    Go with these people - they are the professionals you want.I have been building, maintaining, and managing datacenters and large generator plants for 20 years. Northwest Power and Air came to finalize a (normal generator) install in my home. They knew exactly what they were doing, were personable and patient, and accommodated my special requests for layout and placement without issue. (They even took all my cardboard!)

    Update from previous post: The generator stopped running within a couple of weeks of service. Called NW Power and they sent someone out same day. Replaced the battery and were back in business. Appreciated their quick response. The repair guy was very nice and respectful. I feel this experience has given me more confidence in the company and I will consider them again should an issue arise.

    Heading into winter with your standby generator not working is scary business. During one of the busiest times of the year for generator service, Northwest Power and Air fit us in. The office and technician kept us informed as to the technician’s date and time of arrival. The technician was knowledgeable, informative and efficient. Our generator is running perfectly once again. Northwest Power and Air has a new, loyal customer. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

    I needed a contractor fast because my air conditioner went out on a very hot day. Michael came out the next day and did the diagnostic on my heat pump. As it turned out it needed to be replaced. He got it working with the hope that it would last until it could be replaced.As soon as I was able to get the money together they were out the next day. They did a great job and treated me with a lot of respect and even treated my nervous dogs well. My home is cool now and I am so grateful to have found the guys at Oly electric. I would recommend them 100%.

    Oly Electric sent Jason and Logan to install our Generac Generator. We were greatly impressed with the skill and professionalism that this crew exhibited. Its a long drive out to Sekiu (3.5 hours minimum). They jumped out of the truck with all of the answers to our questions. The finished product is good looking and looks like it belongs there. We are completely satisfied. We loose power occasionally in the pacific northwest and there will be no more lugging the generator and all the cords around. Great choice for us.

    Called around and not only was Oly Electric’s price competitive, but their service before, during and after were professional and straightforward. I initially called for an estimate for one thing, but Brian gave me options that were better (and cheaper). Russell came out, explained what he’d do and the job was quick, no mess left behind and the finished product looked like it was there the whole time! I highly recommend you consider Oly Electric!!

    Love this company. Only company I could find available on a Saturday morning. Apparently electricians dont work weekends. I run a gas station, and was losing business due to gas pumps not getting power. This stuff always happens on weekends for some reason. I called several companies before a very kind lady answered the phone. She was super understanding, and said she would have someone call me back. Much to my surprise, the call came about 5min after that. It was Brian. Unfortunately, he wasnt available, but he said he would check back on me later that day to see if I had gotten it taken care of. Surprised again, he did. He was able to come by late afternoon and actually did. Repairs took only a short time, and business is back to normal. Thank you so much to Brian and staff. I will always call you first. Great service and so helpful and kind.

    Brian was awesome. He came out expecting to only need a few hours and it turned into half the day. He made sure that everything got done so we didn’t have to reschedule for another day. He was very nice, didn’t mind our pets at all, and answered all our questions very patiently. Brian also was great at communicating to confirm our appointment and let us know if he had any delays.     Brian was polite and worked hard on replacing the mast/storm hood on my home. It wasn’t a easy task, but he made the replacement and reinstall look like a piece of cake. Awesome work Brian.     Cambridge electric was a very pleasant experience. Brian, the technician, was very courteous and professional when working on our house.     I can always appreciate exemplary customer service and most businesses don’t reach the basic bar these days. Brian went above and beyond, arrived during the timeframe he indicated during the initial phone call and his friendliness and expertise about some of the issues my house was having, left me informed about the next steps of bringing my home’s wiring into 2022. He changed out the ‘dryer’ plug that wasn’t really a dryer plug to begin with, explaining some issues in layman’s terms that even I was able to grasp. He left, but my dryer was still giving out an error code. I texted him that there was still an issue and he said that he would turn around and come back. Since it was already after 6pm, I mentioned that we could take care of it the next day, but he insisted turning around and saying that it would only take a couple of minutes. I’m really grateful he did, as it really only took a couple of minutes, as he already knew what the additional issue was and was able to target it immediately. Issue fixed, problem solved, repeat customer ✅! Thank you, Brian!! Your friendliness, great customer service, follow-up and follow-through is a huge asset to your company. I know quality when I see it.

    Brian and Co are very patient with new homeowners that have a lot of questions or who may be hesitant on new things (within reason of course).They were amazing in answering questions for us with putting in a standby whole home generator.We agreed on the quote and day of install, Jason and Co came ready to work.Ive never seen such a motivated (yet detail oriented) contractor crew before. They had my 22 kwh generac generator install completed in less than 6 hours, and that was with them having to drive all the way to Tahuya at 8am.They also made sure I understood exactly how the generator process works (from the transfer switch to the smart module) so I know what to look for and listen for in the event of an outage.They did an amazing job putting it in and it looks like it should have been there all along!Highly recommend for your Generac Generator needs.

    Contracted February 2023 for a complete home Generac generator replacement through their rep who was very professional explaining all and offering what was really needed for my home. Even now Jonathan has always answered his phone to have helped with any questions I have or help needed to deal with Oly Electric. The project was completed two days in March by electricians Jason and Logan who had done a great job, were professional, and had completely cleaned up afterward.; They are to have been commended along with the support team that delivered the generator.
