Pat and I cannot say enough about the great work Roto-Rooter did for us. From the first contact to unblock our sewer line to the video camera that should we needed to address our 45 year old sewer line. Everyone from Dylan who cleared the drain to Clayton and Ron who video taped and dug out the access line to the 4 other individuals whose names escape me were professional, courteous and always informed us what was going on. We could not have been happier.

First technician arrived within three hours the day I called. Text messages and calls to let me know they were on their way. Drain was cleared. Technician worked until job was finished at 10pm. Camera technician arrived the next day to fully explain aand detail a plan to go forward. I had replaced nearly all pipe the last time tree roots got into the sewer line (with a different company, why they didn’t do the whole line then us a mystery). Martin explained a new way that the existing problem could be rectified without needing to backho and do more concrete work. I am likely to go ahead depending on the bid. Very knowledgeable, and I appreciated the time spent and thoughtfulness for a plan to go forward and which will hopefully save me money in the future. I can still love my tree and not worry about roots backing up that old section of line.

Contacted Roto rooter after my home warranty company could not find another plumbing company after the first company they sent could not fix my clogged drain. Blake went above and beyond. He willingly talked with my warranty company after he quoted higher than what they had approved. Tech Ben communicated arrival and described the process and costs. Leak was fixed within 2 hours and appears to be successful. Downside was cost. On the phone I was told a $99 cost to come out which would be applied to the cost of the service. At arrival I was told it was $499 to diagnose but I pointed out the problem area. I would gave preferred an hourly rate. But all in all I was satisfied with the work.

Needed a fast response at 8pm hour when washing machine cycle suddenly flooded an area of the basement; the dispatcher had tech Nathan at our house in one hour and he cleared the problem in just over an hour. Normally a camera tech would have been with him but in this case needed to come the next morning; camera tech Giovanni was also equipped with a water-jet and when it was seen that a mass of roots had caused the issue he was able to clear the roots, again within the hour. Apparently, various material that had gone down the drain over time had built up on the roots and the problem would soon have recurred. This was a day when we were dealing with other appointments so the promptness was vital. The evening when the problem arose, other firms quickly checked online just had the customer fill out a form and maybe wed get called, but Roto-Rooters centralized dispatch answered immediately the local phone number posted on their web site, when we entered our location. Such ease of access to an American call center, not some place in the Phillipines, made all the difference in solving the issue.
