I am so glad to have the reviews of others to go off of. This company and the people behind it are legit! What everyone elses positive opinions reflect, we agree 1000%! What others may not mention that is worth recognizing, was the next day availability, efficient, quality work, and fair prices! Would absolutely recommend doing business with them. We appreciate their efforts and great customer service! Thanks for bailing us out of our garage on short notice!

Today, Orca replaced the 2 springs on my garage door. I had called around on Saturday for estimates, and later in the day, Rick Wallace, who took my call earlier, called back to see if I had made a decision. Based on reviews and how personable he was, I chose Orca. He and Selvan both showed up to do the work. I was with them for the whole job, and they worked well together and were both interesting to talk with. They were methodical, explained what needed to be done, and completed the work quickly. They answered questions and made some suggestions regarding settings on my garage door opener. Early in the evening, Rick called back as a follow-up and answered a couple more questions. Before, during, and after, I felt that Orca knew what they were doing and took customer service seriously. I wont hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

They showed up when they said they would, they provided input and the hi tech capability to operate the doors on an app makes it smooth and easy. They were fair with pricing and always made us aware of any potential cost increases. At the end I felt like I could refer them to any and all of my clients. Thank you!

These guys gave me great service! I have an older house with an old style garage door mechanism that is no longer used to install roll-up doors. They were very helpful in explaining everything about what they were doing and how my old door works. Also, much more reasonably priced than any of the competition. They will be the first ones I call next time I need any garage door work done.

In the new reality of our times, it is quite challenging to find a contractor that will follow through on their promises. Orca Garage Doors mistakenly quoted me a price for a 16 x7 door when I asked for a 16 x 9 door. When they realized their mistake, they acknowledged that it was their mistake, which amounted to appox $600. And said they would honor their quote. Within 3 weeks, they delivered the door and installed it. They were professional and polite. They had to return as the door did not come with a locking mechanism. They said they would throw one in but didnt have one on the truck. 4 days later, they were back and installed the lock. They showed up when they said they would, and Ive come to appreciate this kind of service rather than expect. If you need garage door service, you would do well to call Orca Garage Door

Of course our garage door springs broke right before Christmas Eve! We were stuck with both cars inside. Rick answered the phone - despite being closed for the holidays! My garage door spring broke this morning. I called this company about 11am. They told me that they would be here about 1 or 2pm. They arrived shortly after 12 noon. They replaced the spring in about a half hour. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. My garage door works again. 😄
