I am the one that has been Truly Blessed, since contacting them for an opinion on a purported very costly part/issue with my steam boiler. One week before the recent cold snap I awoke to a 58 degree home for the second or third time. My initial call was to Truly Blessed, but he was not available that day. Left with no choice, I contacted a different plumbing contractor. The news was terrible. I needed an $800 part and would be without heat until the part arrived. The next 6 days we used space heaters and with the part not yet in, I called Truly Blessed again. Prince, out of the kindness of his heart took pity on me and offered to take a look on a Friday afternoon. Within one hour he texted me that my furnace was running and that I did not need the $800 part. I am so grateful that I was skeptical of the first contractor and called Truly Blessed again. My furnace has been fine ever since. Turned out it was just a connection that had become disconnected. Sadly, I was still out a lot of money for the “service” provided by the other company, but I now know who to call for any future plumbing needs. If I could give ten stars I would.

Prince was so great!! We hired him to fix the leaks from our tub faucet and spout, and boy, did he get more than he bargained for! He ended up having to open up the wall, put in new pipe, and do some soldering. He worked 12 hours that day, and then he even came back the next morning to make sure his work was satisfactory! Before he left, he cleaned up all the dust and made it look like he wasnt ever there! Thank you so much, Prince, for your hard and detailed work! We are very happy to have a non-leaky tub. :)

Prince Collins is an excellent plumber. Hes detail oriented, professional, and prompt. I had a dripping multi-turn shutoff valve under a bathroom sink and he showed up within an hour. He explained that multi-turn valves are prone to problems as they get older. I had him replace all the multi-turn valves in my bathrooms with quarter turn valves. Excellent job well done.

We are delighted with the work that Truly Blessed Plumbing and Heating did for us. We asked that two things were done: the installation of a heated bidet toilet seat and a shower head in our bathroom. Not only were they installed quickly and efficiently, they were done with great precision. The work was outstanding. Good plumbers are so difficult to find and we are so happy that we found Truly Blessed Plumbing and Heating! We will definitely use them for our next plumbing job!

We were fortunate to have Truly Blessed Plumbing for our new house! Always courteous and kind!Less than a year later, we discovered what we thought was a leak in one of the bathrooms. Prince discovered that in fact, it was not a leak in the plumbing, but a mistake in the installation of a vanity, where there was damage to a pipe. He went out of his way to correct the damage and completely replaced the pipe connection. Now we can rest assured that we will be ‘leak free’ from now on! Thank you so much Prince!

The company name is Truly Blessed, but to us, one of his many customers, he is a Ture Blessing to us. We had a busted pipe in the morning, the water running out of the wall. He showed up quickly and squeezed us into his schedule between jobs, and gave us a reasonable estimate and finished the job nicely and efficiently, after the job was finished, he even charged us lot less than the estimate! Highly recommended and truly appreciated his service!

Prince actually cares what he is providing for his customers. He does his absolute best to make sure you are happy with the work being completed and getting good value. He is very responsive and is fair with his pricing. He helped convert my old steam radiators and my copper loop to baseboard and pex. Now my house heats evenly and more efficient. Truly Blessed Plumbing was professional and helped with several plumbing issues. Prince installed a new kitchen faucet handle and a ball valve in basement to frost proof an outdoor faucet. He installed a new shower valve, which required cutting the sheetrock to access (less invasive method tried first). When I was not happy with the “looseness” of faucet handles, Prince came back to remedy it. He is respectful of the customer and the customer’s home. Covering his shoes was a little thing that was appreciated. Good communication by text or call.

Mr. Collins recently replaced our propane fired boiler that also provided hot water, this system was approaching 30 years of use. The new heating system is a state of the art combination boiler that serves our six heating zones and also functions as an instantaneous hot water heater. All of the components of the system were replaced. The components of the new system, including the boiler and pumps for the zones, are all wall mounted, so a lot of space has been created where the old system was located. This system is extremely quiet compared to the old boiler, and were expecting at least a 10 percent increase in efficiency. Im very pleased with the product, the installation, and the service. With all the concerns about rising energy prices, I know that I now have the most efficient propane system that is currently available.

Princes work was professional, replacing a wayward faucet. Its a 4-star, given a $300 labor charge is high for about an hours work.Quite right, there was additional work involved, one of the supply hoses was too short. It included removing a functional shutoff valve (installed July 2016) with a new shutoff valve. Adding a 10 extension to the water supply is excessive when about 1½ was all that was needed. A couple of shark bites, or something similar, would have worked.For these reasons, three stars are more appropriate.
