I havent written many Google reviews in the past, but being an owner of a small business, I felt compelled to give my thoughts, after noticing what appears to be the same individual writing two negative reviews regarding something an individual said. The individual in question might not even have been assonated with one of Justins companies. I know that people have a right to their opinion. That said, I feel that there were much better ways of handling this situation, than the reviewer going out of their way, to try to negatively impact the reputation of a Bearing Point (especially for a situation that very much could have been beyond Bearing Point’s control).My firm has recently started doing business with Bearing Point. We had a situation where I could have read into it wrong and wrote a (one) negative review. But instead of doing that I elected to pick up the phone call Justin. Within a minute, I realized the situation was caused by a contract issue, that was the fault of my firm. Justin could have made it difficult for us to collect on our invoice for the services we performed. Instead, Justin had us correct the issue, overnighted a check, and have had a great working relationship since. I’ve been servicing the construction industry for nearly 30 years. During that time, we’ve worked with hundreds of general contractors across the county. After working with Justin, I wouldn’t hesitate referring him and his company to anyone.
