From the very start the estimator and the office personnel were quick, communicative, and very helpful with getting us a quote for new LED lights in our warehouse. It took Rayco less than two weeks to quote and complete all the work in our warehouse. The installers worked very hard to complete the installation leaving everything perfect after they were finished. My warehouse is very bright and we are very pleased with the outcome. 10 out of 10 recommend Rayco Electric.

I chose this business because they are a Better Business Council member through the Manatee Chamber of Commerce. As the BBC manager, I know the business and I felt confident they were a business I could trust with my new home. They were wonderful to work with from start to finish. I had a FHA 203k renovation loan which required a lot of moving parts and technical issues. They worked with me to get all the paperwork in that was required and the constantly moving start date, thanks to the electric company. Ray was awesome about taking the time to explain electric terms in person that I could understand. He also never batted an eye when I said I wanted a switch flipped or little extras that werent on the original contract. Once we were a go, they showed up on time and accommodated my other contractors that were also there the week they were getting their things done. Very professional from start to finish. I can highly recommend them as a business that adheres to a higher standard of doing better business in the Manatee County Area.

My wife and I have used Rayco Electric for all our electric issues since we bought our house 5 years ago -- and have been very happy with the results every time weve needed any service. The admin office has always been efficient in arranging and confirming the service times -- and the electricians have been punctual, skilled and courteous -- and have solved every electrical issue we have had at the house. We needed to replace our electric cooktop with gas. The power to the electric was 220 but the gas only needed 110. Jake is a phenomenal technician. Hes respectful, efficient and assuring. Makes you feel confident things are being done right. Ask for Jake.

Recently had some major electrical work done at my house by Rayco. First I will say out of 8-10 companies I had come out for on site evaluations to get a quote. Barney was the only one who understood and fully comprehended what was going to need to be done. Other contractors (big name companies) didnt even bid me properly for what I asked for and was needing. Rayco came back with a very fair and reasonable bid and I decided to go with them. They scheduled me in, no delays or re-scheduling. Everyone arrived on time day of the work and everything was done and approved by inspectors same day. Overall I am very happy with the quality of work they preformed. I would recommend them to anyone with electrical needs.

Rayco did the electrical work on my home when it was built 15 years ago and has maintained it ever since including installing a sub panel for a generator.They always arrive when they say they will, do the work in a professional manner and leave the place cleaner then when they arrived.Highly recommend Rayco electric.

Over the weekend (of course!) we had a problem with the AC system on a rental property. The AC tech got the system temporarily working but we needed a licensed electrician to do the final repairs. I didnt have a regular electrician so I relied on two positive Google reviews to pick Rayco. Great choice! Raycos electrician (Jeremy) got to the job quickly, with excellent communications through the process explaining exactly what needed to be done and finished the job efficiently. Friendly communications and easy payment though Jaime at the home office. Best of all...the bill didnt shock me. (-: Highly recommend.

Rayco Electric personnel - Maryanne - who I spoke with several times to set up the appointments and provide and get a status; Charlie - who came and assessed the problem and run the temporary power from the meter to the house; Russ and Paul - who came to run the new main power line underground from the meter to the house were excellent. The 3rd party company they contract with to dig the ground and run the underground pipe were good once they showed up to do the job. That is my only criticism. The diggers did not show up when they were scheduled and did not notify Rayco. But Rayco personnel themselves were very professional.

When it comes to honesty, integrity and service, Rayco Electric sets the bar. We called them when our compressor went out shutting down our lifts and anticipating a very costly repair. From start to finish Rayco made the process of converting my over head main line to an under ground line and taking my 85yr old house from two outdated panels to one new panel. Jake stayed in contact with me during the initial process and quote. When the work started, Randall and Anthony appeared to work nonstop until the job was finished. They remained polite and professional through the entire process. Upon completion of the installation they went through the house ensuring every room and all appliances had power. After Rayco installed a new outdoor appliance for me, a second appliance started tripping the circuit breaker, so I asked Rayco to return. They diagnosed the problem as a power surge caused by the faulty older appliance under specific circumstances, and demonstrated it to me so that there was no doubt. They also took the time to clean up some stray dangling wires that had been left by a previous worker. Im grateful for their attention to detail and interest in making sure that I understood everything they were doing.
