Unbelievable team and teamwork…. Having been miserable with the local oil company and misdiagnoses, and endless costs for them, it was great to see Triumph pull out the oil tank and boiler, install split units and electric hot water tank, while wearing dust boots. We recently had a new boiler installed by Triumph Home Services in Bow, NH. Our initial contact was with Dan. Dan spent a lot of time with us and was extremely pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained our options and answered all of our questions. We made our decision on the unit that we wanted, and the install was scheduled a few weeks out.On the day of the install Will and Tyler showed up on time and went right to work. They were very polite, professional and very hard working. On the second day, Will worked solo. Will worked very late into the evening because he wanted to make sure we had our heat back. He had a great attitude and worked very hard and did a fantastic job making sure the new boiler was completed in two days. Everything was cleaned up, and Will took time to explain the new system and how it worked. We were extremely pleased with how the job went, and we would highly recommend Triumph Home Services.Dylan arranged for the inspection to be completed and arrived with the inspector a few days after the install. He was very friendly and represented Triumph very well.Everyone we dealt with from Triumph had great attitudes, were friendly, and were very pleasant to work with.In addition, we had a few conversations with Devin, the owner, and it was clear to us how dedicated he is to his business and how important it was for him to make sure that we were happy and satisfied with our completed project.Working with Triumph Home Services in Bow, NH in order to do a boiler install was a great experience! First Dan P. scheduled a visit and met with my husband and me to discuss our choices of boilers and to inform us about the installation process. Dan was super friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable, and following our meeting we made our decision to have Triumph Home Services do our project.The boiler install took two days to complete. On the first day Will and Tyler worked on this project, and the second day Will was here by himself. They both worked extremely hard to have the job done within two days. Both Tyler and Will were very easy to work with. They had great attitudes, worked very hard, were extremely professional, and did an awesome job! We would highly recommend Triumph Home Services for any of your plumbing and heating needs.

They were able to replace heating and hot water system on short notice before the Thanksgiving holiday. Were grateful for their prompt response. Hunter and Will were very professional during their day long install.They have also replaced our home AC unit in the past. His pricing is competitive. We highly recommend Triumph.

I received a call first thing in the morning and was able to schedule an appointment. Aaron replaced a toilet for me. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. Restaurant emergency on one of the busiest weekends of the year. We would have had to shut down for the weekend if it wasn’t for Triumph Home Services. We had other quotes that couldn’t get us the custom size water heater in time. Triumph had our product sourced and installed days sooner than other quotes. Will, Aaron and Mike had the whole project completed in 6 hours. We are beyond grateful for how serious and professional they were. If you’re considering calling someone else, don’t.

After a little mishap with my 25 year old furnace that rendered it unusable triumph home service was quick to fix the issue. In fact Chris and Devin were at my house the next day. They spent the entire day putting in a new furnace as well as installing propane which we switched to. A huge thank you to Devin and Chris who worked there butts off to make sure we had hot water the day after our furnace broke. Devin, the owner, is incredibly easy to work with and friendly. If you want to work with a company that isnt going to screw you over I highly recommend triumph home services. Everyone who works there is great.

Many thanks to these guys for coming to my house and checking my pipe that froze overnight. I talked to them on Facebook messenger to gauge their availability and they even gave me a couple tips for what to do while I waited for them to arrive. When they got to my house, they quickly and efficiently showed us where the problem was and where to add heat tapes and shut off the water to the house if needed. They also helped us with a water pressure issue in our bathroom. Were first time homeowners, so it was a very helpful and enlightening visit. I will definitely call on them again if I have any other issues like this.

Devin and the Triumph team are excellent! They installed heat pumps for us in our new house and did a great job. They were responsive and fit us in on short notice. We have since gone back to them to resolve other issues, including a heating pipe that we discovered was damaged when remodeling a bathroom. We needed someone to come out within short notice and they came the next day. That kind of service is unparalleled. We will continue to use them going forward for all our HVAC needs. Dont bother looking around at other companies. Just use Triumph. You will be very satisfied!

I called the Triumph group to replace the blower in my furnace last year. That’s not particularly remarkable except it was Super Bowl Sunday morning; got the repair done before my house was inundated with 16 guests.Today, Devin Coleman (owner) and crew installed a Mitsubishi 42k Hyper Heat (5 Zones). The professionalism during the install was top notch! Very diligent and respectful of all areas of my home. I’m proud to demonstrate the craftsmanship of the finished product to my family and friends. I work in my home and there was never any disruption to the household during execution of the project.My family pointed out the value of our relationship with the Triumph organization, their timely response when repairs are needed. Very impressed and would highly recommend Triumph for all plumbing, heating and cooling needs.

Ive dealt with a lot of contractors of various trades, and without a doubt, the professional installers at TRIUMPH set the bar for all others. Companies often advertise how customer service is top priority, only to fall far short of their boast. For TRIUMPH, customer service really is top priority. The installers were always courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about their product. They went out of their way to make this customer reassured that theyd get my house be back online with heat and hot water after experiencing a failed boiler. Being from an engineering background, I tend to ask a LOT of questions. A huge shout out to John (the lead) for his patience in answering my questions and researching when a correct answer was not at the tip of his mind. Another very impressive work quality the TRIUMPH crew displayed was their tenacity to get the job done but done right. Todays youth would never think about working overtime, but John, Ryan, and Rich worked their *** off with long hours and in a true team effort. And if a small electrical problem occurs, TRIUMPH is Johnny-on-the-spot with the electrical department promptly arriving at the house and squaring away the issue. Thank you, David. So, in closing, Id say that Devin (owner) has developed a very good business that is truly customer focused and employs friendly people who like their job, and are truly skilled at their job.

I found Triumph Heating and Cooling via Angies List when our hot water heater was on the fritz this Thanksgiving. I called them up and explained some of the issues I was seeing. Devin from Triumph explained the possible safety issues over the phone (back-drafting exhaust killing the pilot light and venting into the basement) and scheduled a time to come out to look over the issue ASAP. Once on-site at our home he walked through all the issues we had with this old system and recommended a fresh install with a commercial grade unit to fix not only our improper venting, but also corroded pipes, and improper propane hookup. Devin got us scheduled for an install the NEXT DAY.Thanks to some scheduling efficiencies Devin was able to come even early than he thought, and by 2pm we had hot water! The install was quick, he left things cleaner than it was when he arrived, and walked me through everything that had changed and explained the necessary maintenance steps. Worth every penny!!

It is hard to say enough about the service we have received from Devin and Triumph Home Services. I discovered them a few years ago when we needed to replace the furnace in our camp. I researched potential HVAC companies and was very impressed by the online reviews that Triumph received. I reached out to them and received a very competitive quote. Based on their reviews and the quote, we gave the job to Triumph and were thrilled with the results. Devin delivered on everything he promised and exceeded all of our expectations. That alone warrants a five star rating but the story doesnt end there. This week the 32 year old oil furnace in our primary home was gasping its last breath. Within 2 days Devin had a crew out here to replace it. Will, Ryan and Chuck were here until 8pm but when they were done, our old furnace and oil tank were gone and our new gas furnace was up and running. Fantastic job by a great group of guys! If you want HVAC service you can trust, at a reasonable price, and a company that will treat you MORE than fair, I cant recommend Triumph Home Services enough!!

Triumph installed a whole house AC solution for us and it was one of the best experiences we had with a contractor work. The weather was not cooperating with us for our installation, however the team was able to do the whole job just in one day. Triumph replaced my aging and failing oil furnace with a heat pump system that also utilizes propane in the coldest months. So much more efficient and much quieter. The work was quoted appropriately, performed beautifully, and works great. Been on an annual care plan since. Both the office and service folks are fantastic. I have since used their plumbing service as well, outstanding. So glad to have found this great local company to do business with. Devin runs a top notch customer forward company. Give them a call.

I cannot say enough about the value of service, quality of work, and professionalism I found at Triumph Home Services. They installed a far superior product than what I previously had, and for $2000 less than a competitor’s estimate. They saved me money!! Also, I have to say that the situation my basement presented was not exactly the most user friendly for an installation team. I have obstacles down there! I won’t bare my soul completely here, but know, those guys who had to haul out my old system and get the new one in, did so with efficiency and smiles despite a non conducive setup. Next, their response time was Fast- from the assessment, to the estimate to the install. I have 3 kids in school and time is of the essence when they all need hot water for clean clothes, showers, dishes etc. I now have a more efficient, cost effective on-demand hot water system for less than a traditional furnace offered elsewhere. The value of my home has increased because of the thoughtful assessment and recommendation of Triumph Home Services.

I am so happy with Triumph’s service. They are knowledgeable, courteous and most importantly honest.I have had a boiler with an on-going issue. My boiler cycles on/off at times. Sometimes for hours, sometime for days. I have had other HVAC companies diagnose the problem in minutes and offer me a new control board with a 500% markup. No Thank You.Triumph have previously worked on this issue and have replaced a gas valve. The replacement valve did not correct the issue and therefore never tried to make me pay for it. On Triumph’s next service call, their technician correctly troubleshooted and found the issue: a defective wire coming from the temperature control unit. Only a highly skilled technician (ask for James) could have found the issue. The voltage output from the zone temperature board was 24V but the voltage input to the gas valve fluctuated.Now I finally have reliable heat for my house and my hot water tank. Awesome !!!

Triumph did a fantastic job installing a new heating system for our house as well as fixing some pluming issues we had. They were extremely professional, prompt and tidy. The new ducting was put in nice and neat as was all other components. They listened to concerns, talked us through everything and helped us understand the new heating very well. We are now very cozy and comfortable, just in time for super cold temps.The plumbing repair was also very professional and well done. They resolved issues that existed when we bought our house and really made everything work so much better.I would definitely recommend and plan to use their services again should I need them.

When Triumph came to install the water heater, upon 1st inspection, we had to reschedule because we have Geothermal heating and the water heater needed extra materials. Devin gave a new install date within four days of original and because of a cancellation it was only two days, John and Chris came to install the heater with the added materials and within a few hours my new hot water heater was working great, even with a couple of problems they encountered. The professionalism, courtesy, and leaving everything neat and tidy was exceptional. I recommend Triumph with no negative connotations!

I got three bids for mini splits and Devin was the only one to look at my electrical (100 amp) and figured out we could free up the juice needed by switching our range from electric to gas which we wanted to do anyway. He was also the least expensive bid even with running a gas line for the new range. He also threw in the install of the new range, hauling away the old one, and servicing our existing furnace for free. He and his crew showed on time and got a big job done in one day. Everyone was very professional and answered every question I had. I very highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

She called back 30 mins later and said Jake would be here from 3-4pm. Jake was exactly on time and totally professional. He quickly repaired the heating pipe, refilled the line and tested pressures. A question arose later about the final invoice but was resolved quickly and fairly. I liked Triumph so much that I ditched our current furnace service plan and pre-paid a year of Triumphs annual service plan. When you live further out, its hard to get quality people to come to your place at times. Our range required a new line run for propane and I couldnt find anyone willing to do the job. People were willing to come, but not for 3 to 4 weeks due to their schedule. Devin returned my call the same night and understood the pains of not having certain appliances available when you need them. He offered to come to my place the following day in the afternoon to make sure we had everything good to go. He is as personable as they come and is honest, does great work, and even went the extra mile to help fix another vent issue. I would HIGHLY recommend giving them a call if you need any work done. Devin installed the google nest systems at my home and was wonderful. He was professional and timely. He helped me install the app and connect the systems to the app. He also took the time to answer additional questions I had regarding other issues in the home.I highly recommend Triumph!!

When our regular HVAC company couldnt respond in a timely manner I called Triumph Heating an Cooling. What a pleasant find. Devon Coleman owns the shop and gave me an estimate to install a new electronic filter in my system. On the scheduled morning he and his apprentice arrived 15 minutes early (otherwise unheard of in my experience). Nice surprise. They went straight to work and completed the job in about two hours. They kept us informed as to progress and let me inspect the work AFTER they removed the old filter system, removed their tools. and neatened the area. First class work by a first class company.The good: Punctuality (a big deal for me.) Clean and neat appearance by both workers. Wore booties over their shoes in the house. Efficient job performance. This job had a fair amount of sheet metal work which was perfectly done in a timely manner. The install was impressively done.The bad: NothingRecommendation: Hire Triumph Heating and Cooling for all your household or business needs. I called early this morning because we woke up to a 50 degree house and no heat after a heating issue overnight. I got a call back from Devin within an hour letting me know that he could be there within 40 minutes. It was one of the coldest days of the year and I couldn’t be more grateful for the fantastic response time and service. After determining what part we needed, Devin assured me he would find one for us today so we didn’t have to go another night (and one of the coldest of the year) without heat. He called that he found the part an hour away and was on his way to pick it up. Not only was he driving this far to help us, he also refused to charge us travel time or mileage. He came back to install it and found another issue which was quickly diagnosed and fixed and we were back up and running before dark. I can’t speak highly enough about the professionalism and customer service we received today. THANK YOU.

Devin was prompt, responsive, and went above and beyond to help us reschedule the electrician’s services when an emergency popped up for the man he contracts with. He also helped us figure out how to turn our maximum level for the water heater and attempted to help us install a WiFi thermostat while he was waiting for the mini-split system he installed to be flushed (our current layout wasn’t compatible with the thermostat - he made recommendations to solve this). Definitely would hire again and recommend to anyone looking for HVAC services. Already passed his name along to our neighbors!

Our old tankless system had started to leak, and Devin came over right away and wrote up an estimate within a couple of hours. No other outfit was even willing to show up within a weeks time, even though we told them our system was leaking. After I tried for a day to get another outfit to show up and give an estimate, Devin was able to install the new tankless system the very next day. Devin was open and honest about everything, and the system has been running flawlessly for 3 weeks now. Triumph will be our HVAC company from now on.

Devin is wise beyond his years, runs a class act business, provides excellent service and does quality work at an affordable price. He either does it right, or he does not do it at all. I have had 2 different HVAC companies out here since August 2020 trying to figure out why the boiler kept breaking down, each one telling me there was nothing wrong with my previous boiler, all the while charging me in excess of $1200 maintenance charges. Devin, of Triumph Heating came out to do a no charge analysis and diagnosed the bad connecters, the fuel line catching air going into the boiler, presented me with solutions, one being changing all my connectors which would be going into a 14 year old inefficient coil boiler, or to just replace the system. It was only a matter of time before the old boiler would stop working. It was short cycling, running rough, and with it just turning winter, I could be putting myself into a situation where I would be out of heat for several days, settling for an unpopular unit that was available immediately with exorbitant installation costs.It was a long day but Devin got the job done. It has been 5 days since installation and so far it is performing well. Devins installation comes with a 1 year warranty on all parts and labor. Many installers do not offer this. It is a testiment to Devins confidence in his chosen product and his ability to install so that it runs at peak performance. I would recommend Triumph Heating and Cooling to anyone.

If i could give 10 stars i would. We called devin at 8:30pm because our heat had gone out. We were in the hospital with a day old baby and my mother was house-sitting until we came home the following day when she noticed the heat stopped working and called me. He offered to go check it out right then, but i told him we would be ok until morning since we had some space heaters. Devin showed up at 6:30am and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes and the house was back up to a normal temperature shortly after and we were able to bring our newborn back to a warm house.
