed them when they came in. We were quite satisfied. That was three years ago and the repair has held up just fine.

Our tub faucet was not diverting correctly so we were losing a lot of water during showers. We googled easy solutions, of course, found them, bought a new faucet, went to unscrew the old one and the copper pipe came with it thanks to about 40 years of mineral build-up. Went back to the store, bought new pipe and a blow torch, but then had to cut a bigger access point in the wall (the original could hardly fit a skinny arm) and began trying to solder from our janky new access point underneath a bathroom cabinet. Wood started smoking and we thusly did not feel comfortable doing-it-ourselves anymore. Called Ostlund, got super friendly receptionists who were knowledgeable and reassuring. Technicians (Jake and Kevin) were at our house within 20 minutes and they were also friendly, professional, knew exactly what they were doing and were willing to safely improvise with our self-made, less-than-user-friendly access hole. Saved us so much stress and worry and a TON more time. Great job well done and for a totally reasonable price. Will definitely be calling here again!
