With my roof rapidly losing granules and leaking chimney crowns, I was anxious to get a roof replacement and chimney repair. I contacted DaBella in the morning and by the next day Christopher had surveyed my situation and provided a quick estimate. I signed on, hoping for the work to commence before the Fall rains arrived. At first I wondered in my haste if I was getting a fair price but felt relieved when my chimney contractor (a separate business) testified that the the work scope was thorough, the materials first rate, and the price very good. DaBella scheduled around the chimney repair and, fortunately, completed the re-roof before the Fall rains. The work came out beautiful. Thank you Christopher and Louis for your great communications during the project and to the skilled crew who labored hard and long.

The representative that came to my house was Cat. She was very patient and professional. She explained the product and because I am older she had to explain again and was very patient and nice. She showed my the examples and we agreed on a style. I knew it was going to be 6 weeks out so that was no big deal. She came by twice on installation day to make sure all was well. The installers were great as well and here again patient. Cat and the Alexis and Peter made the experience awesome. Thank you to all of you! And I have to also mention Sienna who answered the phone. Devin did a great job of explaining everything he had pamphlets and took his time to help us understand. We decided this is what we wanted on our roof so we moved forward with him. The Install went well. It took less than 8 hours for these guys to install 16 squares of roofing which was awesome. High recommendations from us on the roof and the crew. After the install anthony and quincy swung by to inspect the roof and make sure everything went well. We are greatfull for the Customer service we received from start to finish! We are pleased with Dabella and recommend them for roof replacements!

Everything looks amazing! The installers for both projects have worked hard and have been very polite. We are hoping by this time next year to tackle the siding

I have been suffering through unbearably cold winters for far too long so I decided to get some estimates and see if I could get it taken care of. After having a few estimates I ultimately chose Dabella because the products were far superior, the warranties were unmatched and the price was reasonable. Tacoda came out to my house and did an inspection and sat down with me and went over my options to help make the home more energy efficient. He was professional and knowledgeable and really went above and beyond answering my endless questions. I had a very specific vision and he helped me to find the right siding and windows for me. I received a free inspection and quote of my windows today from Zeb and Gabe. I ultimately decided not to use the company as the price wasnt right for me. I still would like to leave a review because they were very professional and helpful especially as I was concerned about the condition of a few DIY windows. They reassured me there was no imminent failures and for the most part my windows were good. They did alert me to some organic growth that I need to address as it will eventually affect the windows. They also gave a helpful suggestion that I could do myself to prevent future damage. I really appreciated how relaxed they were, they put no pressure on me to rush into anything.

Gabby put together good deals that we found appealing and affordable.The only problem is that this company was the first one to come out with their presentation for our remodeling needs, so we have no point of reference to compare. We will probably use this company, but we dont want to be impulsive about it. Were going to research further.

Finding that you have to be ready to answer their call when they call, not knowing if you will get a chance to reach them again for weeks. 0 out of 5Order accuracy- bath project was projected 8-12 weeks out, ended up taking 8 additional weeks, with not a lot of communication during delays, come to find out, it was due to damaged shipments/missing items, it happens, but transparency would have gone a long way. Siding colors had to be adjusted when not enough of the gable color was shipped, again communication and transparency would have been nice. Lastly I ordered a coil wrap to be installed between new gutters and facia, but found out it wouldn’t work with my roofing…again not a problem, but I ordered the coil in September, but wasn’t notified it couldn’t be installed until Feb. so I was in a crunch to find painters and wait for weather that would allow for painting, which delayed the gutter install. 2-5 stars (but only because of the communication that products sold would not work or communication of delays)Even with all of the hiccups, Craig did answer every text, call, email with urgency and followed up on items that I know were outside his responsibility. He owned it all and that is why I still say 5 out of 5 stars.Pricing/quality is great, contractors are great, sales rep was top notch.

During this inspection he was able to render a 3D model of our roof to accurately measure and quote the job. Craig was very honest and let us know that we do not immediately need a new roof and even gave us some tips and tricks to increase the longevity of our roof to push out the necessity of a new roof. Ultimately we decided to replace sooner than later primarily due to the recent escalation in product cost and the imminent further increase. Craig was able to lock us in at a final price that was well below what we anticipated and were prepared to pay. Honestly every company that has come through wants to show their awards, rankings, and why they are separated from the rest. I kind of zone out then. I recently got a window replacement estimate from Craig. Craig was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I knew next to nothing about windows, but after Craig’s thorough presentation I can say I now feel very confident about exactly what I want in a window. If you want your windows replaced and don’t know where to start I highly recommended giving Craig a call. You will be an expert in no time. As Debella was my first estimate I’m currently reviewing other quotes, but the windows Craig presented are by far the best quality you can buy.

Our experience with debella has been professional and seamless from the beginning. When calling to schedule a quote someone was out within just a couple days. We met with Craig and he provided us with a free quote.He had extensive knowledge in their product, the process and timeline of the project, and could whole heartily vouch for the experience and training all employees receive. Craig designed us a 3-D image of our house and what it would look like with all the different opinions in material and design. Craig was able to provide direct answers to all of our many questions. It was a pleasant change from the vague answers typically given by contractors. Over I would describe the experience in dealing with debella as being treated like friend or family

Lora stopped by to see me in the afternoon. She was very respectful and patient with me being home alone with 2 little ones. I was shown some acrylic samples, looked at a catalog of accessories. She did everything she could as a sales person, but my wife and I are pretty adamant about not taking the first quote/bite on bath remodels - especially if Acrylic is the only material option. If I didn’t care about the money, I’m still not sure that it would be a good deal. They were 16 weeks out - labor wise. I gave 4 stars because she’s good at her job even though we didn’t make a purchase.
