If you need an electrician, call this company. First, highly qualified and knowledgeable electricians intent on doing a good job. Scott, the head electrician who does the onsite estimates, both problem solves and delivers fair competitive estimates for intended work. Arcenio, the electrician that came to our house, is a pleasure to work with. He is backed up by an amazing office and management group. This is the second time I have used them. I had an electrical issue 4 days before we had a major gathering. Bonnie in the office, took my call, worked with their team to squeeze me in. You get a real positive vibe from the organization. Lastly, they are priced fairly for a great value. I have switch all my electrical needs to Air & Energy from my former provider. Highly recommend.

Great experience and I look forward to working with A&E This is what I can expect in the future. Marshall Johnson called ahead before his arrival, arrived on time, and was professional and courteous at all times. I found him very helpful and explaining to me what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what we hope to expect in the future. He performed everything needed for the annual maintenance, but he also corrected a problem that did not Prevent the air conditioner from keeping the apartment cool, but which could have created an overflow in the pan below the unit. He performed a number of task to take care of it before finally correcting it by removing algae from a small tube near the back of the system that a previous HVAC company failed to find He simply spent the time to do things right and called in at one point to get a second opinion based on the HVAC unitI am very happy with the service that Marshall performed and would be very happy to see him working on the unit in the future. I was also happy to hear him say that I would be able to expect the same sort of service from his colleagues at A & E.

Scott Sharkey was patient listening to several different issues I had with the lighting choices made by the previous owner that were now problematic-- and he gave good advice on what to do now and what not to do (based on unreasonably high costs to fix prior poor decisions during a remodel). Hes also ordered certain needed parts for electrical parts replacement and suggested possible alternatives that I can discuss with my wife that relate to aesthetics vs. practicality. Thats a discussion that the prior owners should have paid more attention to, as Scott would tell us. Anyway, looking forward to having Scott come back to finish after he gets the parts.

Today we had an appointment with your company to have someone come out and look at our air-conditioning and a gentleman They sent was a Gentleman by the name of Brady. Who I have officially dubbed as The HVAC Batman. He had all the wonderful toys. really in all seriousness he had a good attitude,he used top of line equipment and an extensive knowledge Of the subject matter. He was very clear concise and genuinely nice. So Air and energy I would like to let you know that as customers we are very very pleased with Brady he was an absolute delight and I cant say nearly enough good things about him. we have another appointment coming up and whoever shows up will have some big shoes to fill Im not sure if they are able to meet the expectations of the bar thats been set by this gentleman. Ive found my go-to company for electrical, HVAC and plumbing work.I first contacted Air & Energy in 2023 to request an estimate on multiple electrical jobs on a renovation, and within a day, I had an estimator on-site going over the work to be done. Marcelo came out the very next business day to complete all the work, and everything was done exactly as expected. After that experience, I switched to Air & Energy for my HVAC maintenance and repairs as well.Most recently, I had an emergency plumbing blockage in an Airbnb property, and Air & Energy sent a plumber out to fix the problem a few hours later, for several hundred less than I was expecting to pay. Theyre responsive, professional and extremely competitive on price. Very happy to have found a company that I can depend on for multiple home services.

Air & Energys technician, Vince Birchard, did an excellent job. The purpose of this visit was to replace the air handlers blower motor that was diagnosed previously. While the service was excellent, the fixed labor charge of $400+ seems very high for less than an hours work.

I know this sounds sexist, but I dont mean it to be. Why are all of the A&E techs so handsome? I really believe you should start a calendar. Their attractiveness is only surpassed by their skill and professionalism. This is the first time Abi came to service my air conditioner and he was polite and respectful. I appreciate the fact that he advised me my condenser needed replacement and said I would only have to pay for labor. Honestly is the best policy and A&E always has that.

I used A&E for this new repair because of my previous positive experience with this company. This time, I needed a plumber service with gas certification. The technician (Justin) was as professional and competent as the other personnel we had met from A&E. He was on-time, careful and explained all his work (plus documented everything with photos). I was completely satisfied with all aspects of his work. You can be assured of the quality of the work from these people.

Yuri did a great job. He was on time for the appointment and was hard a work to determine why my A/C was not cooling. He determined quite quickly that the condenser fan motor was not operational, and took the extra time to explain and show me right inside the unit what was wrong. He has a very professional approach and gave me the cost of repair and was willing to fix the unit if he had the part on his truck. He called his office to clear that he could stay and fix the unit with the new part. I am very grateful he was willing to go to the next step and get my A/C back up and running. We have been happy with Air & Energy for all of our AC and HVAC needs, so we recently reached out with plumbing needs as well. When I purchased a new condo, I was not prepared for the level of service that it would need - thankfully, it was a level that Air & Energy sent Justin to handle.Between the random upgrades to plumbing connections and water lines to the various appliances, Justin was vigilant, detailed and expertly prepared to tackle the numerous problems. The new washer/dryer box, the new lines for the hot water heater, the new shut off valves... each were quietly and confidently accomplished in exactly the time estimated. But the really big deal was the hot water heater... because for whatever reason, the brand new unit had issues right out of the box, and thankfully, Justin brought this same level of experience and expertise to the problem. It wasnt easy, but it wouldnt have had such a successful conclusion without Justin. Very grateful for Air & Energy and Justin in particular. 10/10, will call again! Thanks!UPDATE: In early June, I finally finished a bathroom vanity remodel and Air & Energy sent Justin to handle the project - a drain and faucet install took mere moments (wed barely said hello before we were saying goodbye) and once again it was expertly accomplished. Cant say enough good things about Justin and his excellent work. Thanks again!UPDATE: September is an AC Maintenance month for me, and it was fun to meet Manuel from Air & Energy, who was professional, knowledgable and efficient - even when experiencing a roof access delay.
