I have been lucky enough to be a customer of American Plumbing and Heating for close to 20 years. I absolutely love them! They are the very best team for your plumbing, heating and cooling needs. Whenever I am in need of their services, they are quick to respond, extremely efficient, cost effective and fair. Most importantly they truly care about your needs. They are not just a company only concerned about making money, but more like a family member who knows that you need water, heat or cooling in order to live in your home and they go out of their way to help you!

3/17/22 Replaced a faucet and cleaned my oil burner. On time, dressed professionally and always act in a professional manner. Very important to hire reputable people to come into your home. I have used APHC for years now. I do not call anyone else. Wonderful company, wonderful people. THANK YOU!!!Jim and Company are always professional. They have been my plumbers for over 5 years. They arrive when they say they will. They clean up after themselves. They are friendly. They are practicing Social Distancing and Mask Wearing. I always feel I got my monies worth when I hire them. I wouldnt call anyone else for my plumbing needs!

I bought my first house two years ago and had some pipe freezing during my first winter. My neighbor recommended American Generations P&H and I was not disappointed. They were fast, and their technicians are smart and very polite.Fast forward to this year, and on the hottest day we have had yet this year (95+) and Jim had a team out to my house BEFORE 8:00 am the next morning to work on my old house central air unit. I HIGHLY recommend American Generations P&H to ANYONE. The price is great and the work is top quality. Do yourself a favor and call them before you call anyone else. You wont regret it.

I have been doing business with American Generations Plumbing and Heating now for close to 10 years. They have completely replaced an old furnace with a brand new model and most recently replaced my kitchen and two bathroom faucets. I highly recommend this company. Reliable (on time), friendly, reasonably priced and professional. Jim always answers his phone. Great team.

American plumbing came out and installed a water heater for us. They couldnt have been any better. We have been using them for years and would not think of using anyone else. . Talked to Jim (the owner) and he is just an amazing guy. Actually a pleasure to talk to! If in need of plumbing work, try American plumbing. I promise you wont be sorry!

Jim and his team are great and they know exactly what they are doing. Jim is very professional and he reaches his customers via email in very timely fashion and completed the task without worrying about the pay. He does the job and sends his invoice to the customer allowing time to pay via check or by phone when they can efford to pay him. He does not over charge and does not charge for just shiwing up which most companies tell you that discharge fee from $80 to $150 plus the hourly rate and parts. Jim does not have such an unnecessary charger because he knows he needs to be on site to fix the problem and it does not make sense to charge the customer just for that. I really recommend American Plumbing heating and cooling everyone. This is the company I have ever seen this easy and professional to work with.

I had them replace a forced hot water furnace today and I couldnt be more impressed.5 stars all the way! Came out fast and got the job done,good price and they didnt go over there quote,and the quality of workmanship is extremally impressive. Im not easily impressed but these guys managed to exceed my expectations.They are masters of there craft and I will use them for all my future plumbing and heating needs.

These guys fixed my furnace I had a gentleman named jimmy he was great. Told me my furnace was a mess which was no surprise to me honestly has been since I moved in he worked all day to get it running and couldn’t he didn’t give up came back a day later and got her running after almost a year it’s been broke I am very grateful thank you guys so much definitely recommend! Definitely who I’ll be calling if my furnace breaks again lol

Youre sitting there freaking out about water in the basement from the heater and this team shows up in capes like heros (just kidding about the capes but they should consider it). But very fair pricing and extremely responsive with quality work. They respected covid guidelines and still remained personal and friendly. Im never going anywhere else.
